A good go-to store for wine and beer. The staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to picking out something special.

Total Wine at this location did an excellent job assisting me with a large purchase for a party. They were also kind enough to allow me to return for a refund all unopened cases.

To be clear I really like this store, but it is in real need of some TLC. The stock is sloppy and there are a lot of empty spaces but then there are stacked end caps. The store is mostly wine...too bad for me. The walk in beer cooler has mini kegs but the selection of cold beer bottles and cans was minimal. The overall selection is very good. Lots of overly expensive four pack beers that think too highly of themselves, but enough normally priced six packs to keep me coming back. Staff was neither friendly nor unfriendly. It seems to me that a store like this should have employees highly informed about the offered products but I just didnt see it.

Visited on 8/21 — Was followed by multiple employees while browsing through the aisles. Unclear whether it was due to age or race. Specifically, one white, male employee with long hair and a white woman who seemed to be the manager. Each time I would pass by, they would suddenly be right next to me pretending to stock or look at products. Then I was followed out of the store as another manager (white male) and the same employee with long hair were organizing the shopping carts … an hour before closing. Sad this is still happening in 2021 but very unprofessional and will not be back at this location. If I were you, I would do the same.

An over abundance and plethora of excitement runs through my veins as every October I’m able to acquire all of the Oktoberfest that I need for my annual Oktoberfest get together. Being close to home it makes it a lot easier to acquire a six pack with a little to no line to staff is extremely friendly and the selection of craft beers and seasonal beers is above par even for a total wines thank you for entertaining my alcoholic taste buds by allowing me to purchase such delectable and delicious beers.The only exception to the rule will be Yingling Oktoberfest it’s extremely horrible they no longer need to make such things.

Such a large selection and I mentioned I particular white wine and the staff knew what it was and went in back and found it for me. I like the layout as I am not a wine drinker and I could learn a little on the wines as I picked out reds and whites. Great beer selection too.

I can always rely on great advice in picking a few bottle for any event or just to stock the house with help from the knowledgeable associates. It’s easy to tell them what you like and what your having it with so they can assist you in the pairing process and the point system has never failed me and it’s been ten years

Great place to get the right wine.We cook at home a lot these days and finding the right cooking or pairing wine was a pleasant experience going to the local wine shop. Love the little personal attention and experience.

Total wine and more and it’s actually more, the service that I get from there was amazing I don’t remember the name but the staff was really helpful I was looking for flavored beer and he came asked and showed me all the flavored beer he even explained how it’s gonna taste he went above and beyond for customer service. I usually find what I am looking for and a hidden gem from time to time. Great staff always ready to help. Checkout was a breeze.

I went with a friend to purchase wine and we were approached not too long after we came in the store and asked if there was anything we needed help to find. She was very nice and courteous. We made it through the short line and was treated very nicely. The prices are great and there was a huge selection. Will definitely return.

This is my first visit to a Total Wine, but it absolutely wont be my last! Thanks for the fantastic recommendations and for helping me find some of my new favorite (not to mention wallet-friendly) wines!

The staff at Total Wine definitely know their stuff. I went in trying to find a French Malbec and the employee went straight to the three that exist in the malbec section, but then showed me two others that were on the other side of the store.I bring this up because most people think malbec is a south american grape and it’s hard to find French which has a completely different flavor profile.So skip the grocery store and go to Total Wine when picking what’s to be had with dinner!

Although I feel like they watch you like a hawk when you get near the registers, reminiscent of the poor man browsing Rodeo, or rookie security guards profiling people of color in banks, the mild uneasiness does not take away from their superb selection and depth of fine devils nectar. I personally like perusing the staff recommendations and reading their reasons. I almost always grab something from this section and find it a joy.

It was my first time shopping there and I was surprised that it wasnt entirely a high price wine store. The store was clean and the workers were nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back.

Good selection of different liquors.This place is well organized, clean, the staff is super friendly, they have a good selection of different beers (craft beers, imported, etc.). Oh and the prices are also pretty good.So nothing to complain about here. If you need any kind of liquor this is a perfect place to go to!

The collection of reasonable priced wines is extensive and the staff does everything it can to help you find the desired wine or beer. If you want the more expensive products, they have them as well.

Total wine has everything including very helpful employees who really know their stuff. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star rating is because their discounts only apply to items not ending in 7 and most of their stuff ends in 7.

I shop at this Total wine on a regular basis. Its its disheartening and really sends the wrong message that the two black owned wines, black girl magic and bellaire rose, are behind the counter noted as high theft items. but you can buy every other wine and its class right off of the shelf. that put a very bad taste in my mouth and sends a very wrong message.

I abslitey love this store. Their staff are very knowledgeable about everything from winners, beer and cigars. This the only store that keeps all cigars encased. You will not find a stale, dry cigar of any size there. Also, the staff know you as the customer and will go out of there way to assist as needed. Dont miss the tastings, staff recommendations, they are dead on every time. They do a wonderful job of keeping up with latest deals if you are a member!

Nice clean store with a great selection. While visiting with the family I realized that I didnt have enough beverages for Thanksgiving. Now I dont expect anywhere to be open today, but there was Total Wine ready to make sure it was a Happy Thanksgiving. Thanks to a very friendly and helpful staff at the store today. You guys have never let me down.

Total Wine has a HUGE selection of wine from all over, and it is reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful, and they have wine tastings every Saturday to expand your horizons in what wines you might like.

Theres a great selection of craft brews, so I can try something new every time and build custom six packs for diverse friend groups. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. I asked about two particular products and the gentleman helping me lead me right to both.

Total Wine & More has a fantastic selection of wines. We visited specifically to find wines from local Virginia wineries and were pleased that everything we wanted was in stock.I was also pleasantly surprised with the beer selection. Theres a few hundred different kinds of beer you can buy, either in cases, six packs, or individual bottles.Best of all, everything is very cheap, much cheaper than Im used to paying in Maryland.

The people that work here are really friendly and always willing to give you some advice on which wine to pick. Just remember to look for a coupon before you go. No need to pay retail if you dont have to.
