Food is authentic. Nice customer service. Huge seating area. Lots of variety. Would recommend if you like Central American food. They have plantains, tamales, Pollo guisado, eggs, beans, fried corn muffin, coffee, juices, cakes, etc.

Hi Today July 24 2021 I had a bad time in this restaurant I ordered 4 orders of catrachas, it is typical Honduran food, the 4 orders came out without cheese inside I called by phone to report and asked to speak with the person in charge or general manager for Mrs. Brenda who is a cashier says no They have a person in charge or general manager of that business, I think they should better ask for the money by donation

Not all employees at this place use masks or follow sanitary guidelines. They made us wait for a while for a pickup order even after paying; the cashier did have a mask. But they had a coffee spilling incident which an employee cleaned up without using masks. The same cleaning person, without washing their hands, poured our drinks (still without a mask) and provided it to us. We asked for a refund, which they did provide. During a pandemic, maybe follow FDA & CDC guidelines that are meant to be followed by all food establishments; washing hands, masks, social distancing. Of course if someone has a difficult time breathing with a mask, maybe dont have them interacting with the public. Been coming here for almost two decades but wont be doing so, at least not during a pandemic. Cant imagine how they made our food today.

LOVEEE this place is the best ! You can get custom made cakes here if you order ahead of time. They also have tasty breakfast, and any food in general. If youre in a rush you should consider stopping by here for something quick to eat 5 starssss!!

Horrible customer service. Called to put a complaint on one of the waitresses Keila giving her personal number out to male clients including my husband and family and calling them to complain about her relationship with her husband and overall overstepping where she shouldnt. It took me 3 times to get the manager and when I got him he did nothing about it at all. All he said was well Im not going to fire her so forget it. In fact he cussed at me and hung up the phone when all I stated is that he needed to make sure his waitresses remained professional with clientele and keep their personal lives out of a business environment.

Great hole in the wall place that says it is a bakery and cafe, but does so much more. It is more of a restaurant with a small sit in area. Selection of authentic Central American Dishes: Balados (Im sure I miss-spelled that one), several sopas, and other fare all for a great price. Most dishes will probably serve two people. We didnt have any baked goods, but everything else was great.Went again 04/13 and it was still great. Trees leches was 4/5, service was linguistically challenging for me but the staff was eager to please and successful at delivering my meal. Expect to wait for dishes like fried chicken because it is freshly battered and fried.
