In the past their service department was...well...awful. but I had something wrong with my car and figured it would hopefully be under warranty. I am happy to say it seems as though the service department has improved and this experience hands down 5xs better than my last 2!

I went here for an oil change, tire rotation, and for a tire to be put on. He gave me a ball park figure that was no where near the end price, granted he said it probably wouldnt be that much and it could change. I under stood that much but from 80$ to $112 is a pretty big difference for me at least. I rather be quoted with the correct numbers first before the work to be done.I should have waited till Ford to open back up so i can get the works package done to my car, all what i stated plus more for $40 not $112. I would have thought they would have had a special but I was wrong. I would not be returning, to much money. My advice shop around there are cheaper deals for the same amount of work to be done.

Main guy at service center is a scam artist..tries everything to get every dollar out of you ...dishonest crooks stay away from this place..go to Ruggles automotive
