The staff was great! Clear communication and extremely nice even with being understaffed and back ordered parts they finished my vehicle in the estimated time frame and they did such a great job. Definitely will bring my business back to them no doubt. P.S don’t use Springfield Enterprise rental (4100 are the last 4 on the phone number), they have no communication and will charge you with out knowing and close your account so they “can’t” give you a refund. They don’t even have a phone number to contact them and don’t contact you even when you call right when you have been charged.

I’ve had several vehicles through here. Guy is extremely knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and fair about all the services they offer here. The staff is always welcoming as soon as you walk through the door and the work they do is phenomenal! Most recently, they did a bunch of work on my doors after I sideswiped a pole in my truck. It damaged one door that had to be completely replaced and severely damaged the other along with my steps. The work was done very quickly, and I am beyond impressed with the results. You cannot tell there was ever damage there. It looks better than it ever has. They were awesome and kept me updated the whole way. I highly recommend them.

These guys were great! Some pile of garbage decided to drill a hole in my gas tank, I’m thinking my truck will be there for a week or two. Highly recommended fix Auto in Springfield!! Never thought that I could find the holy grail of auto places. In my situation I only had a bumper replaced/ painted, I dropped my car off at 11 am and had it back by 3:30 the next day. Everything from dropping off the car and getting picked up by the rental car to just dropping the rental car off at fix auto. I would say it has been a breeze. I had a person back into the side of my car and I needed it repaired. I spent several hours online reading reviews for body shops within Lane County on Yelp and Google. Ive only lived here for a few years and never needed a body shop so I had no recommendations to start with. I looked for a body shop with a steady stream of great reviews for their work quality and customer service. I also wanted that body shop to have a lifetime warranty for their work and stand behind their product.I had my choices, based on many positive online reviews, narrowed down to two body shops. The first shop was extremely hesitant to even give me an estimate (prior to insurance approval) because in their words, it would be a waste of their time.I called the other body shop, which was Fix Auto in Springfield on Main Street. They told me to bring it by and they would give me an estimate. I went by there and met Guy, the shop manager. From the moment I walked in the door the representatives at Fix Auto were extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. Guy dropped what he was doing and completed my estimate. I will remind you this estimate was done before Insurance approved any work, so Guy gave the estimate with no guarantee that he was going to get the work. I told them on the spot that they had my business as soon as I heard from the insurance company and we parted ways with a handshake deal that I would follow through on my word. I called Fix Auto the very next week to inform them the insurance had approved the work. I was told that Guy had already ordered the parts in anticipation of our agreement. They got me in and I picked up my car in six days. The work quality was absolutely amazing. I cant even tell that it was ever hit. Fix Auto even went out of their way to buff the entire car so all the paint was perfectly blended. During the course of repairs, I also needed a rental and Fix Auto did all the leg work with insurance company to get my rental approved and the rental reservation made. I cant say enough good things about Fix Auto in Springfield. I highly recommend them for any Auto Body repairs and they will always have my business in the future.
