Open during off-season, thats great. Service was fast, ice cream was good. I thought $5.50 for a lg. cone was expensive for amount of ice cream.

Ordered 2 hot dogs from here and they werent even good I thought maybe they put em on the grill or something else but I watched the guy put them in the microwave something I couldve just done at my house and I payed almost 7 dollars for 2 microwaved hot dogsand the lady had me waiting like 10 minutes before anyone helped me

We bought acais and ice cream for family, acai was terrible they put more fruit and acai than topings, also acai was tasting like old expired and overpriced I dont recommend anybody to go its better GONE CHOCOLATE AT OSTERVILLE

Disappointed to see that it was just Hersheys ice cream. It wasnt too bad though. Variety was ok and prices were as expected. Im wondering if they specialize more in the acai stuff than the ice cream. Service was good and quick.

I have driven past here so many times and always meant to stop but didnt . Tonight we stopped and got 2 Açaí Bowls and they are absolutely amazing !!! Everything is fresh ! They give you a ticket to fill out exactly what you want .And they are open year round !!!! So happy to have finally found a place that makes Açaí bowls close and that are soooooo good !!!

Good.... I now business is slow due to Covid but its dissapointing when you find a layer of thick snow/ice in your sunday.Please scrape freezer burn off and discard.... doesnt taste great.Sunday had a great amount of sauce and whipped cream. :)

Disappointed that the young boy working the register was not wearing a face mask at a food establishment. My son is 4 and understands that when he is in public he needs to wear one to keep others safe. This is on the adults supervising him and the restaurant not the boy.

Ive been cap cod for many years and always stop by my family at ice cream by sprinkles. Most I was disappointed with them. When I stopped to make my order, they treated me very well, so I paid the girl at the checkout desk, she was very kind. But after I paid, everything changed. I ordered a banana split. And I didnt eat everything I asked my daughter to go I asked for a lid. For me to take home, they told her that there was no lid and gave me a lid that they make the banana split to cover. I went there and asked them for a tape or a durex or a staple to seal the lid because I was going to drive 20 minutes back to the hotel. the same cashier girl who gave me a smile when I paid. He pointed out to the girl that I asked for the Durex by making a no sign with my hand and told her to send me away. And she called and said something to her and left and didnt even look at mine and the other girl said she had nothing and didnt give me my importance. I felt a lot of lack of respect with the customer. I only say one thing I come to cap cod. Just the same way that I indicated many people for this ice cream. From now on, I dont end up with anyone else for ice cream there. I dont know who the owner is, but you should teach your employees to have more respect with their customers.
