Found the shoe I was shopping for, bought it and was out of there. I will highly recommend this store

I found the cutest slides ever and only 30 bucks!!! They are so shiny and sparkly and the sole is so well made.

Clean store and everything was stocked correctly. I loved how pretty the girls sanders looked. Always, nice customer service, I received $2 off because I got to speed the wheel due to me purchasing 3 pair of shoes.

The store was neat and clean..... When I first went in I asked a girl where are the flip flops located.. She gave me an isle number but didnt go with me, they werent there. I walked out and saw the girl again I told her the flip flops did not seem to be there. She took me to a different isle pointed to them and left me. I stopped a boy and asked him could he help me he was helpful in finding me some shoes. So over all it was a good trip.

They have a good selection of shoes but their sizes are super limited.They tell you they only have what ever is on the shelves and dont bother to keep helping you with looking at other stores or even if they can order for you.

I havent been in a while and i forgot how great their selection is for the price! Staff was nice but I felt pretty unseen during my visit unless I went to them to ask a question. But otherwise I love this store.

Very wide selection of shoes to choose from, something for every member of your family. Lots of counter help so lines are short. There are covid precautions in place. Prices are within normal range. Lots of parking. Other nearby establishments makes this a one stop shop to get al of you attire needs.

I’ve found all of my winter boots here. They have a great selection of styles and prices and the associates are always friendly and helpful. I wish the men’s boot were on sale like the women’s and children’s though.

They had very few shoes that I buy and there werent any in my size mostly size 9 or bigger. very few dress shoes

Nice facility. There were shoes outside with $10 signs. We brought one inside and they rang up for $18. We mentioned the price discretion and the price went down to $16. We told her the sign said $10. Finally we got the shoes for $10. The sales associate was friendly through it all.

I live in the DFW now and oh how I miss having a local area Shoe Carnival. This is a good place to go to get shoes.

It had an okay selection. Prices are very affordable for last minutes shoe pickup. I have seen more organized shore retail stores than this certain location.

I do not like the fact when you are checking out., you can not see what the cashier is ringing up.

Very unorganized, stuff was strewn all through the store. Sizes were either for really small or really big feet. Nothing in between.

My wife might have found some shoes!!! Walked out with 2 pair to try on at home with the proper socks. It was buy one pair get one at 50% off. That will not benefit us as we will be taking one pair back. Check out staff was nice. This store had one of the biggest selections in the area of reasonably priced footwear. It was somewhat busy because of back to school but was still navigable. Id go back.

Really bad experience because they said the crocs were buy one get one half...but when I went home I realized that they payed me the full price. Plus the cashier got upset when I wanted to check my address because last time we had similar issues with the address. They are really rude and disrespectful and don’t know how to treat people with accents. Money don’t have accents and money don’t have color.😡😡😡🤬

I love Shoe Carnival. It brings back memories of me shopping there as a child with my parents and now I get to do the same with my own kid.

My family and I have been coming here for years.When they have a sale you can get amazing deals but kids inventory seems to lack in the larger sizes. So I usually have to order online. I love that because they always have a better deal online but I also hate it because I have to have it shipped to my home and pray that nobody steals my package.

I like my princess tennis shoes

One time, I bought these aandals at Old Navy… and within 6 months they broke. Shoe Carnival was having a sale and I was able to find shoes that were very similar to the Old Navy ones I used to have. This sole experience is why I chose to give Shoe Carnival 5 stars.

When I went in there the shop hardly anybody wanted to help you and when I asked if they had a public bathroom they said they do not and Im sure OSHA says they have to by law have one bathroom available for both male and female

This is my #1 shoe store. I always take advantage of the BOGO 50% off special. I always get 2 pair of tennis shoes so I can rotate them daily. If they dont have the second pair they will shop them to you at no extra charge. Always friendly and helpful. Great store!!

The service is great but the selection isnt. You would think with store this big, they would have what you are looking for. But they usually either dont have the size or the design you want. Had to at least give them 4 stars because the staff are always professional and helpful.
