Daniel and his team treated me better than any other dealership has, ever, and Im seasoned. After having them fix my daughters transmission which also came with the best warranty of any other transmission shop, Her Nissan Versa will be back there for even the most basic of services! Andy got me in quickly when my check engine light came on. I recommend calling as the online appointment booker had me unable to get in until a week after the light came on.

I took my car in for a simple recall. I dropped it off at 6:55 am for my 8 am appointment. When I made the appointment over a week ago, the kind lady on the phone said it would take 3-4 hours. When I went back at 5:05 pm, over 10 hours later, my service still wasn’t completed. I had to wait for someone to go back to the service garage and get it. My car had 10 more miles on it than when I dropped it off. The inside now smells like used motor oil. Someone went through the things in my glove box, console and trunk. Now the airbag light is on too. They were probably using it to run errands. When I asked Chase, he said it was a test drive. Must be one heck of a test drive. Part of the recall included an alignment. They aligned it so well, my car now pulls to the right. One of the service advisors(the one in the middle between Chase and Andy) called me Troll and one of the errand boys laughed. I’ve been dealing with Youngblood for over seven years. Every time I go to this dealership my experience is worse and worse. They only care about money. They were so happy to sell me the car but once I signed, it was all downhill from there. They are disrespectful to their customers. This is worse than the time it took them over two hours to do an inspection. Buyer beware!

Purchased my Murano here and have all my service done here. Everyone is friendly, the service department gets the job done in a timely manner. Waiting area is very clean.

Was here for a sensor to be fixed. Sensor was not fixed, it malfunction two minutes after leaving.also ended up getting paint chipped on brand new car. They are willing to fix both problems which requires a return visit to drop off car for full day. They are willing to give me a rental during that time. This issue is a major inconvenience due to I live hour and half away in addition to taking care of a disabled family member.

Love the treatment you get when you take your vehicle to get serviced. My oil was changed, the car was washed.. THE CAR WAS WASHED, and there was an ice cold bottle of water waiting for me. Thank you!

Great customer service!However, when your vehicle is under warranty you pretty much expect your vehicle to run like new after service.It didnt. After Oil change (very rea$onable) plus full inspection it still idles rough (noise + vibrations).Overall power loss and poor fuel economy makes this purchase grind on my previous experiences. I loved my 300Z (1991). Really enjoyed my Maxima (2003) but this Frontier (Pathfinder with Crew Cab basically) 2017, is nothing like the others. It drives like a pickup alright but sounds and feels like it has 180k miles. It has less than 20k. This has occurred over the last year of ownership. Lemon? Well see.But as far as the guys that work there ( and 5 different Nissan dealers over the years in different states) all are exemplary at communication, knowledge, and quick turn around...little to no wait.Even BMW isnt nearly as satisfying for service.All vehicles need service.Choose a brand that has either perfect cars with no problems, or perfect service.Im sure when I take it back again in a couple of weeks...theyll take the time to sort out the remaining issues.

Customer service lacking, multiple staff members passed me back and forth between departments and was told different things on the phone compared to in person . Brought in a product that was under warranty that was a faulty Nissan product. Long story short: Nissan would not honor their warranty. Employees werent making a sale so didnt care.
