This is the best place for plumbing supplies. I tried calling some other companies in the area but they didnt have time to give me pricing on a direct vent water heater. I called Prosource and they had time to talk and give excellent customer service. They had my direct vent water heater in stock and other supplies I needed. I can not say more on how nice and friendly the staff is. If you need plumbing supplies shop here

My sister and I went into the store, were there half an hour looking around, and were only greeted near the end of that time as an afterthought. Perhaps we weren’t wearing clothes that said, “we have money to burn?” It was like a Pretty Woman situation. We do have money to spend, and we’ll be spending it elsewhere. :)

Great staff

We run a local plumbing company, Sterling Craft Plumbing, and use ProSource for most of our plumbing supplies. The counter guys are all wonderful. My wife can call for pricing or material information for us and she is never made to feel stupid, ignorant, or silly, which is a real rarity for guys running a supply house. They are patient, friendly, and genuinely want to be helpful. If they dont have what you need, they will point you in the right direction too. They also have the best pricing in town which never hurts!

Had some issues with pipe sizes. Company has since then called and corrected my issues. Staff is friendly and I recommend them.

Useless. Called and the guy acted like I got on his nerves. Finally told me they didn’t have what I needed but really didn’t know what I needed and said it would have to be special ordered.....really. I’m confused

Went there not really sure what I needed to do the job I was trying to do, although they were very busy with lots of professional plumbers there getting supplies, the gentleman took the time to listen to me about the job I was trying to accomplish, and was able to get me exactly what I needed. Thank you!
