My experience with Jamie hathcock auto was not without surprises. The salesman did not pressure us to purchase. The vehicle was available when we test drove it, but when we came back to buy, it had been reserved. However they called us personally when the vehicle came open again. We dealt directly with the owner to purchase. He found us a better loan rate than our bank of twenty-five years. The vehicle was very clean. We had a ppi done before purchase, but soon after driving home, we began having engine problems. We called Noah, our salesman, and he set up a service appointment with a good shop and assured us that it would be taken care of. So just like life, this was not without surprises. I can say that Jamie hathcock auto did everything right and I believe they do care about their customer.

They are a wonderful company and very friendly. They really take the time to get to know you as a customer and try to help you in anyway they can. We would recommend this company to anyone they have a great family atmosphere and a great selection of vehicles!

I called them they had me bring it in where they sent it to get fixed and even loaned me a car! In 2013 I bought a 2003 Chevy Tahoe (Owen and Noah worked with me) for a couple thousand under the KBB retail value. Jamie Hathcock himself went an extra thousand miles (pun ;)) to get the bank to say yes and I drove off with the car I wanted and a huge smile on my face the following day. Three and a half years later, the only thing Ive had to fix was the battery. It is still in great shape! Im still very grateful for this group!!
