We made our first purchase at Mattress Max this weekend. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. When we got the furniture home [almost 2 hours away] we realized that we had some of the wrong parts. We called the store 20 minutes before closing to make them aware of the issue. They immediately acted and told us that they wanted to rectify the error immediately. They had someone drive the correct parts and meet us about half way the next morning! We were highly impressed with the service we received. It wont be the last time we shop at Mattress Max. Great job and a big thank you!

Good experience with the staff; however the $2000 bed that my wife and I purchased broke in less than a year. The headboard and footboard, while very pretty, was made of junk particle board. Both pieces have literally broken and fell while we were sleeping.

Helpful but not pushy, will buy from Donna soon. Update, bought a sofa, loveseat and chair. Great experience will be buying from there again. Thank you Mike and Donna both for all the time you both spent helping. 100% happy with our purchase.

I bought a mattress and box spring set from Ruthann Hall and ended up not needed the box springs when it was delivered. I called up to the store and let them know that I changed my mind and the return/refund process could not have been easier. I would recommend Mattress Max based on customer service alone! Everyone I came into contact with was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind throughout the entire process!

Princess was so helpful, friendly and sweet. All smiles of which I couldn’t say for other employees, grumpy man and unfriendly office staff. Princess had my paperwork done when I came back in.Delivery got confused but delivered and Dad is happy with his new chair.It’s a Beautiful store.

I do not recommend... Purchased a matching leather couch and recliner set for our new home. The salesperson was great to work. Good delivery. We were told that we could return/exchange the furniture if it did not match our home. The furniture was too small for our space. Buyer beware! We asked for a return. We were told we could exchange. The pickup guys nitpicked the recliner (barely visible stain on white leather that could or could not have been there when we recieved it). We had purchased the extended protection warranty. We purchased nearly 5k of furniture with cash. Beware, once they get your money, you truly are at their mercy.... They lost future sales from us and our friends due to this.

We didnt make a purchase this time, but Donna was wonderful. She was friendly and helpful without being pushy.

4☆It was good. Although,, We seemed to be missed and wasnt noticed and didnt get help right away.. But, when we did get help it was good help.The girl seemed knowledgeable and was very nice.. We explained to her we was shopping around and needed some basics..Immediately we noticed how amazing and big the place is...They have alot of stuff... I would say i agree with some of these other posted ratings - They seem a bit higher in price..We didnt purchase anything from here - but did purchase this very day at another place... And it was absolutely because of price :-)... :-)

They have furniture in stock! What you see on the floor, they have for you to take home! No waiting 2-3 months for it to come in on order!!!

Great Customer service!!! My mattress and box springs were delivered today. The box spring was to big. They immediately sent a smaller replacement the same day. Donna was great, very knowledgeable regarding the mattresses and patient with my indecisiveness. Clarence made sure the new box springs were delivered same day. I went to price mattresses. Ended up buying. Connie greeted me and then showed me to the mattresses. She asked my budget, type mattress I wanted, and showed me the mattress she thought I would love. I also tried a couple of others, but ended up getting the first one she showed me. I loved that she provided a clean pillow to try with the bed. I loved the pillow, so I bought it, too! MATTRESS MAX FURNITURE is quality furniture at a reasonable price. We were met by co-owner and he & my husband talked about the construction of the furniture as my husband built same in past. Then the sales rep listened to what we wanted and showed us all the items that fit our description (not trying to divert us to her agenda), then the two young men delivered and assembled the furniture waiting until we we absolutely satisfied. We went to another store first. Found a similar king bed frame for 300 less from the same manufacturer @ mattress max. The salesman also did a very good job explaining to us the different types of mattresses the memory foam, hybrid, and standard.We went with a Serta and got the frame are satisfied. The delivery crew was friendly and in uniform. They ran into an issue but stayed and resolved it.

We were in need of 2 new recliners. Neither of us enjoying the shopping experience, so we had been putting it off for some time! We knew that we did not want to shop at any of the big furniture stores here in Greenville SC. After googling surrounding furniture stores in the area, then visiting 2 others first, most definitely not enjoying our experience, we walked into Matress Max. I wasn’t holding out much hope. We were met with a warm smile by Connie Stephens. I told her of our needs, she pointed us in the right direction, but didn’t hover over us the way some sales people do. She gave us time to browse before reaching out to us. When she did come around, we told her that I needed a good quality, comfortable recliner and as soon as possible as I was going to have a knee replacement. As we knew nothing about decorating and how to put things together to make them work with what we already had, she made several good suggestions, gave us some good information and helped us reach a decision. From beginning to end, Connie was kind and helpful and made our shopping experience very pleasurable! The store itself had plenty of good selections and we felt the pricing was reasonable! I would highly recommend this store to anyone! Thank you Connie for your help! Whenever we are in need of more furniture or accessories, we will be back!

Love Mattress Max Furniture. Entering the store is like stepping inside a Southern Living or Veranda magazine. Beautiful furniture is artfully arranged. The employees and owners are extremely friendly and they have an amazing knowledge of furniture. Every visit is always a pleasure.

Extremely satisfied with the furniture and service from Mattress Max. Donna was extremely helpful in finding and ordering our custom living room furniture and bedroom set for our new house. Mike was accommodating and more than reasonable with issues that arose on our end with delivery of the furniture. The delivery men were on time, polite and were careful to ensure that the walls/floor were not damaged while bringing the furniture in. There was a small issue with the love seat, but was taken care of immediately and fixed correctly in a very timely manner. Will shop here again when we need anything and definitely recommend to others for their furniture/mattress needs.

Super helpful staff. Nice quality furniture and not just mattresses. Showroom isnt huge but has enough to look at. We special ordered a couch, loveseat and ottoman and the ottoman was not made properly. The owner made it right by sending to a local person to fix and was literally better than new. Note this was an unusual thing and on the manufacturer and not on Mattress Max. I will go back.

Lost our home to a fire went everwhere else then to mattress max. They spent time, explaned things. We bought a adjustable king. The mattresses did not work well with our old bodies. Bought a mattress set, standard MAP pricing, no discount. You can lie on the beds to check them out but a floor clerk is there at all times, which was uncomfortable. Kind of rushed to make a decision. Love the bed, tho.
