I recently had my truck serviced here. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The work was performed flawlessly. No issues were to be found. However, while I was waiting, I chose to walk around a bit and found this cool Buick sitting in the showroom. She sure is a beauty. I couldn’t help but ponder about the history and the events the car had been through, the small dirt roads traveled that were once unpaved and even the smile on the face of the first owner that purchased it as he drove away. There were people of all walks of life admiring this car as they seen it for the very first time. To think of the technology that we have available now and always wanting better and demanding more vs the pure innocents and joy of someone just having a car with no AC, no heat, no radio or really anything else for that matter.Times have changed, people have changed but the beauty still remains.Stop in and check it out sometime.I’ll be back here for my next round of services.

Went in for a recall on passenger airbag.Waited approximately hour.Was told vehicle was ready and keys were in it.On the way leaving driving up the road I look over and see grease all over the passenger side dash and all over the upholstery.The dash around passenger airbag was all warped around airbag.I turn around and address the matter to the front desk clerk.She then sends the mechanic out that did the recall.He asked whats wrong and as I pointed out the grease and the warped dash he gets irritated and hostile in attitude towards me claiming he didnt touch that part of dash yet its all warped now and wasnt when brought in a hour earlier.He throws attitude and tantrum with his body language again and goes gets boss after wiping grease off the dash with nothing but attitude & Clorox wipes.The Boss comes out and agrees that the job performance was poor and the vehicle should not of been left like that and the mechanic should not of gotten a attitude.Says check back in two weeks if dash hasnt laid back down from summer heat 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️.All of this could have been really simple without all the attitude from the supposed to be mechanic.Frustrating having someone that suppose to be a reliable professional dealership have such shade tree tactics and character.hope this grease comes out of my upholstery and my dash lays back down from being warped doing a professional install of passenger airbag .If this was a professional install I sure as hell dont want to see anything less ..👀

After multiple dealers trying to sell me a truck I did not want, I got on google and started looking at out of state dealers. I went even further out of my home state than I planned. I ended up finding Wakefeild GMC. I gave them a call and am so glad I did. When I called I found out that the one specific truck I was inquiring about was not actually what I wanted. However Paul, looked through his lot and found just what I wanted. Even though I was out of state and over 2 and half hours away, they treated me like I had dealt with them before. When I got to the dealership, my new truck was shining and ready to go! Tony the sales manager, was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure all was just like I wanted. They get a 100% from me.

Christine was great, very knowledgeable and very pleasant. The person that checked my vehicle literally responded to the knocking in the back of my car upon start up as everything in the back door is broken as if that has anything to do with the knocking i hear from the back ONLY when i crank my car. furthermore i am not sure what he meant by everything when the locks and the windows work and the door opens. I wanted him to check other things that werent even checked. so yeah i would not recommend my family or friends come pay for an incomplete service. I know my car is older and has high mileage but if i am paying for a service i expect to be treated as everyone else that comes to a dealer for certified professional service. Again, Christine i believe was her name, was absolutely amazing i do not want to discredit anything she did. i did not receive the answers i expected from a dealers mechanic i could have gotten that service from any shadetree mechanic.

I brought my CPO 2017 Acadia in for failure with the battery or charging system (I wasnt sure the issue). Upon my arrival into the service bay, I felt like no one was Ready to help me. The service writer (I believe his name was Mark, but he didnt have on a nametag) sat behind the desk until approached, rather than greeting me. While telling him why I was there, it felt like he just wanted to write the ticket and send me on my way. The next day, I received a call from Mark telling me that he didnt have good news. My car needed a battery and it wasnt covered under the CPO bumper to bumper warranty. I asked why and he couldnt tell me why, but transferred me to Mike. Mike proceeded to tell me that the CPO warranty B2B didnt cover it and it really wasnt a B2B warranty. They tell you its B2B, but its not. I did not buy the car from Wakefield, so I told Mike I would contact GM about the warranty or the dealer I bought it from. I asked Mike what to do if GM says they will cover and he told me it didnt matter, they wouldnt replace it under warranty. Again, not very professional and felt as if they could care less if I did business with them or not. The dealer I purchased from agreed to reimburse me for the battery if I had Wakefield install. So I called Mike back to let him know, but I would need a detailed receipt and report of the bad battery. When I arrived, there was no detailed receipt or even an invoice for me to pay. All of this was sorted out for me by an employee named Christine. She was extremely professional (name tag, shirt tucked, company polo, etc) and seemed to be genuinely concerned about how she could help me. I was blown away! She gave me the complete opposite experience Id received from the previous two employees. In my book, Christine needs to be promoted and given an opportunity to train your service staff on professionalism! Ive had my car serviced at Wakefield since I purchased it and only after dealing with Christine, do I feel like my business was appreciated.

I have been to the dealership on multiple occasions due to the lemon of a car that I have. The only good thing there in service is Christine, one of the managers. Service wise, this last time I had my car put in because it broke down due to transmission errors. But they replaced the starter. So after 63 days, i finally get my car back and nothing is done about the transmission. So the day after, not even 24 hours later, my car breaks down in a church parking lot because the transmission failed to shift. This is the same error I got 63 days ago.....

It was a good experience. I feel it dealerships would be a lil more competitive with their prices more will bring their cars back to the dealer. They didnt give me a diagnosis of my vehicle and charged me $27 to change a bulb which I couldve done but I wouldnt never thought it would be that high.

The service manager Christine never once called me to let me know what was going on with my truck. It was in the service bay for a week. I had to call in myself and ask about the truck. The mechanic would tell me he was leaving a note on her screen to call me and let me know the progress and time schedule but she never called me I had to call again to find out. This is very bad customer service I’m a retail store manager and I pride myself on giving exceptional service to customers. I want to do business with local companies but I can’t if you don’t pick up your game.

Went into Wakefield Buick, Cadillac etc. on Friday, May 29, 2020. Met by Charlene, very friendly. Wanted to test drive a particular car, did. Coming back to office the Manager could have cared less if we purchased a car. Rude, arrogant. They lost a sale! Went to another dealership immediately and purchased a car! Because of rudeness I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Guess sales must have been great in May cause they didn’t try to sell another. In fact, weren’t even interested in talking to us. Within several hours (3-4 we purchased a car elsewhere!

Paul Taft is great!!! I work at a nearby business and saw a truck for my husband that I knew he would love. He had ran his 98 Dodge until it was falling apart and I couldnt deal with not having AC. I stopped by after work one day and met Paul who took me for a test drive. He was personable and a great salesman without being pushy or overbearing. They worked with us with our extremely different work schedules to make sure he was able to test drive it and get a trade in value on his old truck. We were so impressed with the whole process! Tony Sanzari was great when it came time to handle the financing. He heard my concerns and did everything he could to make sure the payments were in our price range. I have been waiting 5 weeks and counting to get my vehicle which they replaced the transmission. When I call, Im told they are short on technicians or I am on eternal hold. In fact, once I was on hold for 13 minutes. The noble thing to do would have been to tell the truth. If I had been told you dont have technicians, I would have taken it someplace else. Instead, it stays there and the technician services other vehicles. I paid $ 2100.00 to have it for 4 days.Where did integrity, accountability and good customer service go?Since writing the review, I have been loaned a vehicle while they continue to repair mine. I am most appreciative to have transportation.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30 was greeted on lot by Zack Rausch. Zack was not pushy at all. Just asked if we need help to give him a shout. My wife and I looked at a couple trucks. Then told Zack what we were looking for. He showed us what was in our criteria. Zack got us a set of key for a test drive. After the test drive an discussing what we were able to do in a payment Zack and finance manager(cant remember his name sorry) worked us up some numbers. We sat down at the finance managers desk to do the deal and asked we asked what time do you guys close? He said 15 minutes ago (lol) We said we would come back as we were aware it was a Saturday and everyone deserves to have there weekend. We were told nope it was fine lets get things going. This was the simplest and painless process of buying a truck or car ever. We were out and on our way home before 5:00 pm. Zack asked me to come back to get truck cleaned up and fill up the gas tank and go over all the options on the truck the next week as everyone was gone for the week. Zack was very apologetic that I would have to come back. Both of these guys DESERVE a AT A BOY When and if we or someone in our family is wanting to buy another Buick GMC or Cadillac we will 100% suggest Wakefield

I have owned my SUV for 6 months of which I had it back to be checked out for a tapping noise. Well the first time Wakefield kept it for 3 or 4 days at my inconvenience and told me the noise was a fan relay which they replaced. The noise continued after I picked up my SUV so a couple months later The noise was so annoying that I brought it back again and was told it was the anti pollution valves opening and closing and the noise was pronounced from the line laying on the fire wall so the mechanic put two wire ties one the lines to stop it but didnt. After a couple months more with that nasty tapping noise my six month maintenance was due so I brought up my problem once again only this time to be told it is the direct injector system making the noise and that is just how it works. Well I then told him that I have driven other GMC SUV type and didnt hear what Im hearing with mine, he then said Oh, I have heard that before that is normal. I then told him that I have a 17 yr old SUV that is so much quieter he then asked if it was a direct injector system. Well I am not a mechanic and dont know how to fix automobiles but I do know that when one spends $25,000 for a car it shouldnt sound like this one does. The noise does not start off right away bot only after it has been running for a short period of time. When youre driving and come to a stop sign you can hear it very well. I am very saddened with the results I have gotten. So there you have it. I also hope you do post my response for others to read. Question being, what truly is the problem? Who knows. However I do know one thing, I am going to trade this sewing machine in and get a real SUV. Sorry but that is how I feel.

I have owned my 2012 Buick Regal Turbo since October 2016. I take it to Wakefield Buick for all of its maintenance from oil change to check engine light. I have taken it several times for the same problem. Theyll diagnose it, fix it, and take my money. The last time I took it they ran a diagnostic test and said that the check engine light could be one of two things. The catalytic converter ($1500+) or a filter ($300). The service manager asked which one would I like for them to fix🤔 Of course I said the cheaper one bc paying over a $1000 for something that it possibly may not be was both dumb and unsettling to me. So they replaced the filter. I arrived right before closing on a Friday to pick my vehicles up, paid the $300 and drove about 10 miles down the road and the check engine light came right back on. My car has still been giving me trouble since then and is currently back at the dealership per GMs request. Im having some sort of electrical issues now. I did my own research and found that there is a recall for the 2011/12 Buick Regal for a general control module. Its basically the brain of the car. My car does everything from windows that go up and down on there own, radio, hazard lights and windshield wipers turns on by itself, radio switches from FM to auxiliary when there isnt even an aux cord in it. I called GM and they ran my VIN. Mine does not match the recall but my vehicle is doing everything that the recall describes. What are the chances? This is my first and last time owning a Buick.

This dealerships service department is a joke!! I schedule an appointment to have warranty work done at 8am this morning. Dropped it off last night so they could get to it first thing. I was told it would be done by noon and when I called at 3:30 today because they’d not called for me to pick, I’m told “that’s the third vehicle today they’ve not gotten to”😳. I understand things happen, but a courtesy call would have been the professional thing to do. Second and last time I will deal with this place. The first was and 11/2 hour oil change.....

I was lied about them not being able to replace TPMS sensor from old tire to new (and was quoted over $100 for a brand new one), they erased three other sensors so no tire pressure would show on the monitor at all (had to turn around and fix that), and wouldnt print my alignment report (printer broke, no internet connection, etc). Come to find out they dont save any files in the system regarding customers name/VIN #, etc (thus no proof it was MY car they worked on). Hope they fix that in the near future. Theyre supposed to be a DEALER for goodness sake!!!

11/13/18: My battery started acting up on 11/12. It was cold, rainy and dark. I showed up at the Wakefield service department first thing the very next morning without an appointment. They got me in, diagnosed and back on the road with a new battery in 1 hour! Start to finish without an appointment! Everyone in the service department was friendly and helpful. Great experience!UPDATE: Someone finally got with me and apologized for the wait and frustration over the situation. The cost of the new wheel bearing was discounted and a representative rode with me to make sure that everything was correct on my vehicle. Were all human and though I didnt appreciate being put off they did strive to make it right. Im still a little nervous about the vehicle but as far as the employees and service I am satisfied.I purchased a 2013 certified preowned Buick Lacrosse just over a year ago. Right at the year mark my power steering, stabili-track, and ABS system went out so I took it in. It was determined that a wheel bearing was bad so I paid nearly $500 to replace it. I had my oil changed about a month ago and was told that I needed new tires. I ordered the tires through the service department here at Wakefield and paid nearly $900 to have them replaced. While replacing the tires the technician stated that one of the wheel bearings was bad. The representative in the service department asked me if the ABS light was on when I brought the car in. I told him no and he started explaining what exactly was wrong. I told him that I just experienced this less than 2 months ago. He just shrugged his shoulders and pretty much let me know that I could pay another nearly $500 to fix it or have a $32,000 lawn ornament. I asked him if the power steering was out and he said no, just the ABS light was on. I went to pull away in the car and sure enough, the power steering is out. I pulled back around to the spot where they parked it and told the same employee that the power steering is out and the car is not drivable. He seemed really frustrated with me and said that they could have someone drive me home but that he needed to catch up with other customers and he would be back to discuss what I wanted to do. That was over half an hour ago and he has not returned. Ive been here for 3 hours now and it looks like I need to call someone to give me a ride. I do want to say that the salesman who sold me the car is great. His named is Art. I cant say that I would recommend this dealership to anyone else though because the vehicle is obviously poor quality and the service department that used to be friendly and helpful are now rude and wont take responsibility for what I feel is their mistake since there was nothing wrong with the car when I brought it in. Its now been nearly an hour and he still hasnt returned to check on me or anything...
