Passing through from out of town, trailer i was pulling had a broken bolt on the leaf spring. Stopped at this shop they drilled out the old bolt, had it fixed and was back on the road twenty minutes later..This is a good CLEAN and PROFESSIONAL shop. Fast, fair and friendly...Thank you for the help and thank you for getting me back on the road so fast.

Took our 5th wheel camper in for an estimate on some body damage repair on 11/18/20. Brandon was very informative, polite and helpful and it sounds like they can get at it pretty quickly. So far our experience has been very positive and will post updates after work is done.

MBC collision replaced the windshield and repaired some body damage to our Motorhome. Most places would require you to bring your Mororhome by their place of business but they came to our home. When they came by I had an estimate back to myself and the insurance company quickly. When the Motorhome was taken in they updated us constantly every step of the way and did a great job on the repairs. It is great to see a business put customers first in every aspect of their business.

I cannot walk. I called Jason to see if they could help. After I explained the circumstances, he said they could. I called Brandon on the day it was going to freeze and he said he could send the guys in the afternoon to winterize my camper. We meet them at the location of the camper. They were very helpful and nice. They have always been nice to us.

Dealing with Brandon at MBC had me comfortable that my camper was in good hands from minute one. Less than two weeks later I had it back and you’d never know where the damage was. Communication with me was great. Communication between the shop and my insurance company was great. MBC Collision repaired our roof on our 2018 travel trailer after it was punctured by a tree limb. They worked with our insurance to get us the best price. They did all the work with our agent, which freed up our time to deal with the damage to our home.The work performed was excellent. We could not tell the roof had been replaced.

I took my motorhome to MBC after someone had a bad experience already with them, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt, and thought maybe it was a issue with communication. The experience a family member had was in relation to an RV and basically insurance fraud too..so now after the fact, that should have been our first and only sign. We took it to them after we found a possible leak and water damage. Met with Chase and he seemed helpful and knowledgeable. The motorhome was sealed up when we brought it in, we had to open the area where the damage was so they could see for assessment. It was goind to rain, for several days coming up and he advised they would seal it back up. Several weeks later, and after a couple reach outs as no followup was received, Brandon advised he would help us as Chase dropped the ball and nothing was done on it to date. Which means the motorhome was sitting outside, open seam and exposed for many days of rain. After lots of back and forth, horrible communication and lack of customer service, we ended up just having them seal it back up, caulk all the seams and supposedly resealing the roof. We arrived to pick up the motorhome and when they say reseal...they just applied a layer of self leveling caulk on the roof...no reseal at all! Plus they didnt remove the old caulk, just applied another layer on top. Then they caulked the windows and seams on the side walls. They did a horrible job, didnt even caulk the areas that caused the leak at all and now we will have to caulk what they didnt. 1,000 mistake. After telling many people my experience, I have learned of about 3 or 4 other families with the same experience. Never take anything to these people.

MBC Collision is a great place to do business and they offer fantastic service at an affordable price. I had a truck that had a fight with a train engine. My truck lost but MBC put it back together and it has been running and looking great ever since. Have had other work done at MBC as well and have never been disappointed. Took my RV here to have them look at the AC. They were unable to fix it, but charged me nothing. Generally seems to be a well run business. However, when I dropped my RV off it had almost half a tank of gas and when I picked it up the gas tank was on empty. So 10+ gallons of gas disappeared while my RV was in their possession.

Unsafe work environment. Improper reapirs daily. Great stuff foam doesnt belong on campers. Employees are not given enough time to do a proper repair so they cut corners. The owners see $$$ signs and honestly dont care who they rip off.
