My phone took a leap from 1 1/2 feet to a tile floor and trashed the LCD screen. Called uBreakiFix and confirmed they had a replacement screen for my phone. Received a ball park quote over the phone. I went and dropped my phone off at 11 am and by 6 pm I was able to drop back in and pick up my repaired device. They guys were friendly and very informative. Very happy with the work the performed.

I went in for a quick button repair on my laptop as one of my caps came off. They were really amazing and just popped it on for me. I am thankful that they performed this task as an act of kindness. And I am happy to recommend them as they were very professional and very down to earth.

Terrible experience. They will damage your phone and still take your money.They messed up the seal on my Note 9 screen replacement leading to permanent water damage. My speaker phone doesnt work. My screen wont rotate. They messed up my billing so they tried to demand a second payment when I came in for a follow up repair trying(and failing) to fix the water damage. If I had paid cash instead of using a debit card they would have double charged me for the screen repair. They couldnt even prorate the repair because, even though they charged my card, they couldnt find the record in their system.The only reason this is a 2 star review, not 1, is Diego gave great customer service within the restraints of the corporate structure trying to make me whole.I was told the issue of the damage would be escalated to the regional manager, but its been about 2 weeks and nobody contacted me. As of now I have beautiful, ~280$ screen on a severely damaged phone and a free warranty to replace the screen if I break the screen on my severely damaged phone. Ugh...

Not only do they provide great service at a great price but they are honest as well. I thought I needed something that turned out I didn’t need. UBreakiFix fraudulently sold me Assurion Home+ by telling me that if they couldnt fix my Nintendo Switch then I would be able to file a claim to get it replaced. They told me the exact day I could file my claim and which day to put down as the day my switch broke. I let them try and fix my switch and they were unable to fix it. So I filed my claim with assurian and it was denied because it was damaged prior to buying home +. These associates are not knowledgeable in what they are selling and telling their customers fraudulent information in order to sell an overpriced Insurance that people can not use on their current broken item.

My laptop fan was not working, I originally took it to Best Buy Geek Squad, their process was to have me order the replacement part, and sign up for their service contract ($199.00) in order for them to take a look at my problem. I went into UbreakIfix, they asessed my problem, informed me of an approximate amount, how long it would take. Service was great, speedy and very friendly team members. Needless to say I am happy to have it back home. Thank you for great work.

They were nice and friendly. But my screen was replaced the technician only used the screws didn’t even glue it down. My son had it in the tub for 5 freaking Minutes then I had too buy a new phone. I’ve called corporate twice. Cool people just don’t let them fix your phone.

I went to UBreakIfix to repair my phones broken screen. There were superficial damages on phones screen but everything else was working perfectly fine. The touchscreen was responsive and I could use the phone fine without any issues. When I went to pick my phone I was handed over a broken and unusable phone. They told me phones motherboard was broken which I dont think was the case.Their name should really be UBreak I BreakMore . Horrible service and customer experience. Do yourself favor and stay away from UBreakIfix. I wish I could give 0 star.They broke my phone completely and are liable for my phones damage. Below is technicians note after they did the diagnostic test on phone when I dropped it off for repair :-Initial Technician NotesThe device Screen cracked customer said that they are able to touch and use the device.1.38 units The device back and buttons are in good conditon the device just needs a screen repair.

My iPhone 11 Pro had froze up and I called Apple Support who attempted to help me for over an hour. After they were unable to resolve the problem I scheduled an appointment for the next day. In the meantime I decided to take the phone up to u-break it and let them take a look at it since they had assisted me before when I had a android. As soon as the gentleman looked at the phone he immediately resolved the issue, unfroze the phone and explained to me what the issue had been. There was no charge the service was excellent the response was extremely professional and they are now my go to place for IPhone repairs

I took in my xbox one this last week to see if it was serviceable and the team at the Southfield MI location said it was not. I spoke to an employee named Erik intially when I brought the console in and I left a copy of a game disc in the console and remembered after I handed it to them that it was still in there. I called up the next day to ask for an update and told them it there was a game in there please dont lose it. It took them a week to get back to me to see if the console was serviceable and it wasnt so I went to pick it up and made sure to ask if everything was in there. An African American gentleman with tattoos and gage earrings told me not to worry and everything was how it was before I gave them the console and the game was still in the console. I went home to try and eject the disc and nothing game out I also manually tried ejecting it thinking it was broken but nothing is in there. Im really disappointed they either lost or stolen my copy of my game considering I spent $40 on it when I bought it. I called back to make sure if it was misplaced but they told me it wasnt there. If this cannot be resolved I will file a complaint with the Better Beurau of Business. Very disappointed and will not use them again or reccomend.

I had a screen replacement for my IPhone 8+ at the Southfield UbreakIfix location, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. They were extremely professional, and went above and beyond to get me a working phone before I left. There were a few issues out of their control which almost meant I wouldn’t be able to get my phone fixed that day, however the manager and his team worked diligently to resolve the issue for me, and ended up staying nearly 30 minutes after hours to make sure I left with a working phone. Additionally, I had my two young children with me, and their team would come out to my car to provide updates and deliver my finished phone so I wouldn’t have to go in/out of the store with the kids. Overall I was very impressed with their level of service and commitment to their customers, and would highly recommend this location.

I paid out of pocket for a screen repair on my iPhone 11 Pro Max I was told I had a 90 day warranty if anything happens to the screen internally they would replace it. 30 days later, my screen began going green, I did not drop it and it was not exposed to water. I had a screen protector purchased from them 30 days prior.... when I brought it in they refused to fix it saying that it “had a minor scratch” on the screen. Mind you, there was a screen protector on it so the scratch was actually on the screen protector. Lastly, I asked to speak to a manager who refused to fix it and told me there is a manager above him who is not in house and would call me. I waited 4 days, with an inoperable phone, and no one called me. I filed a claim with asurion and was able to get it fixed. I plan on reporting them to the better business bureau and I wouldn’t repair my screen out of pocket with them again.

Poor communication and did not manage my expectations for repair. I dropped off my phone and they said 24 hours I called in to check progress the next day and they didnt have parts and said it would be another day or two. I need my phone for work. This is unprofessional they should have told me they didnt have the parts for the repair when I dropped the phone off, or they should have reached out and told me they didnt have parts when they realized. Workers are nice.

Broke my screen and needed to get it fixed before the holiday weekend. It was done in under 3 hours and they were super cool and helpful. Very polite.

I have an old Samsung Galaxy 8+. I dropped it so many times. My screen was cracked I can only talk through my headset or on speakerphone and sometimes my phone will just cut off for hours at a time and also my camera was horrible all foggy looking. I paid my $29.99 deductible and my phone is like new pictures better than ever and I can talk by putting the phone to my ear now. I havent been able to do that for over a year it took a little longer than the two hours that they said probably three it was real worth it.

The screen and display were damaged on my note10+ and Mo helped me fix it up within an hour and applied a screen protector for me. Definitely the best price around to get a screen fixed. Highly recommend checking them out. 👍👍

Called ahead to make sure the repair needed could be done and to check pricing and the staff on the phone was very helpful and explained things in detail. Once I arrived I was met with a second staff that was just as accommodating as the first. I was able to get something to eat in the area while I waited for the repair. Then to top it off, when I returned to pick up the phone a third staff person was pleasant as well!Only awesome staff in the building!

I will make this short and sweet.PS4 overheats, they agreed to clean it out and put fresh thermal paste on the cpu.PS4 still over heats months later, so I get the system reopened and the original thermal paste is still there.Mind you I just paid $100+ just to have my PS4 blown out.UPDATECorporate reached out to resolve the issue by offering to return my funds or taking a second look at the PS4.
