UPDATE: Called the number from the reply, spent 16 minutes on hold, was told someone from the store (after explaining the issue again) will reach out to me to get more information I politely explained that I have spent enough of my time trying to help this company understand how to run a business with integrity. I have zero confidence that anything will be done to make the situation right. I still have not received my refund back to my bank account. Will continue to wait for my money to be returned to me.Original Review:Bought a shirt that was labeled $60.00. When I checked out it came out to $70.63 but I didn’t think much of it. When I checked the receipt at home, they had charged me $65.00 (instead of $60) plus tax.So, I went back the next day and they were like, “Oh, this happens all the time. We can refund your $5 if you want”I mean…this happens ALL the time? You’re literally stealing people’s money and act like it’s no big deal? What if I hadn’t have checked my receipt. I ended up returning it, getting ALL my money back and I’ll never shop there again.

Ive never seen so much stuff for so many sports teams in one store. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We had fun just looking at all of the different things that were carried...much more than just team shirts.

Great selection! Great store. Huge selection of all the best teams north Texas has to offer.

Awesome place to get your Dallas sports or favorite Texas College gear (and theres a little section in the corner for OU and OSU). They have everything from t-shirts to man cave items and everything in between. Fun place to browse, even more fun to pick up another t-shirt or anything else you need, lol.

I have about 5 other locations that I could of gone to today but I choose to drive to Southlake and enjoy the super awesome weather. I had no idea that the town square added a Rallyhouse and that’s simply because I do not live close anymore to the square. Rally house was the first shop I went into and with it being Sunday and just about 15 pass 1, the store was not busy at all. I counted 5 guys I believe and one of them was right at the door taking decorations down or so it seemed. I did not look up due to him not acknowledging that I just walked right into the front door. Three other guys who were working did not even acknowledge me, did not say hello, did not ask if I needed help finding anything, not one word to me. Now I’m a huge LSU fan and thought maybe they would have something but they didn’t after walking the whole circle around the store to make sure I didn’t miss it. Which no finding any gear was totally fine. They all just looked like a bunch of kids who could super careless or I guess just pick who they would want to speak to. Super disappointed in this location. It takes A LOT for me to leave a review for a place, and this one was DEFINITELY one of them.

Great store - huge selection! And everyone working there extremely nice! Was so excited to find the perfect OU sweatshirt!
