Went shopping for a bed for my mother. Payne took great care of us, especially to see to mother’s comfort, and helped us choose the right bed to fit her needs and our budget! Great experience all around!

We recently bought a split king mattress to out on our existing adjustable base. Mike was very helpful without being pushy. He answered all of our detailed questions. We landed on the bed we wanted versus the most expensive which he showed us for comparison. It took less than two weeks to be delivered which was handled with care and professionalism.Weve been sleeping on the new mattress for two weeks now and my husband is getting much relief from back and neck pain.

Mike Whitley at the store in Spartanburg, SC was terrific! Very professional, funny and patiently answered all our questions (I had a lot). We got to try out several beds to find our right match, and Mike never rushed us or pressured us to buy. We bought the split king P6 360 smart bed and Mike showed us the bed features, made sure he answered our questions about that bed, and was honest about the pricing (which he showed us) so there were no surprises when we went to purchase. Store was super clean, bright and everyone was very friendly. Both Mike and the store get an A+ from me!

Comfortable beds but boy are they overpriced

Nice and clean store. Our salesperson was Erik. He modeled the various beds for us. Explaining all features as we had questions. Led us through the demo, our pressure points, sleeping positions, etc. We liked him.Overall these are highly regarded beds. Variable firmness, elevating legs and heads; cooling blankets and more.However, its hard to get past the price. Mattress stores operate on huge margins, as much as 50% or more. Sleep Number likely no different. You can buy the mattress, pads, various technologies and frames, easily getting into the thousands. Its up to you if its worth it.

I cannot say enough about Michele! She was so sweet and knowledgeable. She helped us stay within our budget, answered every question that we had and spent a lot of time with us. Michele never pushed us in one direction or another, but could say this is why our product has this or why it is set apart. I really could not have asked for a better experience.

The sales associates at the Spartanburg SC store were very professional and knowledgeable about their product. We were just so pleased with their service they knew exactly what to recommend. I will go back there again.

Wonderful customer service! Trisha and Tom were terrific! Trisha was very patient as I deliberated over my options.I was in the store for a couple of hours testing different beds. Youre supposed to lay on a bed for at least 15 min. I went back and forth, until I found the right one. Well worth the time and money invested.For the first time in 2 years, I didnt wake up with hip or lower back pain. I actually overslept this morning, but I felt great.

My wife has recently been diagnosed with a rare terminal cancer. After Hospice informed us they would let her use a hospital bed, I quickly realized that my bed would be unable to stay. So I undid mine and put them in and so hospice installed a hospital bed. So, I got a temporary twin mattress and it was used so much a canoe was dug into it by the previous user. Thus after a couple of nights trying to sleep on it I resolved it was time to invest in a new mattress and find the bed of beds! After a week of research and going to local stores I quickly saw that the sleep number was the way to go and my closest store was in Spartanburg. I called the evening prior to my visit and talked to Mike and told him Id be by in the morning. I arrived shortly after they opened and was met by Jessica (Mike came in just before I left). Jessica didnt have to sell me a bed the bed sold itself as a superior quality product. Jessica was great! She was kind, caring, concerned about ones needs. She did not press me to buy. She merely showed me the wonderful product they have. She was a professional in how she helped others in the store and was very good at what she did. I did not meet the other employee that worked there but this team has a great chemistry. The store was clean and tidy and they were an all around superb bunch of folks. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store, staff and the product. My sleep number is 30 and Im a happy guy!

Once she couldnt log in to application installer just left the bed without any further instruction.
