Cant pick up the phone to save their lives, insanely overpriced and charged me randomly for something i didnt receive and now wont pick up the phone to talk to me about it. Also cant go in store because of covid so I guess I’m supposed to just let them take my money?

Horrible at picking up the phone, they should disconnect the phone because the sure dont pick it up when people call. I have been calling for the past week they have picked up the phone and hung it up on me! But nobody to speak with! I understand people get busy but that is beyond crazy.

Always has a line at the beginning of semester. Its great.
