Not to the store but to GOOGLE MAPS bec it told me it closes at 12am i had a milk last minute emergency and i got there 11:15 to be told they closed at 11am bec of covid 19 by (2 employees outside smoking)

Customer service manager was extremely rude. Seemed like she tried to get rid of me while still waiting in line. Asked rudely what I needed and said “well our computer is running slow” completely didn’t want to deal with me. Then when I went to cash my check she asked for my id looked at the check was about to start and decided she didn’t have any money to cash. I had my hands full with my baby, full cart of groceries and didn’t even get a “sorry for the inconvenience.” Let me also add that the cashier who helped me was extremely nice and helpful and I will leave her a great review.

I prefer to drive 20 min to do my grocery shopping at HEB but I do come here often enough out of convenience when I dont need meat or a lot of produce. The cashiers have always been friendly. Unfortunately there is never a good selection of organic produce. Also I have on numerous occasions found shelves stocked with expired items.. eggs, chips, orange juice are a few I remember off the top of my head having to pick through to get non-expired. I generally check the exp. dates no matter where I am shopping but the one time I forgot to at this kroger I came home with moldy cheese. Just be careful to double check the dates, but otherwise its convenient when I need to make a quick run.

I have been asking them for Coles Hawaiian papayas for a couple of weeks. . The produce mgr said he will order them, I went 7 days in a row.No luck, They use to order them from the Kroger on Treachwig good for a while now Ive been going to the new store on 1960 in Humble. We but about 3 or 4 a week.

Monica at the courtesy booth and Michael the manager make their own rules. I had an a couple of items to return and they refused to give me a refund for the dish washing soap because it had been 12 days and they claimed the limit is 10 days. I asked for store credit because I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to shop right there and then but they refused but were willing to exchange for other items of my choice. Is that not considered store credit??? Either they’re crazy or I am...!!!

I cant even imagine how worst its gonna get when they build the section 8 apartments behind McDonalds

What a wonderful experience I had today!Front start to finish, employees welcomed me!! I wasnt use to such friendliness. I dont usually visit this location but Im so glad I did.(I live by the bybass Kroger and I noticed a pleasant difference😉) Huge SHOUT OUT to Barbara(in customer care), Dee, Melissa(cashier) and Brent(bagger)! They REALLY stood out to me! I will definitely visit again, when Im in the area.

I spent an hour and a half shopping there today only to find no checkers at the registers. Just one guy directing shoppers to Self Check-out. I guess one guy doing nothing gets more done than four checkers helping customers. By the way, I left easily $300 worth of groceries standing in line. You put them away. HEB here I come.

Done with this store. The produce and vegetables have gotten horrible. Bad potatoes last month. Bad bell pepper last week and more bad potatoes this week with maggots in the middle of the bag. Open everything you can to check it.

So that they put here that it closes 12 AM and one goes 11:30 and it is already closed ... change the schedule, do not waste time on people

Google business page says they close at 12am. Drove 20 minutes away and was closed at 11pm. Update your hours. Bad neighborhood.

DEFINITELY would NOT recommend !I shopped here weekly as I came in last night I went straight to the fruits & there was maggots all around each fruit basket. There were everywhere all in the fruits & vegetables. I let a store manager know and they went over there laughing! Never will I go to this Kroger & hope y’all don’t until they get this infestation under control !

I have bn shopping at this store for 20 yrs, seen alot of good, bad managers come and go. I moved byt I still drv back to this store for the employees!!! As in// Marisa, ashlee at customer service, Yolanda in floral would nvr ever go anywhere besides Yolanda for my flowers, question, advice. Shes the best also Robert who always checks me out. Young man Brent bn carrying my groceries to car for 15 yrs. Mr cledis, Amy everyone in deli, Tom in dairy bn awesome to me for many yrs. Christine is always busy stocking but always says hello. Andrew over in produce. Just a really great bunch of people. Thats whats kpt me coming back, Maria also checks me out. You happen to have at this x a great manager Stephanie shes always polite and kind. Not to mention pharmacy bn getting my meds here for close to 20 yrs. Ms jo is a rock !!! Star always polite, kind. Love ms hannah the pharmacist, I can converse w her about meds and any interactions with anything i might need over the counter. I hope she stays for a while. All n all you have an awesome staff here. Not the prices nor selections although that does matter, its the employees who know me, ask me how Im doing. So plz celebrate and build them up!!!! Store is in good shape! Small size signature store. All that I would recommend is a larger variety of produce and whole Foods.

The manager Michael should be fired. I was waiting in line at customer service for nearly 20 minutes when the lady in front said she been there for 30. I made a comment to the manager that the lady behind the counter could probably use a little help and he looked at me and said it is what it is. Way to be professional Michael, how bout you get your lazy butt behind the counter and help,smh.

Several items were incorrectly rung up at self service so pricing was not consistent. Alot of the digital sales require a app on your phone which does not work right away. I deleted the app and wont return to Kroger if they are forcing deals through a phone app. This is coming from someone who loves smartphones.

Years ago I used to work here. It was a nice store and very clean. Unfortunately its turned into somewhat of a ghetto Kroger now. Early evenings are very crowded and the parking lot seems like a crash up derby. My last visit took nearly 15 minutes, just for two packs of cigarettes. There was only one woman working the entire store. I honestly did not see any other workers, not one. She was working all six self checkout registers which where the only ones open. All the registers where full and there was a descent line waiting. Mine and two others required assistance as I checked out. Another gentleman and myself waited for her to get a chance to get our cigarettes. It was a nightmare and I could not believe no one came to assist the young lady working. She was doing an amazing job, that I can say was one good thing. This store could use a good cleaning, especially the floors. All that being said, the lines do move ok during the early evening when its the most crowded. My last visit was very late and I believe close to closing. I give three stars because I k ow this store can do better, much better.

They have raised their prices to convienient store levels and the line to check out is long and its always self check out sometimes they have one lane open. I used to really like this location but they changed management.

I love this store! Everyone is so helpful especially my deli lady!! Ms.Nora shes the sweetest and most helpful person at the counter. She always greets me with a smile and makes sure to welcome me back. Also makes sure my order is correct and that Im highly satisfied with what I am purchasing. Keep up the great work Ms.Nora!!!!

The pharmacy in this Kroger does a really good job, but there is a pharmacist by the name of Mr. Major and I dnt ever write reviews but I had to come tell the world how AWESOME this man is. He is so helpful and kind and compassionate. Never seen him without a smile on his face. U are the BOMB Mr. Major.!!!!

This is my all time favorite Kroger! Its small and everything is always in order. Now dont get me wrong just because its small doesnt mean they offer poor service. Thats quite the contrary. I enjoy smaller grocery stores rather than the busy huge stores w poor customer service.

This Kroger store is an older store, in need of updating. Kroger will not spend any time or money fixing or remodeling this store, because it has no competition close by. I rate it a 3 out of 5 very generously. 3 for a major grocery chain is horrible. It starts with the parking lot, no one ever picks up the trash or litter in this lot. The floral shop is small, but may be the best part of the store. Produce department has poor selection, and quality, without prices on a lot of the floor displays. Flies love to hang out in this store, especially in produce and deli. No meat department? No butcher counter, what ever they have out thats it. Deli and bakery are old but adequate. They need to find a manager that can at least pretend to care. I see him walk around ignoring customers, and telling employees what to do. Some of the cute ladies get his attention, but not his every day full basket shoppers. If only there was another grocery store close by the company would care, or close.

OMG... Mr. Floyd in maintenance, he needs a raise... The restroom are immaculate. He told me hes been there for 7 yrs. and Ive lived over here for 5 yrs. and I dont do public restrooms but this one right here... Mr. Floyd is the bomb and deserves a metal of honor. I told the Asst. Mgr of how I feel about Mr. Floyds work ethic. Im overly excited about the restrooms cleanness but thats my life though.

This is my store of choice! the manager roams the store assisting and answering questions, giving directions. Cashiers are happy and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. I easily find what I need. Great people and convenience!

I come here to grab basic essentials. Its a little small, and I felt like I kept running into the same people on every aisle- that got old REALLY quickly.Otherwise, convenient and clean. You can tell its been there awhile.

The pharmacy does not fill your medications when you call them. Three days ago I called in medication I knew was not filled At my Krogers. They did not bother to look and now Im suffering because of it. This is not the first time they have dropped the ball on my meds and I dont even live here!! I am here waiting for a heart transplant and an really disappointed.

Pharmacy frequently drops or misplaced prescriptions and its ALWAYS your doctors fault. They will not except any blame for the inconvenience you will experience. I didnt have issues till I moved my scripts to this Kroger store. Avoid if you have prescriptionsthat you depend on heavily. You may go without a day or so till they get ANOTHER notification from you doctor.

Purchased 3 twelve paks of Dr. Pepper drinks and opened 1 and they were flat opened another 1 and they are flat so I called the store and they told me fue to the circ theirs nothing they can do so Im stuck with flat soda that I have to pour out.

Pretty slow getting through checkout, but well stocked and clean/bright. Not a bad Kroger by any stretch.

They moved a lot of product around, be patient for awhile.Employees are very accommodating and friendly. I have a crush on one of them.Michael the manager, if your reading this, your a beast bro.

The staff in self service tonight dont know the word costumer service.SHE is cold and rude. She insist that the price that we saw is wrong instead of going where we got the item and check it she have the big NO to answer us. We are always buying our food here the morning shift are so nice and she is the opposite of it.

Nice grocery store for the essentials pick up. Some specialized items not available, but the people are very friendly. Great for that milk run!

Its a nice place to shop, Ive been with Kroger for many years.the meat department manager used to work for me several years ago and is very knowledgeable in what he does and takes the time to help anyone who has a question or an opinion on any meat department items are available and what to do with the final selection, thanks, Richard is a very good employee and an asset to the company

Everyone was very helpful. Going through the self help line I needed help because the register messed up. The employee was so sweet and thorough.

Do not go to this location if you have class!No wonder Kroger’s is going out of business, ghetto employees who don’t know anything about customer service and clearly don’t like their jobs! Ghetto hot mess in there! The a management seems as if they read on a 4th grade level and didn’t pass high school! This establishment needs a full makeover inside and out just terrible people working here!

This is my favorite store. They are nice. Specially Melissa my favorite cashier she is so good and alwas helps me out a lot. I give it a four star because they sometimes dont have the product on sale in stuck but other then that love the store.

I wish I didnt have to give 1 star. I just had the worse experience at this store. I am a regular and shop here often as its right across from my neighborhood .I requested a money order envelope and stamp and was told they dont do envelopes anymore.. okay fine. I then asked if they still sold single stamps she informed they did. I informed okay I need one still. Kennesha the customer service representative then said with an attitude ITS IN THERE! I was caught totally off gaurd with her attitude, so i requested a manager. Here is where the situation gets WORSE. MARIANNE who is a human resources representative comes over and is extremely hostile and just non empathic at all. She them tells me well I guess we all have bad days. Shes standing in front of me with a smirk as if shes ready to go back to what she is doing. I then asked for the corporate number, which she was hesitant to provide. After she hands me a paper that says KROGER i asked for her pen to write her name and the representative she refused. She also refused to give me the representatives name.. Luckily she called it out when she got the paper. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH MANAGEMENT. IM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH MY NEIGHBORHOOD KROGER, THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS AND ILL MAKE SURE TO LET SOCIAL MEDIA KNOW OF MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

They dont carry most of the brands I use anymore just the cheap stuff. Sometimes they dont have things I need. Crackers last time I went and bread this time I went. I wont buy brands I dont like. So I will be buying elsewhere.

Store manager sucks! I wanted to purchase a banana foster but the one that was there was damaged so I picked up the on that wasnt to bad. When I got to the counter I explained to cashier that they were damaged and asked if it had a bad taste would be able to return it. He said he wasnt sure so he called the store manager and asked his reply was NO IF YOU WANT YOU CAN BUY IT BUT IM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. IT LOOKS FINE TO ME. Long story short I didnt purchase it. But I said that to say not only was the store manager rude but he is clueless on customer service. Cashier response EVERYBODY hates him because hes rude.

Its OK. Has what it needs. But produce section poor and lacks diversity. Shallow selection of healthier foods, such as gluten-free and vegetarian.

I like this Kroger for its convenience and friendly staff. I appreciate the size of the store, big enough with a good selection to do your complete shopping but smaller size so if you just want to make a quick trip,its easy.

Convenient store where you can find a little bit do everything for the home

Not the trashyest Kroger but dirty. Parking lot has NO lighting in the parking lot at night.Steer away from dairy if you can. The dates may say you have weeks but more times than you would think, the milk-half n half-cream will but yack when you get home from your 10 min drive home.Most of the employees are nice and working. :)

Came in with my son this morning and when we got to the self checkout an employee named Melissa was there with 3 other employees talking about a customer. Apparently the customer told her she was in a hurry and melissa loudly exclaimed bit*h thats not my motherfu**ing problem She was wearing a red shirt with the rockets logo and black glasses. Highly disappointed in this display of unprofessional behavior especially in front of a customer and child.

The Kroger on Treswig is good just small. They have a helpful staff and fresh food very unlike the Kroger on 1960 that has moldy food out on the shelves all the time.

This is a smaller, older store. They dont have the selection and services like a Signature store. Its okay for those quick and last minute items.

Good for quick selections like milk beer and items that you need real quick. I wouldnt get my fruit their though.

The new floorplan was an easy transition and helped me to notice all the cheaper Kroger Brand items which I am now trying. The staff is always helpful but there seems to be a renewed effort at helping us find things. But you forgot Count Chocula for Halloween season, LOL (Im 64). My sister got mine for me from her Kroger, so its all good. Keep up the good work!

Prices are kinda high but if you shop the sales you can get some pretty good deals. I only baught sale item and saved $14, while getting quit a few items.

Normal smallish kroger. Has a nice deli and the Staff in the morning is super friendly. Bonus awesome bank inside.

In and out pretty fast. Outside/ entrance area was dirty and had a foul odor, but otherwise, decent.

This Krogers is a Signature but is small, there is no meat counter and the rest of the store is small so their selection is small. I go here for quick trips and the new Kroger on 1960 for my major shopping.

My experience was good straight in and out.

Worst customer service. The manager Scott is a joke! He won’t try to resolve any issues and took 15 minutes to come up to the customer service desk. I will take my business to Walmart and Target next time.

Great place and the staff is usually very helpful if you are looking for an item and its not on the shelf, it does get pretty packed at times, but their lines move quickly so I dont wait too long. Very clean.

Let me start by saying I am a fan of Kroger... Usually. Had the wonderful experience of going to this location on the way back home. It may have no meat department, a poorly stocked produce department and a Dairy section that looks like a desolate Wasteland, but it almost makes up for all of this with its absolute lack of customer service. With all the online apps to pick up your groceries without the experience you can gain here I can only blame myself for poor planning and having had this experience. If I ever get the urge to return to this store I will go out to the garage and remove my toenails with pliers until said orange passes. Hope that helps yall!
