Technician replaced the furnace gas valve which had failed. He was quite thorough working steadily for several hours to get the old one out and replacing it, testing gas pressure and circuits, then ran it through a full cycle.

My husband and I are new to Springfield--we actually bought a house really recently. Were currently in the stage where were discovering all the surprise fixes that need to be done. Our air conditioning went out right away, and I called Aire Serv and talked to Jill, who was fantastic at her job, and she got me right on their flex schedule. Amanda (also fantastic) sent out Joe Graham, who was very professional and listed out our options very quickly. He even explained ways to optimize our system--at an affordable price. They are quick to send a service tech out, usually same day in my experience. Place is very expensive though compared to most other heating and cooling places around here. They do not provide any part numbers and cannot even if asked, so I have no way of even price checking the parts.

We contacted Aire Serv when our AC went out. We knew it was an old system, and were hoping it could be fixed just to get by a couple more years. The technician that came out (Troy) was respectful, professional, and courteous. He patiently explained what he was doing, why, and what it meant at each step.Aire Serv gave us the option to fix it and explained what it would entail. They also advised against it, and went through our options for a new system. After talking it over, my spouse and I decided on the replacement, but we appreciated having several options presented to us.Theyve now finished the installation. We dealt with five members of the company, and each one was as professional and pleasant as the first. Theres nothing for me to clean up, nothing for me to put back in place, and nothing for me to complain about. I hope to keep doing business with them for years to come.

They sent out a very knowledgeable Customer Service Representative (Jered Shoopman) and he carefully and thoroughly assessed our needs and presented us with a complete package at an affordable price. Within less than a week of his visit, installers Josh & Dave showed up and had our new HVAC system completely installed in about six hours. It works great...I am grateful!

I got bids for a new furnace and air conditioning system in 2016 and Aire Serv was over $2,000 cheaper than the others for a super high efficiency system. Since then, they have come to my home to perform normal maintenance on the system and have always been very professional and on time. I highly recommend Aire Serv for your next system or any service you may need.

They tried to sell us $4,000 worth of repairs on a 25 year old system. Had another company come in and check out our system and they said everything worked perfectly except there were a few loose screws causing a rattle which they tightened and fixed the issue. I definitely would not recommend anyone use Aire Serv for heating and air inspection or repairs! Myself or anyone I know will never give another dime to this terrible company ever again!

Outstanding service from these guys. Found the A/C faltering on a 90+ degree day. I chose them because they had the highest ratings. Clay was the service guy, who diagnosed the issue as low Freon. We had ice on the coils. He let it thaw, and came back to clean the unit and add Freon. He explained the issue, and we’re cool again. You get what you pay for with these guys. Thanks, Clay! I have utilized Aire Serve for my heating and cooling for more than 20 years now. I have always had excellent service. I like the security measures of a call before the technicians come and an email with their picture. They work in an efficient manner and explain thoroughly their findings. If there are issues that need addressed, they tell you honestly if the correction can wait, but what the potential consequences might be. There is no pressure. Again I trust this company and will continue to use it.

I had them come out in June 2017 because the central air in my new house wasnt working. They charged me $100 just to come out. The technician said he would have to call the office because my system was missing the blower fan and the fan motor. Then the office in Springfield called and said that I could no longer get those parts because my system was too old. They said it would cost around $8,000 for a new system.I decided to do some research myself and found that I could, in fact, find those parts. I ordered the parts myself and had my brother-in-law install them.They LIED to me to try to convince me to purchase a whole new system! I found the parts needed in less than 5 minutes. Do not trust this company!

In the business of furnace replacement more than furnace repair. Probably safe upto a point but all sales etc.. acknowledged will push toward the items with the most profit available for them.

Just had HRI Plumbing/Aire Serv of Jacksonville install a sump pump with water power backup system/Wifi alarm. Our Technician Corey did an excellent job! He was very professional and explained how the system operated and tested the alarm system before he left. We would definitely recommend this company.

Aire Serv has been servicing my Springfield, IL home needs for several years. I have need more than pleased with the services provided and in fact moved to a recurring service contract for my HVAC a couple years ago. To begin, thank you Aire Serv. With winter fast approaching, I contacted Aire Serv about a furnace replacement. When Joe Graham came to do an estimate, he noticed that our hot water heater was very unsafe and shut it off. Taking our situation into consideration, Aire Serv told us that if we paid for the hot water heater to be replaced by their sister company HRI Plumbing, they would provide us with a free furnace and installation. The work was done very quickly and professionally. I would like to point out that the furnace was the more expensive of the two jobs. My family and I are very thankful for the considerate way in which Aire Serv remedied our situation. Thank you again.

On Tuesday of last week, our AC unit stopped working. Since the unit was 20 years old, it was not economically feasible to repair it. We decided to replace the system with a new unit. Aire Serve had a new unit installed and operational on Friday of the same week. The technicians who came out were prompt and professional. Very please with the service.

Aire Serv installed our HVAV system 10 years ago and has maintained it semiannually. Over the past 4 years the Lennox heating system has had multiple issues/failures within the gas pressure switch system. Aire Serve Tech’s have rapidly responded each time diagnosing problems, ordering parts and returning for installation of needed parts. Techs are great...Lennox, not so great.

Came out same day which started off great. Then had us sign a contract they didnt completely discuss every term nor did they give us a copy to read. After talking with our Home Warranty, Aire Serv would not even work with them. Thus, when we cancelled our services, we were fined $500 as a cancellation fee. After speaking with the manager, we still werent able to get out of it even though we had no idea there was cancellation fee. Poor customer services, doesnt work with home warranties, terrible company to do any business with. Would not recommend

Ill keep this simple: Called Air Serv after hours to have them look at a furnace that quit, they had someone from HRI call me to work out the details. A guy came out, reset a breaker, left pieces of ceiling tile on the floor and off he went ($150) and then called me with an interest in stopping by another time to trouble shoot the problem (no doubt would entail an additional service call charge). The breaker tripped within minutes after he left. Knowing full well that any heating and AC technician could trouble shoot a furnace in minute; I called another company out the next day, they discovered the motor was bad and the breaker was weak; they were there for 10 minutes to trouble shoot the problem and had replacement parts by late morning the next day. I explained my dissatisfaction with Air Serv regarding the HRI technician, the supervisor I spoke with, said he would look into it and get back to me. Never got a call back. I fix most of my stuff, but in this situation I was out of town and needed someone I could trust; I didnt find it here.
