Wow! This Kroger is ginormous, every option possible and large isles making it a nice shopping experience. Huge beer and wine selections. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on items and where the grocery items I was looking for was. Even checking out the staff was so kind. I wish the Kroger by my house was as nice as this one!!!

This is what a store should look like before a storm. Most of the lanes open! Went to the local Walmart and HEB today both had around 3 lanes open! Lines everywhere. Kroger got it right. Good service

Great staff, very clean. Aisles are easily managed . Good sale prices!! Walmart who??Never!!Today I went some brainiac had left a dog in car no air windows up??? Jason the manager cared enough to call non emergency. Dog had bn in vehicle at least 50 minutes. So he stayed w vehicle till fd got there. So thank you for caring more about a beautiful dog more than actual owners. Compassion is spelled K R O G E R!!

Love this store! They associates are friendly, especially Sami in floral. She always has the place looking so pretty and cheerful. Heather in the pharmacy goes above and beyond for every customer. You cant beat the deals on clothing when they are on sale and they have an awesome selection of shoes.

Brand new awesome store! Biggest Kroger in Texas, it has 76 aisles and carries almost everything you could possibly need! All the departments here have the biggest selection Ive seen in a Kroger store, and even has a clothing department! Extremely nice staff, very helpful! I especially love the meat and seafood department. They have a HUGE selection of high quality meats at great prices including the hard to find PRIME beef and their friendly, helpful staff will happily customise your selection to your exact instructions! They even have a professional chef that prepares and grills samples of his custom recipes right there in store for you, to try and gives you a printed copy of his recipes so you can cook it for yourself! This is my absolute favorite grocery store hands down!

Would like to applaud the young gentleman who helped me with questions regarding product comparisons i.e. Name brands versus Kroger products. Other than the price differences he seemed to know the Kroger products being better or the same as the name brands since he himself also purchases the Kroger products for his family. Even took the time to show me where they were located. 👏👏 Great Customer Service and knowledge of store products - name brands and Kroger brands. Ive noticed other store associates there at this store lacking these qualities of Customer Service. The young gentlemans name was Lawrence. Would recommend he be acknowledged and also train other associates to be as helpful as he is. This would be beneficial to your store.

Five stars for a great staff. I was just hoping that something could be brought to Krogers attention. The smaller shopping carts that have an additional lower basket pose an injury risk. The lower basket whacked my shin extremely hard tonight when I was lowering it off of the curb. Its really banged up and Im glad my cart wasnt any heavier. Just remove the lower baskets off of those carts please. Theyre entirely unnecessary and can cause injury. If people need more space, they can use the larger ones.

My son wanted to play the games at the front of the store. I put in some money but the machine ate our money. Will and another gentleman came up and took money out of their own pockets to win a prize for my little guy. You made my 4 year olds day. Your kind hearts are so appreciated!

Pharmacy dept. Is terrificOn short notice, we got our first COVID shots from Moderna here. No other nearby Krogers had it, including in the Woodlands. The pharmacy dept. manager Heather Schöneberg was very efficient and fast moving. She was multitasking like crazy. She was very helpful to every one of the pharmacy customers.

Just served a Simple Truth chicken bought today. Probably the worst chicken I have ever had and not like all of the other Simple Truth chickens I have bought at this store. Burnt and overcooked - just terrible. I come to this store primarily for these chickens. Guess I will shop for everything at HEB now.

I really enjoy shopping here but the deli department people are so rude. Its like they are annoying to do the simple task of cutting some cheese or meat. Every single time its the same thing. I rather go to heb next time

Im done with this store. On two occasions I purchased a brand name product for pickup, they swapped for Kroger brand then when I complained the brand name product magically became available... Margins are higher on their own brand products of course, so this is all about putting the customer last. Its unacceptable. Together we can put this store out of business, thats where it was likely headed anyway prior to the pandemic. HEB is Texas owned with better prices, better stock and variety that fits the local culture and trends. Kroger has been around longer but their HQ is up north; disconnected from the local culture and trends. Together we can purge Kroger stores from out State.

For this to be a flower shop, they had three of the most dryest, unfriendliest women working. No greeting, no one asked if I needed help or had questions. All three just sat, looking crazy. Yea Happy Mother’s Day to y’all too. 🙄

Purchased disinfectant wipes for pick up. I even called to confirm they had them in stock and was told yes. When I get to the store for pick up I was asked if I wanted to take hand sanitizer instead because they were out of wipes. This is the closest kroger to my house. I drove 20 minutes to be told that they did not have what I purchased for pick up. I called to confirm my purchase before I left my house and yet they told me the order was correct and ready.

I use the pharmacy mostly. The staff at the pharmacy are all very helpful. They are also very knowledgeable about the drugs and different drugs and their reaction. They offer excellent personal customer service. I am very pleased with them. I have only shopped the grocery store a few times. It seems nice bright and spacious. This is a one stop store so they have lots of other things including clothes. I have gotten several nice things on clearance but otherwise their prices are very high. Good store. It still looks brand new.

Very nice new Krogers, but dont use their bakery for decorating your cakes. I asked for butterflies and got I dont know what they are supposed to be.

I went here for the first time after moving into the area. Coming from an H.E.B.-only community, I was looking forward to having some diversity in grocery shopping opportunities.Unfortunately, my shopping experience was marred by limited selections, higher prices, rotten produce, and nearly-expired hot dog buns. In addition, any in-store discounts offered require you trade away your privacy for their purchase-tracking rewards card. Most of the time, these so-called discounts simply match the everyday prices I expect to pay elsewhere.Its great to have so much grocery competition in the area, but for this particular store they seem to be on the losing end of the best customer experience.

Usually go closer to home but came here to use gas points. I needed ground beef for a recipe. Absolutely the WORST ground beef Ive ever bought. It was done by the meat department but whoever did it needs to be fired for selling it. The meat was completely filled with ground up gristle (cartilage and arteries were all in it). Ill stay away from this one. Others know how to do it right but not here. Package even says only the finest quality and freshness! Not even close!

I LOVE kroger. But damn, the taco Bell across the street didnt give me enough fire sauce so I came in for a quick grab and go. The website said aisle seven. THATS WINE! Just gotta let yall know.... It is definitely not aisle seven.

When I got home I discovered that five items did not get placed in my cart after bagging. No biggie, mistakes happen. I made one once. Upon returning to the aisle where I checked out, I was told the items were not there and that customer service could help me get things straightened out.After waiting at an unattended customer service counter for ten minutes, I called the store, listened to the menu, and pressed 9 for customer service. Nobody answered, so I tried again and got the same results.I asked a passing employee how I could get some service and was told that only one person was working that dept. due to many people calling in unable to work, and the one employee that could help me was on her break.After about ten more minutes, the customer service rep. returned from her break and remedied the situation very graciously.High marks for the customer service lady, low, low marks for management for not covering that department sufficiently.Instead of the usual four stars, Im awarding only two for this visit.

I love how clean this store is. The isles are wide and not narrow, and there is a very large selection of items in pretty much every department. The young lady who helped check me out was very friendly and had a genuine smile. Will definitely come back here to shop for groceries.

I was impressed with how clean and organized the store was and they even had some great sale items. But my view changed once it came time to check out. The associate at the self checkout lanes was not approachable or friendly as I asked her for help. She didnt seem like she wanted to be there at all and seemed very annoyed that I asked her a question. Once she assisted she seemed fine but the initial interaction is what will be lasting. Good customer service is so crucial. Hopefully management can train the associates better. Ill just keep going back to the HEB down the street where I ALWAYS have a pleasant customer experience.

This is a really nice store, but the produce section leaves a bit to be desired. Quite a few rotten apples and oranges. Other than that, the service was excellent and the clearance rack was stacked. Clean and well organized. Ill return.

Friendly staff, great selection, convenient location. Layout is different from what Im used to, but once I learn, it will be easy one-stop shopping. Love that I dont have to unload my cart on conveyor belt. Cashier pulls items directly from cart.

Becareful when buying meat products. I saw two select briskets being sold at.the higher choice quality and was blown off by the meat department employees when telling them about it. It is better to go to HEB for meat products.

Its new and big with marble floors. I imagine the marble floor will be easier to keep clean. Google maps does not know where it is. The store is missing some things. Not as big as Baytown, and Cypress... The eating area is set up nicely and there are lots of self checkout booths near the Sushi counter. More user friendly.

Nice store that needs help. Produce is usually just marginally fresh. Plan on being ignored if you visit the fish department. The registers are always backed up with only one or two open, even on busy days. Management needs to be more present on the front end. The regular staff at the pharmacy are great though.

Great location and staff. Never TOO busy and very clean. I live that I can get cute plus sized clothing for cheap.Id give 5 stars but... The only thing I would suggest is to get the scooter carts for handicapped people to have a longer battery life. Ive had several surgeries and every single one of the cars die after 10 mins. Then I have to have someone get me a new cart and transfer the items. Walmarts last the whole time that Im there.

It was a very nice clean store. This Kroger has clothes as well as normal grocery items. Pharmacy, Starbucks and an eating area with some good looking food as well.

10 am is the best time to go. Meat and produce are fresh. I live near the HEB but I am so disappointed lately with HEB. They had products on the displays that were expired, by days, some times even weeks. I bought beef and from HEB, came home to cook it and it was expired by 3 days! I took it back. Going to Kroger from now on. Meat is fresh and costs are less than HEB. I used to think HEB was more convenient but 2 more minutes and I am at Kroger.

No type of greeting when we entered and then I felt like we were being watched the entire shopping trip. When we were leaving three mangers were waiting at the door watching to see if the alarm was going to go off. I felt like if were Caucasian we would have been treated better!

John, was the prime example of true Customer service, I can see why he was the star of the day. The center aisles were well stocked and easy to manuver.Kathleen at the Customer Service desk was great at managing the front of the store and taking care of an issue we had which required a refund adjustment.

Moved to the area about 3 months ago.this store has everything it is however a little overwhelming but on a good note it could very well be your store for every thing.Love my new beautiful living

Nice newly opened Kroger. New recent Kroger stores offering more amenities, very similar to the new store that opened in the Grand Central Park in Conroe. Apparel, Pharmaceuticals, Deli, Seafood, Meats, Prep Foods, Starkbucks, & Self Check Out are nice amenities. Save with the Kroger app too. Location is nice.

I have purchased seasoned chicken wings from the meat market twice and both times my house smelled like dead chicken. The meat is not fresh. A lot of food is expired or nearly there with the woohoo stickers..

Probably one of the best krogers Ive been in. The employees were all friendly. I was asked my manager in passing how was I? I was told my young blonde checker. Please allow me, it is my job to help you. So sweet! I just really fell in love with the selection of all kinds of odds and ends. Clothing, toys section. 2 thumbs up.

I was very excited about this new Kroger coming near my area, but it did not live up to my expectations. I felt that for such a big store, that there would be something special, but there wasnt in my opinion. I also got their fried chicken special at the cafe, but the chicken was VERY dry, and the sides were also awful. Overall: I dont think I will return to this location, instead I will go to the H-E-B up the street.

My favorite place to shop all the food is Top Shelf. They have delicious desserts and sweets in the bakery fresh baked tortillas the best sandwiches ever. And store Starbucks was delicious beverages many of their top shelf foods are at a discount like Boars Head and organic hummus. I used to shop at Walmart and recently moved to Krogers since Walmart stop price matching it was the best decision that I could have made. Food quality is 1000% better

Excellent customer service all around. Cecil(?) at the meat counter is knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Someone needs to give Sam a cookie.

Grocery store. Not a very busy one at this point. Easy to get in and out. Prices are a little on the high side. Most meat isnt clearly marked with the USDA grade as it is at HEB.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and organized. Never had to wait too long in lines.

Be careful of this new store. They are selling rotten produce at high end dollars. I purchased a water melon ( I know, it is out of season) there today, I went to cut it, and it was mush inside. Who knows how long this piece sat in a warehouse, or on a ship from SA. I also purchased a package of romaine hearts from there, and when I opened it to wash it, it had bugs crawling all over the inside leaves. Disgusting - their produce manager should be demoted before someone gets seriously sick from eating this contaminated and rotten food.

Repeat customer visit to Kroger #137; all is good here compliant to the 4-keys protocol.

Nicely arranged store. Fruit and vegetables look great, as does the meat selection. The pharmacy area and household goods area is a bit confusing. There are things behind the pharmacy counter, like ovulation kits, that wouldnt be behind the counter at any other store. So I didnt get to see my options. Very frustrating. Also, watch the prices when you check out - particularly on veggies and fruits as the checker seemed to charge us more than the sale prices. We had to ask for that to be corrected.

Grocery shopping. They have nice employees generally speaking. Id rather use Kroger any day over Heb.

The store is nice but the checkers and baggers are horrible! Everytime I leave here half of my groceries are smashed on the bottom. They are rude and you can tell they do not care to be there or to do a good job.

This place is huge! I was glad to see that they are a lot more accommodating to people on low carb, grain free, paleo, keto diet, etc... This is not my usual Kroger, so now I feel like my regular Kroger is inadequate. The workers the were very helpful today and the store was very clean.

Terrible, one of the worst shopping experiences ever. Tried to get lunch meats at the deli and the people working the counter were too busy talking among themselves to wait on me. Only 3 check outlines open...need more. A lot of employees walking around doing nothing. This store does not even carry NY Style bagel chips. Bought 2 Tastykake lemon pies, both were spoiled product and when I checked the packaging they expired on 11/24/17. If they do not hit their sales financials these are some of the reasons why. Will NOT be back.
