Best Einsteins Bros in town! Not only are the best bagels in town, but the best service too! Sarah and her crew have the most positive attitude and genuinely care about their customers. They have had staffing issues as all places have had, but they have handled it like a champ. Cant say enough great things about this location!

Fresh good bagels and sandwiches and coffee also a good selection of cream cheese. Also nice friendly staff And they have a drivethrough also.

Im a black coffee for breakfast kind of guy but I had one of their bagels and it was awesome. They have so many different kinds its wild. Its like a bagel safari.

1st time eating here and I get a burned bagel. Everything else tasted good but the taste of charred bagel offset it. So not impressed at all. For some reason its not including the pic of the bagel.

Never thought Id like bagels this much. Im usually one for a sweet bagel and or sweet cream cheese but I tried a breakfast hashbrown bagel and it was pretty dang good. I will definately be back.

I have ordered off the app and have picked up via drive thru about 3 or 4 times this past month. Food is good. Service is inconsistent. One day I got a super nice and helpful young man... he ran my food out to me so I didnt have to wait to go through the long line of cars for an order I had placed ahead. I work nights and that small gesture meant so much at 7am! There were napkins and food utensils in my bag. I was ready to give this place 5 stars as I drove away, but I knew Id be back, so see if the experience would be the same. It hasnt been.The last few days have been different. Today, I ordered $20 of food to go, and didnt even get one napkin. The food is the food. Its the little things that matter. And I just feel meh about this place.The location on National is not a whole lot better in these terms either. But the bagels are good anywhere you go!I do like the app and how convenient it is to order my food and pull up. But that isnt the whole selling point for me. If the customer service was boosted a little, this would be a no-brainer.

Awesome food and a lot to choose from. The young gentleman at the drive through was very nice as well as the lady that took my order through the speaker. This place is something everyone should try. I also think the price was fair.

Well maybe this was a one off but we ordered two vanilla lattes one large iced one small hot and a Bagelrito. $ 17 dollars and change. That alone is terrible. But the small latte was unflavored and undrinkable & the bagelrito was way overcooked almost burned, tough and not worth eating. My wife refused to eat it. I tried and gave up. We grabbed it to go while running errands otherwise we would have taken it back. Oh yeah they didnt give us a straw for the iced latte.

My 4 yo and I love the drive thru here. Never been in because a bagel with cream cheese is the perfect quick breakfast.I signed up for the rewards and they give you good coupons! If I loved closer I would go every morning. The wait is always less than 5min.

Love Einstein Bagels. They dont skimp on cream cheese. Typically quick with the orders (unless theyre slammed) the Caribou coffee is great! All employees have been great!

Their bagels make a great choice for a breakfast sandwich... especially the 6-cheese or asiago! Service is very friendly & restaurant is clean with plenty of seating. Their strawberry banana smoothie is delicious & gives you a little bit of a sweet treat while still being somewhat healthy! Will definitely stop there again!

Not quite real bagels. More bread-like. No pun intended, but making bagels is a science and an art. Crunchy outside, chewy inside. The people who work here though, are very nice.

The bagel selection is large. I had a potato bagel with honey almond schmear. Bagel tasted great, was fresh and soft. The vanilla hazelnut coffee was delicious!To compare this restaurant style. Einstein is like a subway restaurant, but with bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Was a fantastic experience.

Really impressed with the customer service of April and the crew on S Campbell. Initially, I wasn’t but the way they handled my concern was wonderful.I ordered a sandwich, It was made was wrong. I was already in a rush so I hurried in the store told them my order was wrong. The ladies apologized and started to correct it right away. Not only did they correct it but April provided me with multiple free bagel coupons for the future for all the hassle. They went above and beyond. I’ll be passing along the good deed.

Compared to other places they may look a bit pricey. However, when you consider the food quality and free coffee refills along do the their customer service you get what you pay for here.

The cinnamon apple bagel is amazing! Yummy breakfast sandwiches. Everything is always super fresh and service is prompt. They make a great dark chocolate mocha too!

Their food is really Good! I love going here in the morning for breakfast. Their bagels and shmear (flavored cream cheese) are my absolute favorite! The only downside is they are a tiny bit expensive. Otherwise five stars.

For a Saturday morning they were fast and friendly. Highly recommend the farmhouse bagel sandwich. My husband had the chorizo sunrise and it was good but seemed more like a lunch sandwich than breakfast to us. As always the vanilla Hazelnut coffee is fabulous! Thanks for a great breakfast Einsteins!

I love their bagels and bagel & egg sandwiches. Try the bagels toasted! When we get a dozen to go, they always offer to cut them for us (which I appreciate). They have the normal flavors of bagels (like blueberry and cinnamon raisin) and some more fancy ones (the best being spinach florentine). Join the free Schmear Society for lots of discounts.

This review isn’t the fault of any employee in any location. Anytime I’ve ever been in store, I’ve always been handled with prompt service and delicious food. My issue is that Einstein Bros advertises “delivery” so when one thinks delivery, you would think something such as Pizza Hut or Jimmy Johns. Most places know people are convenience minded and delivery takes maybe 30 minutes total. Delivery process is different here however. Instead of advertising it as catering, they advertise it as delivery which is misleading because you can’t just place an order. It’s all done over a website, and it takes a day minimum to get to you. That’s fine if I’m ordering a catered meal but not when you advertise that you can deliver and really can’t.

Its quick, there are bagels of all kinds. Good coffee and tea. Many bagel topping options, cant ask for more from a bagel place except when they run out of the protein bagel I love.

Bagel was great, no tea even though it is advertised. My hash brown was very cold, but they reheated it. Not a good replacement for a small bagel shop.

The food is great, but the services is mediocre. Theyre also very inconsistent with order correctness. Still a good place, I just hope the service improves.

I used to love this place but they have changed the menu and its difficult to get a correct order the first go around. They are friendly and try to remedy the situation but most mornings I dont have time for the hassle.

This place always sucks compared to the national location. Its like eating at 2 whole different places. If u want einsteins go to national NOT Campbell location.

Use to go to a location in Pittsburgh, PA 10+ years ago and was ecstatic when I found out Springfield was opening locations up! Love the blueberry bagels and the turkey sandwiches are always good!

I have always liked the bagels from Einsteins. Only small complaint I have is I wish they better kept the coffee fresh and full.

Literally the WORST costumer service EVER. EVERY SINGLE TIME we go there they are super rude. Today was the absolute last straw. The girl at the drive thru window was super hateful about me trying to pay with a 100$ bill. She treated me like I was trying to pay with Monopoly money or something. Why would you not take a 100$ bill? Perhaps she can’t count back change for anything over a 20? Idk Honestly if she hadn’t had such a foul attitude I would have gone and gotten change but to be treated that way, plus it’s every single time we go there- NOPE. That’s the last time for us!I would suggest maybe training your “staff” to have at least SOME customer service or people skills.

I dont go out of my way to buy bagels, but Einsteins bagels are an exception. Their toasted apple cinnamon bagel with maple schmear is incredible, and one of my favorite items on the menu.

I went here on 3/13 around 11am, with my family. We ordered and the manager was overly micro-managing. She was extremely rude and was obviously having a bad day. When I ordered the bacon, avocado, and egg white sandwich. (Which is on the menu twice. Also the they are listed differently, when I ordered it I did not read the second listing were it includes sauce) When I got the sandwhich, to my surprise there was sauce on it. I brought it back up and explained that I did not think it was supposed to have sauce. To me this was not a big deal I was just confused. The manager points to the menu and says “Its right there on the menu sweety.” The manager grabed it out of my hand, did not let me finish my explanation. She angerly remade it. I said over the counter “Its not a big deal you dont need to get mad over it” she ignored my comment. Then an older gentleman came in and she was extremely nice to him, maybe to compensate? I dont know but the way she treated my family and me was just plain disrespectful. She should definitely be approached about this issue.
