I dont know about other people. My experience has been really good here. Nice staff every time. Questions answered medicine always ready within minutes.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used! I refill the same prescriptions every month and yet somehow their system screws it up every time. I end up having to make 3 or 4 trips back to the pharmacy before they finally get it figured out. Im transferring my prescriptions and will never come here again. I would not trust my medicine to a place with this level of incompetence.

Nice staff, their only downfall is they close by 7pm.

My 16 yr old daughter had oral surgery today so I go in to drop off her rx which contained hydrocodone for pain, I didnt take my purse in because I was only dropping off. The lady with the blue hair asks for my ID, I explained it was in the car as I was just dropping off and figured I would only need it to pick up, nope she says I have to have it to drop off so I go out to car get it and come back, I ask if they require it for pick up of the narcotic..... NOPE. We have a opiate epidemic going on but no ID is required to pick up narcotics. So Kyle crack head who gets a rx for hydros can drop them off and then call Mikey methsalot to sell them and Mikey can pick them up. They require zero ID and dont even ask for a name when picking them up. Pretty disgusting that you make it so easy for an addict to get rx pain pills to get high.

Poor customer service, considering different location and facility all together

I had to wait in line for about 25 minutes. Other than that when it was my turn they were fast professional and accurate.

They have quite a few staff that need customer service training. I will say three if all staff I met are caring. The rest are short with you and have terrible customer service skills. not

Seems like every tech there has a different answer to an issue that it doesnt solve. I suggest going somewhere else

This pharmacy apparently does not know how to do their job. You mess up prescriptions and then as soon as we call for 100th time someone was able to find something that was originally there and tell me Oh look like someone just forgot to put it in there in TWO SECONDS and continue to laugh at me about it when I express the urgency of finding that information the first time considering how easy it was for you. Nothing is done thoroughly or properly over there since this is not the first time that this has happened, not that anyone there is really capable of actually doing their jobs.

Awful service! The cashier has zero customer service and the pharmacist doesnt explain nothing

I really believe the pharmacy employees try their best to make this the worst experience for customers so we dont come back & they have less prescriptions to fill. After moving I switched my scripts from Yokes on foothills to shadle walmart but after dealing with these people I have switched back & worth the drive! I get service with a smile at Yokes while at shadle walmart nothing but nasty attitudes & very poor customer service a regional manager should consider a pharmacy management change because seems like they shoot for one star reviews..... So here you go mission accomplished 🌟

You got that right. I have never had the poorest service in my life. I can call in a refill 4 days before I pick it up and when I go to pick it up, they claim that they have not gotten anything from the Drs office (Drs office say that they faxed the rx twice) or they tell me they are out of the drug?? Out of the drug. The order was placed 4 days ago. That drug should have been available and filled by the time I came in. I have never seen such an unorganized pharmacy in my life. It makes me question their ability to fill prescriptions correctly. Something to think about.

Shop at this Walmart allot. The only thing I dont like is that I have to go ship else where if Iwant to buy meats, like hamburger. Because the Safeway next door is way too costly.

My husband forgot one of his meds and we called from about 30 minutes out, by the time we got there they had it ready! Thanks Walmart for always being there.

This is the most despicable excuse for a pharmacy. The techs are illiterate and incompetent and everyone there is extremely rude. Dont waste your time and take your business elsewhere. They dont even deserve the one star. Pathetic

I dont understand why a pharmacy is hear but if you cant go to Rite Aid there is one in Walmart
