I love shopping at Big Lots. Theres not to much they miss seasonally. Halloween then Thanksgiving and then Christmas. You can fine almost any kind of decoration there. I have sat on several of their beds and they are reasonably priced. I have found items from batteries to laundry basket, trash can, tools, garden items. In short they have helped me survive a pandemic.

Found everything I wanted and so much more.

The employees are very helpful and ready to assist. I really like to shop here, it has always been service with a smile. Excellent customer service.

They only had 3 shopping carts for the whole store and it wasnt until I had given up on this place a nice lady tried to help but couldnt. It seemed none of the staff had answers for anything and were to busy watching to see if I would steal. Ha fat chance. As a matter of fact I notice a couple stealing and wasnt even trying to notice. They need better profiling

Sad to say out of all the big lots I go to this is the worst big Lots I’ve been to. I had a problem with a order from this place and anna the manager made the situation worst she very rude, and likes to give you a hard time. To me she needs more management classes to provide better customer care.

This place has gotten better since the last time I was here a few years ago, they have so much more now with really good prices.

The staff is just awesome! :) Their item category layout is fairly incongruous so I had to keep going in circles to find everything on my list. And it may have taken a while, BUT I DID FIND everything because they were surprisingly well-stocked for such a small store as late in the day as I went --- except for the pandemic items, of course. But they certainly cannot be faulted for that.

Great customer service great place to purchase couches in payments

Always lots of parking space. Store is hardly ever packed with people. Shelves are full for the most part. Downside is they have no public restroom or you need to ask for associate to open, Im not a fan of that situation. Also there seems to be a high number of transient people around store that normally dont bother anyone but there has been times they are a nuisance. When there happens to be more than 15-20 people at store the check out line is very slow.

On 9/29 9: 30 am. I purchased some furniture. I must say they have a great selection of Quality Furniture.the two Associates that helped me one male and one female were so helpful. not only that but every single person that had walked by they greeted which I thought was very nice, and as busy as they were they still both had a smile on their face and took their time. very professional. BigLots really needs to hold on to these two exceptional employees as for the rest of the store it was very clean fully stocked a nice variety of items.

I get great deals at this store! And, if you are a member of their rewards program, every so often you will receive a coupon for so much off of your entire purchase. Its great, especially if you spend a lot of money there, which we all do sometimes. They have great prices on everyday household items!

Simply nothing special. In fact its rather dull. I was looking for electrical tape but they remove their hardware section a few years back. The other big lots have hardware. Why doesnt this one? Well the employees are completely stressed out every time I shop here. Mass amount of tension in the air. it almost seems like the employees are scared. When it comes right down to it you might as well just pass this one up and go straight to Dollar tree.

Good place to shop for bargains. Store is a little too crowded with displays. Do not have enough cashiers so theres line all the time. Nice place for unique items or those cancelled by other big box stores.

WarningI warn you to not purchase something online and pick up in store. This store did not have their inventory updated and when purchasing something the website said “7available” and when I called them an hour later to double check they had none. To me this seems ridiculous and pointless to have this feature if they are not going to update their inventory. Safe to say I won’t shop here again.

Big store, lots of items, from ice cream, electronics, home goods, school supplies, furniture to seasonal items. Most are moderately priced, however, not everything is a bargain. Customer service was good.

Thats a great place to walk around and play with your family and friends trying things example shirts, hats, sunglasses, and more. If you have great sense of humor and a little ones I recommend try it its fuuunnn !!!Same for others stores !!

This place has a little bit of everything. Prices are low. Check out the furniture and mattress department! Theres a wide selection of sheets and towels. This store also has discount frozen food. The staff is really nice.

I Bought a king size mattress & it had bed bugs In It, also had the molting of the bugs skin all inside the bed box. And when I called to get my money back or some kind of reimbursement they refused & kept hanging up on me. I spent over $2,000 & now my mattress and bed box are in the trash. Do not buy a mattress without checking it first, or you will end up wasting money.

Just walked in to browse. I didnt find anything I really liked or wanted. The staff I did encounter was really nice and courteous. Thats always a plus at any establishment.

I purchased a mattress from this store and was so disappointed when I found out my daughters bed was infested with Bed bugs. I have lost so much money, time and sleep due to this horrible experience. I will never shop at Big Lots ever again. I hope someone from corporate looks into this store because its not ok to be selling furniture that has Bed bugs.😠😠😠

Well stocked store with a wide variety of dry goods and household supplies. Friendly, helpful staff and a public restroom if needed. Lots of accessible parking for disabled and regular parking. Near many stores including Dollar Tree, Albertsons, McDonalds and Starbucks.
