We bought the new 65 Frame TV from here. We shopped around at a few different places and this was the only place we were asked if we needed help as soon as we walked in. That is what made us choose to spend our money here. The customer service, their lowest price guarantee and reasonable options for warranties. We will continue to bring our business here and recommend our friends/family to them.

Went in just to see their selection and prices to compare to other places. Andrew Norton helped us and was extremely knowledgeable on all the tvs. He asked more then the basic question of do you have any questions?. Best of all he was not pushy at any time. He even went over to the computer to see if he could find the TV we chose at the competitors so they could price match, but when he found they were all on sale for the same price they were offering he offered an extended warranty or an additional $25 off the TV. Got the TV home and the remote would not work, 1 call to Andrew and he walked me through how to fix it and it solved the problem. Will definitely recommend Video only to friends and family and will return in the future.

Wow, great service when purchasing the TV, but I decided the TV wasnt a good fit for me and the seller of the TV can verify I bought it there, but due to their antiquated filing system they have no digital receipts. I cant find the receipt they gave me, but again it is verified I purchased the TV just no receipt. So not only am I stuck with this TV, but now I dont get the 3 year warranty lol. They expect you to keep the receipt for 3 years..... assuming theyre even still in business. The person who answered the phone said the store copy is sent to a central location and they are all working from home. So he has no idea how to get a copy of the store copy.This is bananas. Save your time and go to Best Buy where records are kept and Best Buy will price match. Worst mistake Ive made when buying electronics was trying to support a small competitor- though they are nationwide. Theyre apparently still having their stuff faxed or sent to an AOL.com account via 56k modem. Im still in shock how bad it is to return something within the time frame and that they expect you to keep a piece of paper for 3 years to use the 3 year warranty 😆.

Amazing customer service!!!!! Whats incredible is I didnt even shop in the store in Spokane. I actually bought a few speakers for my home entertainment system from a competitor. I had two major installation issues that I needed help with. I wasnt too confident with the sales team where I made the purchase, so I remembered buying things from Video Only in California, so I made the call. I spoke with two different employees and I want to recognize them both. Both of these amazing employees didnt care that I didnt buy my speakers there, the just wanted me to get up and running. Video Only is amazing! Employees are very helpful with great customer service. I was searching for an LG Nano 85 and it was either sold out or backed ordered everywhere. I found Video Only through Google search and to my surprise they had my TV and it was over $100 cheaper than anywhere else.

We had to replace a older tv. Andrew and crew were very helpful. Took the time to explain the features. Bought a new 2020 model tv cheaper than the older current 2019 on sale at other stores. This was one of the easiest buying experiences I have ever had. I was able to walk in and tell them what I wanted in a TV and I got it. They didnt hassle me to buy up at all! They were more concerned that I got the TV that I needed and not something I didnt want. They really know their products. Theres no possible way to overstate the level of competency, professionalism and true customer service this company has provided me and my family.Im very tech savvy but dont really follow TV tech. The week prior to black Friday I began shopping around and attempting to educate myself about what qualities and features I would want out of a new TV purchase.Its a little daunting but I felt confident in what features I needed. The issue is that many of manufacturers use proprietary jargon to make their device sound better than it is, dont include important specs and so on.It made shopping around much more difficult.Every brand seemed to have 3-5 options for every screen size and prices were all over the place.Bestbuy had similar pricing to Amazon so I went in hoping to get some educated assistance from someone. They had a surface level knowledge at best and there was multiple times I had to show them they were contradicting the website or even the box about specs and features. The most frustrating thing was most TVs on display were their top end $2k models, not the ones on sale.I left feeling totally frustrated and no closer to picking out a TV.Ive never been to Video Only before and as I passed it my wife suggest we turn around and at least look.We were greeted right away, I was a bit gruff because I didnt need to be lied to again by a salesman.There was zero pressure and within minutes you could really tell they actually knew what they were talking about, and he could actually SHOW ME.Every TV brand, make and size was turned on, running the same demo disk so you could truly see the difference between each one.The salesman spent so much time with us, and as we got closer even went and checked inventory to make sure everything we were considering could be brought home the same day.We ended up spending a little more than we had planned, but I felt good about it and felt confident I was truly getting the TV I wanted, not just one that was new.It was genuinely one of the best, maybe the best purchasing experiences in my life.Oh and to top it all off, their price was actually slightly lower then Amazon.If youre in the market for home entertainment, I highly suggest you start here and after you shop around, youre going to end up back here.Their deals were better than everyone else, their regular prices were some of the lowest Ive seen and there was absolutely no pressure from the salesman.

The only thing I could say about video only and theyre theme that youll be sorry is that youll be sorry that you cant return your product.The product that you want to return has to be in a factory sealed box so you cant bring it home and try it out and then find out that you dont like it because youll be sorry because you already open the box and plugged it in. I found that out after I bought something from there and realized I really didnt like it but they said I had 30 days to return it but when you read the fine print it says in a factory sealed box that the manager did not mention that when I made my purchase do not buy from here unless you want to be sorry as the ad States. Plus if you like used car salesman like handling in a electronics store you can go there they will totally hover over your ass and try to get you to buy even if you say you dont want to buy the try to come up with lower prices and try to hook you into the deal knowing that you will not be able to bring it back thats why they can offer you cheaper prices because they dont have a return policy there is no diminishing value on their product theyre not losing money on returns.

We went to this store the day before mothers day and we had just had our plasma completely poop out on us, and the manager whom helped us pick out our new t.v. was very intelligent and very kind. He answered all of our questions, and was very personable. We left with a new t.v. and couldnt be more pleased!!!!

The customer service was excellent and their employees are very friendly. However, both the TV and sound system took a dump on me in just over a year. They told me they all they could do was give me a little bit off the price of a new tv and sound system. I’m sorry, but I find it odd that both things I bought failed just after the warranty was up. They should last a lot longer than that. Now I have to drop another $1,400 on a new system? I’m going to Costco from now on!

This review will take awhile - but it needs to be said. I felt compelled to write it this way! Ive bought video electronics for 4 decades in Seattle and Spokane (for four residences over the years and during my career). About 30 years ago (with two exceptions later regretted) I started buying at VIDEO ONLY trying always to be LOYAL to them. Why? I know they can be trusted for their word and expertise as well as their pricing and customer service. What VIDEO ONLY DOES (as a niche) and how they do it is amazing (as to pricing), deeply appreciated (as to knowledgeable sales people), and respected (as a business model). I admit to always researching and shopping other stores and the web - but to finally purchase its gotta be VIDEO ONLY for reasons like those explained below. Need me to back up those assertions? This week I went to Video Only/Spokane having researched and made a firm decision on the near $2000 TV I wanted to buy. I drove 90 miles to get their best price and just bring it home. I never called them either . . . I knew they would beat anyone else in price (which they do not advertise). The first salesman was knowledgeable, professional, and a good listener. He did me right (as I have come to expect at VIDEO ONLY STORES) and I was about ready to get my researched TV quickly and just get back home. But a few questions lingered beyond the salesmans comfort zone. For all the right reasons the salesman did not try to pretend he knew something he did not and consulted his MANAGER - SCOTT SANTEE . (Who now holds title to one of the top three sales people Ive ever met -- and Im old!). I ended up being in the store two more hours (on a slow day) as Scott led me through the maze of detail in OLED and QLED and the technical specifications and attributes of the (higher end) TV I came to buy and one other. SCOTT knew his stuff inside out and backwards! He was more like a savant! He sized me up for what I wanted and needed to know, knew I had some technical savvy and took me deep into the TV trenches. He taught me like a professor. He spoke in complex technical jargon -- and then in the next sentence would boil it down and relate it all again in simple terms easily understood. He was amazing and earned my deep respect. He took time, was courteous and caring, had some humor -- and liked what he was doing teaching me and what he does for a living. I was very, very impressed -- and he was the store manager! He didnt just hand me over and shuffle me to someone else. Hes just the kind of guy youd want working for you.It all ended with me buying a TV I never intended to at an amazing (similar) price and overall great deal. I wasnt upsold or deceived -- Scott clearly spoke to the differences and compromises to be deliberated between the two TVs that rose to the top of my list for consideration. AND FINALLY -- once I got it home my new TV wouldnt connect right! He told me to call him anytime so I did. It was closing time for the store! After closing the store he called me back. He then spent two+ more hours with me weaving me through (by memory off the top of his head) an array of wiring and diagnostic combinations for my entertainment system: DISH, Amplifier, Blu-Ray, TV, 5 speakers. I had to buy a new TV because my old one was fried in a lightning strike. Guess what? MY HDMI port in my DISH receiver and AMP were also fried . . . and the DISH network tech who days later came to my home confirmed it.THANK YOU SCOTT and VIDEO ONLY for an off the charts purchase and customer service experience. Youve reaffirmed and forever anchored my belief in your company and business practices. I know, once again, I need NOT to buy anywhere else. All my family and friends will be referred to you or to VIDEO ONLY stores wherever they live. You SCOTT were so very impressive. THANK YOU beyond words for your competence, caring, and character.

My experience here was shockingly awful. The customer service representative was a sad, scrawny man who started arguing with me about video game consoles. I was looking to buy a 4K tv but when I asked about response times he went off about how it only mattered for PCs and then got really visibly upset when I mentioned the PS4 PRO, which was the reason I was looking for a new tv to begin with. He raised his voice at me and I cut him off with a simple Thanks anyways. And walked away. He was literally yelling at me as I left the store, upsetting my gf. The shopping experience here was the opposite of the friendly, knowledgable service I received moments earlier at Huppins across the street. Do yourself a favor and skip the argumentative jerks at Video Only. I will be calling the manager to let him know how his employee treats customers.
