A positive experience every time I come in! The employees are professional and go out of their way to give great service. They keep me updated throughout the whole process and take the time to explain everything to me. They’re generous with estimated completion times, so I’m often out faster than I expect. The building itself is nice, clean, and overall quite pleasant to wait in. I bring my Kia Rio in anytime I need a tire patched (so grateful that they do it for free!) or anything else tire related.

Everyone at this discount tire location was great work work with and masked up for safety among Covid-19.I was initially a little concerned about getting in and out of their parking lot with my 34ft travel trailer, but they assured me it was simple to get in an out without a problem. It was super easy to drive in, park at their last door, then drive out the back and behind the neighboring restaurant.I scheduled a time to get 4 x Goodyear Endurance tires installed. These guys and gals got them installed in just over an hour! The tires made a HUGE difference in the way the trailer pulls and recently performed great during a 1,250 mile road trip to Florida. Really nice staff that helped! I needed to get new tires (it was definitely time) and the staff was super nice and helpful. I didnt feel pressured or that I was being forced into one particular choice. The staff was understanding and explained the different tires that were available to me and what life I would get out of them. Much better than I have felt at other auto repair or tire places before. I cant see myself or my husband going anywhere else for tires. They are so nice about fixing flats as well. Awesome place great experience!

Well I had a bad shake in the front end of my truck. I asked if it was my tires and the guy said yes and proceeded to sell me 4 tires. Said I needed them. Well $554.00 later I still had a shake. Went somewhere else and my front wheel bearings were barely in and tie rods were shot. But I could only afford bearings after buying the tires. I also found out I could have got all new tires for 300 something mounted and balanced. So long story short Discount Tire took me for $554 and Im still driving around in an unsafe truck because I couldnt afford to get the tie rods fixed and its still shaking. And to top it off I was charged too much for my tires. Granted I needed them that day because I thought a shake was the tires in the long run I got screwed Im driving long distance morning and evening to and from work. Thanks a lot Discount Tire you screwed me.

Managed to get me squeezed in & back on the road quickly on a Saturday morning so I bought them pizza for lunch since it was labor day weekend

THEY LEFT OFF A LUG NUT, and I drove an hour and a half all the way home on winding roads like that. I got home and we noticed it, and I dont quite understand how theyd leave off a lug nut. Additionally, its a locking lug nut. We have a spare, but dont have the tools to put on a locking lug nut. So now I have to figure out if theres someone locally who can put it on, because I cant drive back an hour and a half to Discount Tire. And I have no idea if riding with a missing lug nut did any kind of damage, but Im angry this is even an issue. Really disappointed.

I went in with a leaking tire. I was greeted in a friendly manner right away despite the place being very busy. Within five minutes someone took my information and then within another five minutes someone else came and checked my vehicle. They gave me an expectation of when the repair would be completed. They completed my repair well earlier than I expected and I was only there for a total of 30 minutes. Great Service!!

They will fix your tire for FREE! I had a flat tire that I took here to get fixed. Since I had already put the spare on they just took the tire from the trunk and said they would send a text when it was fixed. I was able to leave and return when it was ready. I drove into the shop and they put the tire back on that they had fixed. They didnt charge me anything even though I have never bought tires from them. Great service!

Ive always reccomemded them to family and friends but not after this last visit. I paid $40 couple years back to have my jeep tires rotated and balanced. I balked at 40 then, and the young gentleman politely told me that would cover lifetime b&r. Forward to this last visit, and the young dude, Blaise, tells me it will 40 again. I said, I was told last time that was lifetime. Huffily, he said that was a one time fee but he would do it this time then added snotty, those tires wont last another rotation anyway. I sat and wait three hours till they were done. I watched him act pleasantly with other customers coming in to purchase expensive new tires so I guess maybe that the new company Outlook. Only treat people with respect that are spending a lot. Ill look elsewhere when time to change my tires.

They give great offers on tiers there and the workers were very helpful at getting the right tires to fit my car.

I give this store a 5 star cause they took great care of me. I went on sat and had 4 new rims installed on my truck. The employee that installed them did not balance them right. I called and spoke to Blaise about it and he got it taken care of right away. I have done a lot of business with discount tire in Iowa and would like to keep doing business with them. But it’s kind of hard to drive back and forth to Springfield from Lebanon. So corporate if you see this please bring a store to Lebanon Missouri. I know that I would definitely keep doing business with you and I also know that there is a lot of people here that would also do business with you.

This is the 3rd time Ive purchased tires from Discount Tire. I specifically like this location because I always get great customer service. I always find the best prices too! Doesnt hurt that Chick-Fil-A is right next door too.

They always give their best at Discount Tire! Adam got me in the system right away from the convenience of my vehicle. Intake was swift and I was given a time estimate, along with offering to take my keys or let me wait in my car for my turn.Devyn got the screw out of my tire and patched the hole up quicker than I expected. He let me know the hole was minor and I had nothing to worry about. And I even got my metal tire cap back! When I need new tires, Ill be going here for purchase and installation.

It is rare these days to find a company whose emploies appear to up hold their companies commitment to excelince in service. However this store compleatly blew my husband and my self away. When we first came to them we had a damaged tire and exspected to purcase new one. Insted they evaluated the tire and decide it could be repaired. So insted of selling us a tire they fixed it and made sure all the other tires were safe. From that moment on we knew no matter what we wanted to do buissness with them, because they showed us great integrety. Just had a flat. Thankfully, I had purchased my tires at Discount Tire. I pulled in today, they gave me curbside customer service. They wore masks which made me feel safe. In less than an hour I had my tire repaired at no charge because I had the warranty. This is the way it is supposed to work. Service with a smile. These guys are great, they do a great job getting you the best price their install and warrant may seem high to some but the level of service you get is worth it!!!! Rotation, check my air pressure on my spare even and the money I get back if they need replacing sooner than needed or full replacement cant beat it. The only negative is sometime waiting 45 min for a tire rotation but they do so much business it get over loaded so I understand why.

They have giving me 100% peace of mind when it comes to tires and I wont let anyone mess with the tires but them, as they will fill and check tires for Free including putting a stopper in a nail hole they find. This store is absolutely amazing. I was very down on my luck for the day, and as soon as I got off work my tire blew out while I was heading home. I was so stressed out to the point of tears and all the tire shops near me were about to close. I called and they said they would stay open to help me. I was able to get there on a donut safely and they were able to change it quite fast. When it came time to pay I asked how much it was and they gave it to me on the house. It was an honest reminder to count your daily blessings and told me that there were still good people on this planet. I wish I could rate more than five stars to this place.

I usually go to Walmart auto and they are still closed because of covid so I went to this place for the first time. I will not be back. Everything was fine with the tires until I went to pay. I had already seen all the fees they charge online And knew exactly how much it should cost. When I went to pay I asked the guy to confirm the cost of the tires because it was more than I was expecting and he dead a** looked me in the face and said “sales tax”. Keep in mind it should’ve been about 200 even with tax and came to 240 (you know because sales tax is 20 percent these days). After I left the receipt had something called “refund replace” that was 30$ extra which the man blatantly lied about when I asked why it cost more. I had no idea what this was until I called back and they told me it was an “optional” tire insurance. Not very optional when you are not given an option. Not to mention I wouldn’t have even known the tires were insured if I haven’t called back. It just rubs me wrong that they tried to sneak in an extra charge.

Just stopped in to see how much would cost to have a tire mounted and balanced. They quoted me $32.99 for a 15in tire on a Toyota Corolla thats just to get the tire put on the rim. this is literally the most expensive price Ive ever heard of for a mount and balance a tire of this size. Be very careful make sure you get a full quote in advance be very suspect of anything they do!

Its nice to speak with someone knowledgeable and courteous, with no pressure to buy something not needed. A big thanks to Adam over at the S. Glenstone location. Service was impeccable.

After being lied to by Thompson Quicklube about being able to do our tires mount, balance and rotation and being told they didnt have time to do it even though I got there within 10 minutes of calling and an hour before they closed, I came across this place and gave them a shot. They took us in no questions asked 20 minutes before they closed even though they were already busy. They did everything I needed in under 30 minutes and were extremely friendly. Im very pleased with the service I received and will absolutely come back, Thompson on the other hand has lost yet another costumer.

Went to discount to have some new wheels installed on my 16 explorer, after a small hiccup and a couple of the wheels being slightly damaged they had no issue whatsoever having the damage repaired. Overall had a good experience with them

Thank you Devyn and the rest of the employees that helped me.I wish there was a Discount Tire Store in Louisiana.My wife and I were traveling on vacation and one of my tire sensors alerted a low tire. We had already had this repaired in Louisiana before we left on vacation. Unfortunately, the repair was not adequate and was still leaking.Devyn, went above and beyond to facilitate a repair which required a tire change. The staff was able to locate a used tire (in great shape) and replace the damaged tire at no cost.Everyone was super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate people from out of state. What a blessing! I would highly recommend the store to anyone needing tires or repairs. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.I called several tire stores in the area which included the Goodyear store, the Firestone store, and other local tire stores. Only one store was willing to help me and they could not get to it until the following evening. Devyn and Discount Tire was able to work me in with 2 hours. After gathering the information needed I headed to see him.Wendell went above and beyond to help me with my situation. He was extremely professional and wonderful to work with! $135 for 2 cheap tires, 1 hour wait after being told get you in just a minute. When walking in (during Covid-19) was approached by the salesman and was not within the 6 ft, more like 2 ft, since he could easily be touched. This whole store kept trying to up-sell EVERYTHING, that is a big sign of desperation and even annoyance in my book. Was not even given a receipt when being told that they give you it upon paying. Long story short had to redo the whole order and reprint it. Will NOT be getting my business again. Not to mention 3 techs at any given time standing around.

Needed an ATV/Golf cart tire put on. I will now be getting all and every tire in the future from this group. Blaze was polite and attentive to every need. I only wish I could hire a staff this food. I cannot brag enough.
