I have often asked the team at the print shop to do last minute miracles for me. This last week they printed about 250 is very simple business cards in 20 minutes. I told them I was in a rush and they produced.

Ordered a pretty big order (3 banners, 250 business cards, 1 poster) and they had it done the same day. Quality of the prints is great! Satisfied with how everything turned out. Watch out for the grommets on those banners and dont pull to hard, they do tear pretty easily.Great experience overall, but I didnt receive an email that my stuff was done, so I had to call customer support and they let me know I could pick it up.

Companies need to remember that policies often get in the way of good customer service. Give your employees the authority to say yes to your customers! Staff here is helpful when pushed but obviously not empowered by leadership to go the extra mile. Work quality is good but do not come if you are in hurry.

Darrin is awesome! I came in needing 1,000 NICE envelopes ASAP. They only had 200 at their store. He took the time to call multiple stores in the area to find the correct ones. After receiving this information, he told me the top two stores that had the most to limit the number of stores I had to go to. Top of the line service!

Went in for a simple copy and print job that weve done several times at other locations. Clerk said it would just be a few minutes. Waited a bit and when we went to the counter it wasnt done because and the new clerk who had taken over said they didnt have the materials for it. Turns out the first clerk had the order wrong and after clarifying the new clerk said hed do it right for a $10 rush charge after wed already been waiting on the other clerk to do it (who had it wrong anyway). What a waste of time. Will not ever be returning to this location.

Serious customer service issues at this Staples store. Took a printing job in at 10:00 a.m. They have never called to say the job is complete and ready for pickup. I called, Cody answered and said he would check. He put me on hold for over 10 minutes, so I hung up and called back. It goes directly to voicemail when you call....and no one picks up for another 15 min.Horrible service

Called was put on hold for 14 minutes. Hung up and called back twice, no one picked up. Called again and man said he would call me back after told him I was on hold for 20 minutes. I did ask to be called back. They have called id so I assume he got my number. Did not hear back. Tried faxing them the next day, their fax does not appear to be hooked up.

I came in this afternoon to print invitations for my sons’ bday party. They weren’t able to print them because they were TMNT trademarked but they helped me print them at the self printer and were soooo helpful. Kyndall was so kind and explained everything thoroughly. My 2 boys were also with me and they were being very wild bc the printer was having some problems, but a very kind employee named Kaylynn printed them Halloween coloring pages and brought them crayons. They sat quietly and colored the rest of the time. As a mother, i appreciate this SO MUCH! Always outstanding customer service at this location. Thank you!!

Dont take any large format printing here. They want you to come back 6 hours later to pick up a copy. Easier and faster at Fedec down the street.

Went in for a print order. Was told no more orders were being received before closing, but if I wanted to pay $44, they would accommodate me. I questioned this, since there was still 6 hours before the store closed. Employee wasnt able to articulate WHY she wouldnt accept a non-rush order, so I declined and chose to complete my order via self-copier. I was there 45 minutes, and the employee sat on a stool and ate cheetos the ENTIRE time. Did not work on one order. Halfway through my self-service order, my copier ran out of paper. The employee tried to load new paper with CHEETOS ON HER FINGERS. I took the paper and loaded it myself, finished my project, went home, and used FedEx printing for my bigger order. This was the most negative customer service Ive encountered in years.

We use the copy center here for business cards and other print needs and they are always on point. Madison there is really knowledgeable and you can tell she is hard working because she is always busy and attentive to clients in there. We have had a small wait on occassion but if we call in an order or drop something off it is always done before they tell us it will be which is great. They even call to let us know we can come in to pick up our order when its ready. Overall this store is clean and well maintained, we always find good buys in their clearance section and the rewards savings add up for our business so its good to be a return customer. If you have to pick between one store or another, you cant go wrong using this location. Keep up the good work, we appreciate your team in Southlake!

I went 3 times, in the second one I called because I wanted to know how to do everything and the guy that help us said to me that I needed to go personally so we can print it. I had already send it and he couldnt tell me that he cannot see the email! I went to the place and all he told me was we cannot do this, if you can give it to us in a USB well see what to do 30 minutes in the car, driving to the place! 3 times! The guy could say, I cant see it. Try in a USB! In the phone call!!! Agh! Awful service this time

ALL of their self serve copiers were broken. The only way I could print items was to PAY to use computer by the minute or wait on the guy to finish using his register like a regular check out to help copy customers. Its a joke.
