I have enjoyed Columbia clothing for many years now. Always well-made, often with little extras like hidden pockets (love those!), velcro tabs, extra stitching, and the like. Today I got some deals in the clearance section, with an extra 20% off for loyalty customers. A long, extra thick windbreaker in a vibrant shade of green, as well as a black, light-weight jacket, warm but with a slim profile. Very happy with my finds! And, the sales people went out of their way to be helpful, so I felt like the only one in the store. The whole experience was very pleasant.

My review is for the brand and not one of their stores. I do most of my business with them online, or shop the brand at other stores that carry them, when theyre on sale. Columbia makes top notch fishing apparel, which is my interest and I have found all their products to be well engineered and crafted. I need to wear sun protection fabrics, due to having had skin cancer, and recommend them to anyone that spends a lot of time outdoors. UPF ratings of 30-50 are pretty common now in shirts and even in shorts and pants. They have big sales periodically (Labor day, End of the year, etc) and thats when you can find some big savings. Again, I recommend online because youre more likely to find styles and sizes you want, without sales pressure, AND they ship free for members, AND you join for free. Columbia is now expanding their shoe offerings also. I bought some of their solid sole/mesh upper - fishing/boat shoes and love them. Helpful?

Excellent, helpful staff. Tyler went out of his way to assist me with a Christmas return for my daughter. I ended up buying additional items as a result. WILL be going back to use the 20% coupon I was given.

Superb customer service, but.....too small of a store, very limited selection.

We were greeted and shown exactly what we wanted, but the prices were full suggested retail. The clearance rack prices were what youd see for the same items at Academy, but Academy has all the sizes.

Ive been a fan of the brand for many years. I never miss the art festival, so I stopped by this store while I was in Southlake on Saturday, only to be ignored by the four children working. They gave me the full Southlake freezeout, even though I am a multimillionaire. Perhaps, franchise holder, some training is in order?
