Just left this store bought 2 hats and a wallet almost put all back because of one ladies bad attitude!!! Did not get her name but she has short brown hair an the worst attitude I’ve ever seen we asked about the price of one of the hats we purchased and let’s just say I had to pray an bite my tongue only reason I still purchased it is because my husband looked so good in it 😁 other wise I would have put it back for sure !

First time in store since the name change. Not impressed at all. Was in the store for about 10 minutes and not one person asked if i needed help. looked like they had one employee working in boot section and everyone else up front. but three employees walked by me and never acknowledged me. employee in boot section did the same. i didnt even get take a look around if you need something let us know. every boot i looked at and was interested in on the website was not displayed in the store. will not be going back which is sad because i have bought boots from previous owner for years.

I started my day searching for Ariat work boots. I thought could find them easily at Frontier Western in Olive Branch. I wondered around that store for a good ten minutes before I overheard someone behind me ask somebody else if they needed help. After the customer said that they didnt need any help, I held a finger up and said I do . The young man pointed towards the area I might be able to find the shoes. I walked to that area and decided I would not be spending my money with Frontier Western today or any other day. COWBOY CORNER crossed my mind and Im glad it did. I received excellent customer service from a very helpful and patient young lady. I dont recall her name. She help me find my work boots and I also purchased another pair to wear with my Levis just because she had been such a great salesperson. Im glad I didnt settle for less.

Took a friend to exchange a belt. He got the size he needed without issue. Also during their bbq promotion and free giveaway I got a free pair of jeans.I will be back again to shop.

I love the way the store is designed and the space to actually shop, but yes its a but, they dont have as good of boot selection as the boot store down the road!! Other than that I will definitely be back

This is now Cavenders and it is extremely pricey. The only thing Id consider getting are some of the mens Tshirts. Which is what gives a 3rd star. I most likely wont bother going back.

The staff were awesome. From the greeting coming in to the help to the car they were there to assist. They knew all about the merchandise in the store and were very helpful in picking out a quality pair of boots.

Great store and great employees. Excellent selection and I have never walked through the door without being greeted like a friend. Most employees have been here a long time and remember their customers. Always will go out of their way to make your visit a good one. Kenneth has always done everything he can to make sure everything is perfect before I walk out the door and that I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

I have bought my last 3 pairs of boots from here. Any time I have been here within the last 3 years I get the same great, friendly, super helpful service. Someone is always there to greet me when I come into the store and asks me what I need. They walk back with me to the boots and ask me questions about what exactly Im looking for and help me narrow down what boots I want to buy. I cant stress enough how friendly and helpful every employee is. Also the selection is really nice. I bought a duster from them, and some belts. They have jeans, shirts, hats, belt buckles, wallets, womens stuff kids stuff, kids toys. And really good customer service.

This is our third time here in a year and half this is our boot store. However it may not be now. Soon as we walked in a big man in cowboy hat didnt greet us I had to speak. Than we have a little service dog I asked nicely can she come in shes a device dog if not I can take her back out. He was disgusted and underneath hes breath said to me we dont let dogs in here but I guess. Thats fine I understand but be a little nice about it. Than the young man standing first didnt ask us for help just stood there. The two girls were very nice to us. I appreciate them. Thank you. The younger boy we asked about the clearance aisle. He just acted like he didnt wanna be there. The girls are the only workers who helped us and took our boots that we bought today and rung us up. We thank you two. A message to you men you never know what a person has just went through in there lives it pays for you to be nice to everyone. A smile and hello can really go a long way. Thank you.

Lousy customer service, if you go towards the nd of the day the staff all take part in counting down until closing time. They were so busy counting down until closing they lost out on my sales of 2 pairs of cowboy boots ! Quite disgusted with their service and when I posted on fb about their awful service several people said the same thing. I ended up going to Frontier and bought my boots there, great personal service and they actually wanted to help me.
