Great guys to work with!! Dropped by without an appointment to have a wicker bill installed on my Charger. They had the work done in no time and the price was very fair. Just super pleased with this family run business. We chose them because they were the lowest estimate of three to replace the rear bumper on a Toyota Rav4, but was very impressed with the quality and timeliness of the work. I landed into this place my mistake when I was walking around looking for Premier Collision Repair that was recommended to me by my Volkswagen dealer. I was impressed when the owner of this shop said his name was Ganesh, which is a very popular name in Indian subcontinent. He told me that he works hand in hand with Geico’s estimators. So, I entrusted Ganesh to repair my car instead of going to Premier Collision Repair, which was behind G&S. That was a big mistake. G&S took more than a month to do the repairs and the car was repaired and given back to me without any paper work or guarantees. The owner Ganesh was not present when I went to take the car back. His father told me that Ganesh is not available. My rear wiper is not working. The new tire they put in does not have any guarantees. The other tire has a leak in it. I have problem filling gas because the nozzle would not go in and hold automatically into the tank when I fill gas. I need to hold the nozzle while filling gas. The closing lid of the gas tank also is old and ripped and falls off when I open the tank. When I complained to Geico, Geico said it was my choice to give the car for repairs to G&S. However, Geico agent was very nice and understanding and she told me that I could take the car for further repairs to some other shop and that Geico would pay for the additional works needed. It was a terrible mistake that I left my new car for repairs with G&S. See the picture of the closing lid of gas tank in my new car. Also, when I open the rear trunk, water would flow out for some time from the corner if it rained the previous day. See picture.

These guys fixed our hail damaged 2020 MB Sprinter, making it look new again. The paint match is undetectable and they worked with the insurance company. The damage was awful a South Dakota hail storm leaving several creases. I cant say enough for how well the van turned out. Thank you G&S!

Did good job removing rust around pinchweld on my 24 year old J30 so windshield could be replaced. She will soon achieve antique status. Yeaaa!

I had the misfortune of having three vehicle and my house hit by a tree, and what was wonderful, was some of experiences I had with some of the local company I dealt with through the process; I found G&S Auto in Springfield wonderful to deal with and made the whole process easy; unlike other bigger Auto Body shops this is an local family owned and operated company, and both father and son, were great to deal with and were genuine, decent hard working people that does quality work, at affordable rates, and were experts and were easy to deal with, they even came to my home to give the estimate, and picked up the vehicles, and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If customer service is important to you; go to them!

Mr. Sohan & his son Ganesh are wonderful people. They work really hard but theyre always happy. I was referred to their great service by Raju @ Import Auto Service on Edsall Rd. I didnt doubt about the referral because I always trusted Import Auto Service. The outcome was better than I expected. Mr. Sohan & his staff worked on every little details until they were pleased with the job. I highly recommend G&S to anyone who prefers reasonable prices for the great services.

My friend recently crashed my car and messed it up really bad, it was an almost total. The guys at the shop were able to repair it good as new. Everyone in the shop was really friendly, very good at calling back in a timely manner and communicating with me about the issues with my car and when I would be able to get it back. They even sent me photos of my vehicle so I could see the damage done to it and the work that they had so far completed
