I when there to get some old games for my gr baby who love Wii. They didnt have it, but fr what I could see they had all of the newest games for all gaming systems! Good service and very knowledgeable about the games!

The prices are higher than they use to be which is expected but the store is too small. Great selection though.

Called the store and they told me the Xbox one power supply cord was $21.99 so I cancelled my amazon order for the same price. I get there and it’s actually $50 and they don’t do price check. Reasons why it’s a dying business.

The gentleman that work there now are the best! My autistic son left his container with his money in it at the store last week. They called us to let us know it was there, when we came back to pick it up today they recognized him, it had our name on it and gave it right to him. They couldve not cared if someone picked it up, but they were honest and really cared. They also are super nice to him they never ignore him, and when he talks about all the games, they listen no matter how long he talks. Thats GREAT customer service! I appreciate how great they are to their customers.

Great management and customer service! Very happy with my purchase of the Nintendo switch! However, the customers there are very rude and could ruin another customers experience. I had one question to the employee and was interrupted by an upset, screaming, oversized, man baby. Kudos to the employee for not losing your cool.

Ive been on a search for a nintendo switch used and this is the only store in my half of the state that currently carries 7 consoles. I called 10 minutes ago and was greeted with an attitude. I told the employee i am willing to drive 50 minutes to his location for the sale but id appreciate if he could check a firmware version or two for me before I go that far out of my way. He very rudely imitated me, asking me if i was REALLY requesting him to check for me. The 9 other gamestops i called had no problem with my request. Do not ask them to do their job, you will be greeted with ghetto attitudes and bad business ethics. They lost a 275 dollar sale today and are the only store with a surplus of switches. Would rate -5 on customer service alone.

Angel is a GREAT employee. She helped me get my preOrder for Fallout 76 moved from Tennessee when a lot of gamestops despite being able to move Pre-Orders - dont like going through the hassle. This gamestop is a lil small but has a good selection of pops. Typically when I go the store isnt crowed, i hate crowds lol. And spmetimes they release new games at about 8pm the previous day due to not staying open till midnight so thats a super plus... who doesnt like getting their pre-order early.

When I called to see the balance I had on a preorder I had, the lady told me if it wasnt placed at this location she might not be able to look it up. I worked at a gamestop for over 2 years and I know that what she just said was a lazy lie. I told her she should be able to and she asked if i could wait a minute. No problem....she had me on hold for over 6 minutes. That is unacceptable and I will now be driving out of my way to a gamestop that has well mannered employees. This one has always been on the short end of the stick for me and that set me off. Their manager is a joke and I will not be giving them anymore business.

They dont update their online stock. I drove 45 min for the new manager to look around the store for 20 mins and tell me that they miss marked the item. I dont care who made the mistake it should have been fixed and instead he suggested I drive another hour to but what I need. Dont bother shopping at this store theyre not intrested in helping costumers.

Selection was not vary wide in terms of what was actually available in this store. Staff were friendly and attentive.
