I don’t usually leave reviews but after my experience at this store I had to! Manny’s customer service goes above and beyond any retail experience I’ve ever had. He was so helpful and really makes you feel like a valued customer. Manny was extremely knowledgeable and so polite. I will never go to any other metro PCS store. Thank you so much Manny for one of the best experiences I’ve had in any phone store.
Came in looking for info on upgrading my current phone and was greeted with a smile and a super helpful associate named Manny. I came in at the end of the day and wasnt expecting much enthusiasm because they were closing soon. Man, was I wrong! Manny was super helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to go over all my different options and how much they would cost. He even went over promotions and how I could save the most on the phone I wanted. He showed me the differences between my current phone and the phone I was looking at. He made the process super easy, fun, and engaging. I will definitely be coming back for all my phone needs. Alex and Mike were amazingly helpful and patient. I walked out of the Metro store at Western way because the customer service was so poor and this was such a refreshing difference. This will be the Metro store I go to from now on
I came into the store thinking I had cracked my screen it would be gouged for life, but I thought I would ask just in case. Evan took a look and said it was just the glass protector and put a new one on for me. Was this a major problem? No, but Evan and Manny were both super helpful in answering my questions, friendly and polite. Great customer service.

Bought a phone, phone case, and glass screen protector here. The screen protector had bubbles after they put it on, so they said they would put on another one for free when they get more in stock. I come back in a few days when they told me to, and they still don’t have any in stock. So, I waited a few more days and tried to call and no one ever picks up the phone. I finally decided to go in once again, and they told me they can’t change the $30 screen protector anymore because the person I bought it from didn’t work there anymore! If you need a screen protector, go to Best Buy.

Not happy at all, my husband ordered a case, the wrong one was sent so now im stuck with a case that will never be taken out of a box and used. My husband needed a specific case for his phone because of the type of work he does
I walked into this Metro PCS expecting to port my number from another carrier. The two gentlemen that welcomed me to the store were initially extremely polite and eager to help. I advised them that I was bringing my own device and simply just needed to port my number to Metro. After a series of attempted up-sells, they began to port my number. One of the representatives was fairly new and needed assistance from the more tenure employee. We held lite conversation about Android vs iOS and Mac vs PC as they processed my information.As they were finalizing the port, they advised me of the cost, which wasnt much. It occurred to me that I never selected the plan and advised them of which plan I wanted. The more tenure employee advised me that I was required by Metro PCS to take the highest plan Per Metros policy when you bring your own device. He said I could called customer service after the first month and drop it down to any plan I wanted at that time. I mentioned that I was with Metro in the past and was not familiar with this new policy. The senior employee said a lot has changed since Youve been with Metro and in order for to proceed, I must take the higher plan. He also stated verbatim Im not making any money on this deal because you didnt buy a new phone or any accessories which he offered me before they began with my initial request.I told the gentlemen to hold off on the port and let me reach out to Metros customer service line to verify that their policy changed requiring the highest plan when bringing over a device. I also promised to return the same day with an apology and would finish the port with them if they were giving me correct information.I reached out to Metros customer support line and was advised that there is no such policy and that I could select any package I want at anytime regardless if I brought a device from Metro or brought my own. In addition they advised me of other promotions that is available, such as a $50 prepaid gift card that was issued after the second month of service.Needless to say I didnt return to this store.But wait, theres more. The reason I switched from Metro was because of a terrible experience I had at another store located on Spring Hill Drive next to the 7/11 (you can find it somewhere in my reviews from a couple years back) which is actually owned by the same person. Ive never had a bad experience with Metro outside of these two stores which are ironically owned by the same person.
I wouldn’t even give this store 1 star. But u have to in order to rate it. I went in to store and told the kid the phone I needed a case for. I got home got the phone and it was not the right case. I went to the store today. Receipt in hand 3 days later and was told there is no returns on accessories. I was not told this at time of purchase. I paid for it with my debit card entering a PIN number. Nowhere did I sign ANYTHING acknowledging this policy. No where was there a screen telling me this policy b4 I entered my PIN number....only my amount was displayed. So I’m stuck with a $22.00 case I can’t use. I got an apology.... WOW! Then I call METRO PCS and I’m told I have to take it up with the store! I asked 3 times to talk to a supervisor and was told they were going to tell me the same thing! Well at least let me hear it from the supervisor but NO u couldn’t even do that! Some customer service! I’ve been a loyal customer for SEVERAL years! Now u lost business of me adding a line but u also lost my business all together! Does that makes sense to lose a customer that spends 800.00 a year plus the added line over a 22.00 case? Smh
I have been going here for years and loved this place. Went miles out of my way just to come here (literally passing no less than 4 other metro stores). Tom has taken care of me and in return, Ive bought my last 3 or 4 phones from him. However, I went in yesterday and found out that they fired him (dumb move on their part if I do say so myself) and replaces him with a new female manager. I had just bought a new phone, case, and screen protector for my girlfriend and I less than a week ago, spending well over $400 and had gone to the store today to have them replace a defective screen protector. I took it back to the store and the new manager said I installed it wrong and that voided the warranty. When I told her that it was actuality an employee that installed it, she said that it must have been defective from the factory, and refused to help me. I told her that if it was defective when sold to me, than I should be able to get it replaced or at least get my money back. I didnt want both. I just wanted a replacement OR my money back so I could go buy a different screen protector somewhere else. She told me to go through the manufacturer of the screen protector for a replacement because there was nothing they could do, even though she never told me who the manufacturer is and never gave me any information to help me contact said manufacturer. After telling her I know thats not true, that she had the ability to either replace it or refund me my money, she refused to help me anymore and actually left the store and went home for the day (taking all of her belongings and all) instead of finishing up with me first. The poor new kid had to try to help but because he was new, there wasnt a lot he could do. He did try his best, but was just too inexperienced. Will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau for this whole ordeal and that new, ridiculous manager and her in ability to help me in anyway and only treat me like I was a waste of her time...
Tom saved me $80 today. If you need a phone and a good deal go see Tom!!! Ive wasted my time and money with Cricket and Boost dont learn the hard way take the advice and go to Metro. Thanks Tom your awesome
Outstanding customer service. Clean store always smells good when you walk in. Always friendly. Bryanna is awesome always going beyond to assist the customer. Tom is the man always concerned about the customer wants and needs. Great team work by both employees.
Its such a hit or miss with who youre getting and it can make or break your experience. Ive been going here short of two years and all of the people who have been kind to me and given me outstanding service arent there anymore? The metro up at 4 corners is more consistent imo
Went to this location today and was help by Tom. Very friendly and fast service. He checked out a phone I was purchasing from letgo. After all was good he quickly switched phones out on plan. Saved me about $20 on my monthly bill by changing plans and discounted my accessories. This is my new favorite Metro store.
This is my favorite Metro store. Tom and Breanne are wonderful and very knowledgeable. They helped save me money on my plans and gave me a great deal. I will only shop this store from here on out.

I miss Cody. The girl (I dont remember her name) is so, so helpful and her customer service skills are excellent. I brought my phone in to order a manufacturer replacement handset, and she fixed my current phone. She recommended I purchase a 16 GB SD card because I have little storage. I did it without researching prices elsewhere... $22 for a 16 GB card. I went home and my husband was furious. We found the exact same sd card at Walmart for $7. I went back ten minutes later to return it and the manager laughed in my face and said there was nothing he could do. He does a whole lot of talking for someone who says nothing. This guy is a con artist. Do NOT buy accessories from this store without checking prices elsewhere!
Horrible service, cant even get a full signal anywhere in my own home. Customer service is terrible and just dont even bother. STAY AWAY

Very disappointed w the service I receive at most locations anymore, they seem like it is a chore to help you out and they definitely dont stand behind their products. I have had 3 phones is less than a year. They are not the cheap ones either.

This is my favorite store to go to. Tom is fantatsic. Went to three other metros in the area and all were very rude, and extremely pushy on up selling. This one I walked in asked for the phone I wanted, got my phone I wanted and left happy 20 minutes later. I will only go to this metro and only this one. I wouldnt go to another one.
They were the best till Eddy left. Now they just have people who blow smoke. Time to switch services.

Every time I come into the Metro Store on Cmmercial way l or US 19 in Spring Hill Flirida, Tom goes above and beyond the call of duty for my daughter and I wirh our phones...The first time I actually stumbled into the this store was last summer of 2016...the end of the summer. I decided to purchase a phone for my birthday...an upgrade....The purchase was made in another store.which is closer to my residence.....so tine goes by one week....I have trouble with the phone......to make a long very upsetting story short. I made about 12 trips to the Netro where I purchased the phone within 3 weeks.. .to no avail.... I could only text on this expensive phone I purchased and had for lesss than a month ...I was beyond mad 😠....I was angry. So I was shopping at Target on commmercial way and just decided to walk into the Metro store to ask a few questions.. Honestly I had given up. Tom ..Tom..Tom asked to see my phone and started working with it and actually told me what the problem was. He worked with me. I odered a new phone which was needed. I was so relieved because I was told that I had done something with the phone or something....you see I am not techie or phone saavy ...A few months later Tom helped my daughter with her phone. Many people I know come to see him at this store. He is extremely courteous. A gentleman and a knowledgeable friend to both males and females...he doesnt push sales in your face like others do....He just answers questions like a friend and if a customer needs something they make a purchase..In short Tom needs to be duplicated or cloned for Metro or any company..He treats me and everyone with respect and as a friend.

I went to buy a phone there and the young boy about 22 years old has terrible customer service eating cookies and looking at his phone at the same time and very bad service hopefully this will help him to educate him more to work with clients I will not go more there😔
