I have been taking my vehicles to Nate for about 5 years now. I went to him from a referral and I have been pleased with the work he performs every time. He has never tried to convince me to have work done that I dont need and he always get the job done quickly. His shop rate is very fair as well. I trust him and his staff completely.

Waste of time. Brought my truck in there twice for suspension overhaul, once in the fall, once 3 weeks ago. Both times they strung me along, but never gave a quote or estimate. Eventually, they stopped picking up or returning my phone calls. I was trying to spend thousands of dollars there for premium service, but they just wasted my time and money on rental cars. The best work in the world is nothing without a little customer service.

These guys are awesome! After having very bad service at 4wp who told me in two occasions my rear locker was working when I clearly could see it wasnt (4wp at this point had my jeep for a combined month trying to correct issues on an install they did). After wasting all that time with 4wp finally met Nate. He checked my locker on the spot and diagnosed it wasnt working. I know he was booked but I had a rubicon trail trip I had to leave for in less than a week. Nate came through big time! Not only did he replace my locker, he corrected the shotty wiring job on the switches, fixed an issue with my pitman arm, replaced the u-joints on my front axle and replaced some gears in the rear end missing teeth! Nate and his team went above and beyond and overnighted two sets of gears from two companies to be sure one of them arrived on time! On top of it all ended up basically rebuilding my entire rear end due to poor install from prior owner (was missing shims and more). He worked until midnight the night before I left for rubicon and really came through for me! Huge props and thanks on squeezing me in (even though I know it messed up your entire schedule)! Thanks to Nates Precisions skills and planning everything went off without a hitch at Rubicon! They will definitely be seeing me again!

I had an appointment and dropped off my truck and left. When I called back an hour and a half later to check on my truck, the person on the phone was very rude and put me down. She told me they do not make appointments and it would get done when it gets done. I just went back and got my truck. In got my alignment somewhere else.
