Great experience today. Staff was attentive and helpful. Teresa assisted me multiple times without being intrusive. Ignore the other reviews, despite what they may have been before, the team is doing well.

I dont want to use the kiosk. You work there, I dont. I am IT certified, its not that I dont know how to use the kiosk.Since I cant give negative stars, 1 will do. The person at the desk is lazy and rude, doesnt want to print things and gets mad because he has to. Avoid this place at a cost. All 3 employees including someone who was wearing a different color shirt are rude I assume he is management

I was just here and was “helped” by Stewart and it was just awful! It’s like I was bothering him and then the voice he proceeded to use was condescending and rude! I will drive the extra miles to go to a better location! The other two employees just sat there and acted like they couldn’t believe I asked him to look up our account. There was NO one else in the store and I wish there had been to witness the zero level of professionalism.

Horrible customer service! FedEx should be embarrassed. The two people working here need a cup of cheer. BTW - if you dont want or cant be nice, get a job that is not everyday contact with other humans. Dont try to bring me down with you.

No phone number listed to contact store directly. I cant get an answer from anyone. If you call the main number you get someone in another country who has no clue what is going on at the local store. This store sent me an email to pick up my packages. Then closed for several days in a row and sent back all of my packages. I went 3 different times to pick up my packages during times this store listed on google to be open. This cost me a lot of money. I will never use the store again for my business needs.

I just walked into this location on October 2, 2020 around 12:50 pm. There were 3 or 4 workers present. No one greeted me when I walked in or asked if I needed help. Fortunately I knew how to use the self service printer, so I quickly printed what I needed and left. As I exited still no one said anything. Very rude workers at this location.

I see why the rating for this location is a 2 the customer service is horrible between the hours 6pm to close there is this black women with glasses and she very rude I drive 40mons away from this location to another FedEx farther from my home just to get better customer service

Love this place. They make shipping very easy. Great people working there too. The convenience of having signature required online orders ship directly to the store for pickup is a lifesaver. No more waiting all day for the delivery truck.

My husband came in on 12/20 around 6pm and there was a man hauling packages to the truck parked in front of the store and he was so kind enough to help my husband and I get our packages inside to be scanned and to get a receipt. We were in and out in about a minute. They were very efficient and kind to us. They have made the Christmas season so easy with sending packages.

We ended up going late at closing time. James was very helpful and we finished at 9:15pm and he didnt mind at all that it took longer. This is a good place for printing and shipping and I have always received good service here.

Slow awful service. Always under staffed and over priced. They also give you a hard time about the way everything is packed even when it’s packed perfectly and marked accurately. Drive as many miles as it takes to try another Fedex if you are forced to ship with them for any reason, if not, just use UPS a few lights down and save yourself the hassle.

Husband and I came in right before closing to ship a package to Brooklyn, NY. James provided us the most cost efficient option, answered all of our questions, and gave excellent service. I will definitely be back!

Are FedEx margins so tight that you want to not pass my already double boxed shipping items and sell me a $10.00 box per item to re-package every time I visit? UPS gladly took them no questions! Youve lost my business indefinitely.

The employee Ken only likes helping women and I sat there with 15 boxes shipping them all overnight didnt help me for the longest time. Worst service I have ever received. What he is consistent on is giving poor service every time I go. I longer go to this location anymore. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go any other FedEx but this. If you are a women you are set! Id go to this store, if youre a male Id suggest going to a different FedEx. What I think is amazing is hes the MANAGER of the store! Lol

Both employees, one young female and an older male, hate being there, dont wanna help or do so begrudgingly, printing from computer is hit or miss and dont expect any proactive help, staff couldnt care less, front self-serve printer printed every page with an awful horizontal line, so I had to ask the female to reprint my résumé which was apparently a lot to ask, also after paying $10 just to use the computer and print from email, I got no receipt so asking for one was also a lot to ask. Id suggest going to another location

I left my package a this depot to be delivered, got a confirmation docket upon tendering the parcel and it promptly disappeared from this facility, I can only reason that it was stolen by a member of staff or a FedEx employee. FedEx dragged their heels and hardly made any attempt to get to the bottom of this nightmare and I am out over $1500 dollars. I would suggest not using this facility unless you are ok with your items being stolen and little being done about it.

If there are 0 star, I would have given that to them! I don’t go to Fedex often, but in the past I have been to this location for a couple time. Every single time I have to wait for at least 15 mins even if there is only one customer in front of me.And I went there to drop off a prepaid package today. The guy inside the counter was super slow and staring at my box, then he asked me”Do you need anything else from us?” I said “No, just dropping off the prepaid package” He refused to take it and asked me to buy more paper from them and stuff inside my package. Excuse me? Are you that desperate to sell something? I will never go back to that place and not recommend it to anyone I know. And now I understand why UPS has better business than Fedex.

I just wanted to send a letter overnight. Asked for a little help and got pointed to a kiosk. Then the service rep walked away. Asked again for help. Finally drove to US Post Office. Experience was very nice there. Never thought I would say that LOL. I once compared bureaucratic Post Office to a progressive innovative Fed Ex. Now I see that FED Ex has lost a lot and The Post Office is doing better.

The employee at the store is the rudest, most inconsiderate, most incompetent person I have come across in a long time. They have caused such difficulties for such a simple process. I will never again do business with FedEx as long as they allow people who treat people the way that they do, to work for their company.

ALWAYS a wait. Waited about 15 minutes last week before just turning around and leaving, and that was at an off hour during the week. Sometimes I have to use FedEx, but I dont like this location. The staff are not particularly rude, its just that they are either understaffed or the staff who are working dont seem to care about making customers wait.

Asked them to shred 1 page while i was printing and the guy gave me a speech that they normally charge for shredding but this time I will not charge you. I asked for my doc back, I dont need a speech for 1 piece of paper....

Very slow service every time I go in. One time an employee joked that them having to adjust my tape to get the shipping label to scan would costMe extra for them having to repackage, which was not a funny joke.
