Terrible experience!!! I called and made an appointment about a month out for a rattling noise my CRV is experiencing. I show up on time and drop off my car and am told I will receive an update by the end of the day. Day goes by and I hear nothing back so I decide to call and am told that they didnt have a technician available to look at the car so it would have to be tomorrow. The next day goes by and I hear nothing. On the third day I call in the morning and ask if there is an update and I am told that there is no update and my car might not be seen for a few more days! On top of that not even an apology for this inconvenience.What is the point of an appointment ONE MONTH in advance, if you cant even service it on the day (or even next day)? I do not recommend their service department, huge waste of time.When I called the neighboring dealer in the main line I was able to make an appointment within a few days and was guaranteed that they would look at it the same day as the appointment. They were also not surprised with my experience with this dealership.... -_____-

Best service Ive experienced. Thanks to Brad and the mechanics, I was in and out in one hour - oil change, tire rotation and inspection (that I wasnt aware of). Friendly, efficient and they dont charge for every little thing like some auto body shops do!

I walked into Piazza Honda at 7pm and thanks to Frank Crinite I drove out of there at 8pm. After a few minutes of talking, Frank knew exactly what kind of car I would like and he was right! Him and his guys work fast and are great at what they do. Ill recommend Frank to everyone I know in search of a new car.
