Must go with or without Christmas days..Always found something new and innovative out there for my house..

Pretty empty inside & outside, shelves arent stocked up at all, was pretty sad to see all the shelves so bare honestly. The first area of the store i went to had a whole group of select people, a family Id even say it was, no masks walking around freely like they didnt have to adhere to the signs posted everywhere you looked. An associate told them multiple times theyd have to leave if they refused to wear a mask, then several other associates came to tell them the same thing, they wanted the store to provide masks, which isnt their jobs obviously & they refused to purchase one, put one on & refused leaving the store. I wasnt very interested in anything they were selling, the parking lot being as empty as it was shouldve told me everything I needed to know about what it was gonna look like inside but I gave it a shot anyway. I refuse to shop where people refuse to adhere to specific rules set in place to simply PUT ON A MASK! i cant begin to imagine how unsanitary the store itself was having solely been in there for less than 10 minutes seeing what I saw with that group/family refusing to wear a mask 😡

Is a fun place to shop for almost anything.You can always find a good bargain!

Ive always loved this store. They have amazing things and groceries. You find things here that you dont think you want or need, but you do and end up buying more than you went in for.

Very well stocked store better then the Christmas tree store in Paramus. Bathroom could be a little bit cleaner. There was 1 employee that was at the check out that was not friendly. But I would go back because the store 8s very well stocked.

Our family was a big fan of this store chain for many years but its gone completely downhill since the pandemic started last year. How does this place even stay open for this past Christmas with absolutely no Christmas lights at all. Im guessing this chain will be gone pretty soon being that management has no clue how to run it or they simply dont care.

The lady left our item in the counter and didnt even say anything. Its only 3 item but common courtesy is . Oh sorry we are out of bag right now . So my husband has to ask and she said oh we are out of bag . Didnt even say sorry about that .

Maybe my wife and I was there at a bad time but the shelves seemed empty and bare. There were lots of dollar tree type stuff on the shelves but nothing like the store was in past visits. My wife wanted this snowman picture but it had no price tag on it; when I asked a female employee about it she told me she was to busy to help me. Very disappointed in this particular store which use to have tons of interesting stuff (with prices on them). I guess next time we will try another Christmas tree store, just hope it doesnt look like another overpriced dollar store.

Best place to buy snack and summer decor

I like the Christmas Tree Shop but it didnt have the same amount of things that it has had in past years. The crowd was a little large for the location but it wasnt too bad. Hope they get more Christmas ornaments.

Its pretty cool, they have a large but weird verity of products. Right now because of fall they have these broom like things that have a really strong cinnamon like smell so if youre sensitive to strong smells just keep that in mind. The best part is the small food section they have which has quite a lot of weird things thats hard to find anywhere else and its pretty cool and the prices overall are pretty good

Unique quality items, old fashioned hard to find specialty food products. Here is where you can find handcrafted home accessories, some so well made theyll become family heirlooms. Here is also where you can find huge bargains and savings on everything from personal hygiene items, to cooking utensils. Beautiful gifts and home furnishings for every room. Practical items for every season. Better grab what you like fast because theres a huge inventory turnover and some items are limited or unusual and may be difficult to impossible to find again. New shipments are continually coming in.

This store was okay but the chain seems a bit run down to me ... they also didnt seem to have the variety of items that they used to carry. Perhaps the pandemic has affected them in this area.

Large, well organized store with good selection of holiday and household items. I love all of the cute home decorations for all the holidays and seasons. They have a nice variety of low priced kitchen items like rolling pins and pizza stones for when you need a specific tool and dont want to spend a fortune. Some of the decorations can look cheaply made but for the most part they are quality items.

A Christmas shop with no lights and no tree stand. Does that make any sense? Junk all throughout the store but no stand or lights.

They reorganized this store. Looks fantastic. Easier to navigate and get around. Fun stord to shop in. I never leave without picking something up. :)

Not a bad place to stroll around looking for deals. Lots of holiday items. Food, ( watch the expiration dates.. I came home with stale special k) k cups, outdoor decor, candles, lots of cookware. Surprised at good quality throw pillows. Lines werent too bad.

Its Christmas all year long at Christmas tree and every other holiday in between. All kinds of stuff from kitchy to necessary can be found in abundance. Well staffed with helpful employees, merry shoppers can be found everywhere you look. Plenty of free parking and remember to bring your discount coupon with you. Very liberal return policy.

I found the store to be highly overpriced. Lots of the odds n ends stuff they carry was overpriced by a good $3 to $4. I was surprised. Amazing savings carry the same stuff for almost half the price.

Great stuff was there twice in a day

The Palisades Center is more than just a shopping mall. Its an entertainment center. You can shop there. From high end to a 99 cent store. You can bowl, see a movie, ride the Ferris wheel, ice skate, play games at Dave and Busters. They have activities for kids too. You can get your nails done or get a massage. You can eat at the food court or at anyone of dozens of restaurants. You can go to the gym or walk around the ample walkway to get exercise. Its favorite destination.

Christmas tree shop doesnt have Christmas lights ....

One of my favorite places ever! they have so many things and for every single holiday. the prices you cannot beat. i just keep going back!

The bathroom was filthy which surprised me since there were maybe ten people in the entire store. I remember when they first opened the place was packed..they should take coupons from Bed Bath & Beyond since they are the same parent company....their sales will go thru the roof if they accepted the coupons.

I love these stores. They have everything and mostly great prices. If you have never been you are making a huge mistake. I dont think I walked into me of these stores for many years just based in the name alone. But now that I know that it really doesnt have anything to do with Christmas I cannot find enough of these stores to visit. They carry everything from barbecue sauce to outdoor water hoses and accessories. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Horrible service!! i purchased deck chairs and they rusted atrociously (even though we sprayed it with anti rust spray before using it once). my deck is all rusty and my kids clothes ended up in the garbage. we took the chairs back and one employee said hed refund us and then another employee came and denied us the refund. for no reason. horrible service!

My family and I went to Christmas tree shop today and we saw customers paying at the customer service register. While waiting in line, the cashier named Diane told us we couldn’t pay here and that it’s only refunds. She proceeded to say that we have to go to the other register. I don’t understand why she didn’t say anything when I first got in line or had a clear sign that said only refunds. I’m sure it was because of the amount of items I had in my cart and that she didn’t want to deal with it. Once we paid at the other register, I confronted Diane and told her coworker that she was rude. Diane told me that she offered to check me out, which was a lie. She made it seemed like it wasn’t her fault when she clearly told me to go to the other register. She was very rude and I hope her manager confronts her about how she speaks to customers.

For certain items they have the lowest price youll find anywhere. Better than your usual discount store.
