I have a pressure washing company and frequently use Spring Hill Outdoor Power Equipment for their services and parts. They just welded the exhaust on my pressure washer and they did a great job for a good price. To top it off they have great customer service that is fast and efficient with a smile and a friendly dog that greets you. Definitely recommended!

Service sucked went to buy from a local shop .Guy at the front counter was a jerk so we left and will never go back. Wanted to buy a lawn mower and weed Wacker. I guess they dont need business.

Brought my DR Field and Brush mower for repair. Picked up equipment and found tiller available for sale with owner kind enough to provide information about said item. Owner himself delivered and demonstrated proper use of tiller and answered all questions without any signs of rushing to leave post haste after delivering product. Deserves 6/5 stars for customer service.

Walked in with weed eater still under warranty. Also with interest to buy another for business. Asked if they could adjust the idle. Told that wasnt a warranty item, and heard put down .5 hours. Asked what that meant, $20. Its not a 30 minute fix. Why isnt an idle under warranty? What happened to customer service and appropriate charges? Lost a customer for new weed eater. Lesson, a business needs to value anyone that walks thru the door, you can get a customer for life.

Bought a zero turn mower from here. They were very courteous and responsive despite being busy. That is big for me. I paid $200 less than other local stores. Bob was great to deal with. I need a hedge trimmer soon and will definitely come here first.

Excellent customer service. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure any issues you may have with equipment is resolved as quickly as possible. Rudy always makes me smile everytime I go in to see him.

I do not recommend them to anyone. Employees do not communicate with each other or customers. I was charged $50.00 more than I agreed to. They fixed my mower in less then 2 weeks after telling me I had to pay extra to get it fixed that fast and I said no thank you . Overall a bad experience and I will not ever return.
