Great place to get adult beverages. They also let you make your own six pack with beer (they have some cold and some not). Staff is always friendly and if you cannot find what you want then you just need to ask!

We just came to wine works and spent $55 (they do you have a nice selection). While we were checking out another gentleman who worked there came up and stared at my husband. When asked why he was doing that, he replied I was just going to ask him to take that out of his pocket as he looked at my husband. And then he said never mind and walked away. He said this in front of a hugely crowded store. It was very embarrassing. Apparently my husband had been looking at a small package of hangover tablets sitting on the counter, and the guy thought that he had put it in his pocket. Why would we spend $55 at a store just to steal something probably not worth $2? I was very offended. Wont be back

Holy flying selection, batman! I found the bat cave of all beers known to man! I was blown away by the selection, and love that you can buy by the bottle.Also, I appreciate businesses requiring masks and am happier that there are people going elsewhere because a small inconvenience is too much for them...

They have a huge selection of Beer. Ohhhh and the Highlander Grogg coffee is a famly favorite in the fall time. Fills the whole house with its beautiful aromatic displacement.

A FANTASTIC place. Their selections of wines and spirits are SUPER. And the only place in Springfield where I can find Japanese Beer. Love sampling micro-brews and international beers too (mix-n-match).

Yeah this place has a lot, but over charges, heck went in there and was going to buy some scotch and went up to counter and they over charged. lucky i noticed, but when i brought it to there attention they were like oh we just did change the prices on the shelves . So shop there at your own risk. i Wont too many other places close by.

The mask situation is horrible. Its a mandate (suggestion) not a law! Shopped for 10 minutes, nothing was said til I got to the register. Cashier was very rude.Will not accept a local check, but charge extra to use a card.Will use a different liquor store from now on and inform people of their rude treatment

Due to a medical issue I have, I am advised by my doctor not to wear a mask. The store manager yelled at me when I went inside the store. When I tried to explain to her my doctor advised me not to wear one she yelled at me to get the hell out of the store. I have never been discriminated against before this for not wearing a mask. I will be happy to tell everyone I see about this incident and Wine Works will never get my business again! What a horrible experience.

Due to a medical condition my doctor advised me to not wear a mask. I even carry a notice from my doctor with me at all times. I went in and shopped for at least 20 minutes. When I got to the check out line the employees were very rude. Told me they would not serve me without a mask. I asked if they had one since I dont ever wear one due to my condition. As I sat my stuff on the counter a guy came over took it all off the counter aggressively me to get out. I told them I had a medical not but they did not care and were so very rude. I will never go back and will be telling everyone I know about this. This is discrimination!

Mask had slipped below my nose and an employee firmly asked that i pull it up. I complied with an apology. The second employee was even worse. Accused me of having my fingers in my mouth. Invites me to watch on film.False. Last visit!!

All I can say is wow!, even on December 31st, even on New Years Eve, wine works has their ducks in a row. I visited at around 4:45pm.Someone is at the door letting a few people in at a time, they have full staff manning the registers and restocking, and even in this busy busy time I was asked by an employee if I was finding everything I needed.Wine works is definitely the place to go for all of your alcohol needs, even on a holiday! :) Thank you Wine Works for being a friendly, top quality, one-stop shop liqour store in Springfield. Even on New Years Eve.

Unfortunately they didnt have what I was looking for which was St James StrawberryMoscato. They suggested a substitute, Santoro Moscato & Strawberry, that someone there said was even better tasting than the St James Strawberry Moscato. Epic fail! I had one glass and dumped most of it and the rest of the bottle out! Thanks but no thanks!!!

Can always find what you need here! They always have a great selection of liquor, wines and beer to choose from. I will pick what I came in for and then wander around and see what else they have. I usually walk out with one or two other things to try!

I love this store, great customer service and I always hear something funny from the employees there thats keeps me laughing all the way home. I wish they were open on Sundays as well. I recommend this store over Kroger any day.

Excellent selection of beer, wine and liquor. Knowledgeable staff, many who have been there ten years or more. Only complaint is some of the beer is really old (things like IPAs and lagers with short shelf life) so check the dates. Otherwise, a great destination in Springfield.

This is a great place to get craft beer, wine and whiskey. They also have a decent selection of cigars. They also offer home brewing kits as well as ingredients.
