I apologize for my not-so-appealing photo of a banana split but MAN was it good! 3 scoops, 3 toppings. It is the most expensive thing on the menu, but when on vacation, go for it. Strawberry cheesecake, turtle/caramel and banana were my flavors (their names for them are better lol). Its unfortunate they dont have decent tops or containers to take it to go, which led to a mess in the car, but it was worth it! The whole place smells like waffle cones. An authentic ice cream place!

The ice cream is fantastic. The menu is built around a cluster of always available flavors with a small selection of new flavors which change periodically. While the menu is more limited then other places, each of the flavors is very well done. Highly recommend.

The amount of ice cream you get is ridiculous! I got a waffle cone with 2 scoops & could barely finish it! Maybe because end of season or maybe the staff is just that AWESOME! Theyre also friendly & very patient with deciding- everything looks so tasty! I definitely recommend a visit... or 5 lol!

Like many of the negative reviews...this is about a homemade ice cream joint running out of flavors....It shouldnt happen.I drove here for one purpose...peach ice cream, which is difficult to find. Especially, apparently, at the Cape Cod Creamery on a Friday night. I specifically went to the Yarmouth location because its only open Friday and Saturday, and I figured they would be fully stocked for the first day of their two day weekend. But...no.I mean, come on...running out of product on night one? No excuse is good.A first impression will often be the only impression in food service. Penguins is a couple miles down the road, and is slow but delicious. They dont have peach either, but at least they dont advertise on a website that they do for you to arrive and be disappointed.Do better. For someone else though, cause you blew it with me.

Amazing!!! Absolutely loved the almond joy flavor and the creamy texture was top notch. Staff were very attentive and the outdoor seating was plentiful and cute.

Ice cream is good. I like the Sandbar Swirl. The staff is nice especially the young man was friendly.

With a line out the door, my wife and I both received our delicious treat within minutes. The team was well equipped with friendliness and speed. Thumps up girls!!

Super Great Ice Cream!We chose the 6-scoop option to share as a family. The staff inside was very friendly and explained the flavor options, and we enjoyed eating outside. Very good ice cream, and reasonable prices.

Ice cream was very good. My husband could not get any flavors to his liking. No butter pecan, maple walnut, he had to get vanilla. This was at the south yarmouth location. For being a place that makes there own ice cream its very sad to limit there chouces.😫

I found the ice cream here just OK, but we were disappointed with some flavors. I was served one supposedly of grapefruit, but did not find the grapefruit anywhere. I am convinced they gave me the wrong flavor. My pistachio was good, with big pistachios in it, but not exceptional. My daughter ordered a cherry and chocolate one, and she was very disappointed. I tasted it and it was OK, but the cherry flavor was really subtle.The service was very bad. There was a (not so long) queue of people waiting to order, and they were pressing my kids to decide on the flavor. Quite aggressive, I would say. They ended up taking a flavor they did not really want. If you want people to decide quickly on the flavor they want, dont give such stupid names to the flavors!

The raspberry sorbet was so good! It tastes real without any added preservatives or artificial flavors! Staff was very friendly and helpful. A member of our group has a nut allergy they were able to accommodate them. Which is rare usually when you have a nut allergy you can only get soft serve. They have separate icecream in the back which was used.

Good ice cream. However the service is pretty slow. Employees didnt seem like they could really keep up with the crowds due to often getting distracted when trying to take orders. Ice cream shouldnt take thirty minutes to get.

Great place for locally made gelato, shakes, and sundaes after a bike ride on the Cape Cod rail trail. This place is in Yarmouth, and they have a sand sculpture out front this summer. There are other locations on the Cape for this delicious treat.

The ice cream here is simply fantastic. The portions are great and some of the ice creams are absolutely loaded with their mix-ins. The theme of the store is nice, with the ice cream names adding every bit to the Cape Cod feel. The ice cream is creamy and quite reasonably priced when adjusted to tourist location prices, especially for what you get. The amount of flavors is average but they are extremely unique. All of that topped with friendly staff makes this one of my favorite ice cream places in Massachusetts.

The most delicious, creamy, textured and flavorful ice cream in the entire United States. I have been to thousands of Ice cream joints in the nation, and even make my own ice cream at home. Nowhere is as good as this place. I have even spoken with the manager, who says that all the milk and cream is sourced from excellent dairy farms. Overall, a top notch establishment.

(last visit 2016) Holy Cow (get it?), amazing ice cream, probably the best Ive had.Make sure you get some strawberry and chocolate, might be standard flavors but theyre crazy good. I really liked the peach and blueberry too, I think the fruit flavors are the real winners, wish I had tried em all.Get some pints/quarts for those late cravings, you will regret it if you dont.Staff was very nice and they all had strong biceps from all the scooping.Lines can be long but they move surprisingly fast, well worth any wait; just dont get too small a portion.A lot of local groceries stock their products too which is great, but best to get it from the source if you can.Only down side is once youve had their stuff, other places feel like a let-down by comparison.

Delicious and authentic ice cream! A perfect place to come and unwind after a day of exploration around the Cape, the line was almost out the door when we got there, but it moved quickly and was worth the 5 minutes of standing in line, as you get the chance to have your order ready anyway. The Vanilla has real Vanilla bean specks in it and is perfectly creamy, as well as the whipped cream which tastes homemade and is not nearly as sweet as the store bought stuff most places use. I would definitely recommend going here around dusk and sitting out on the patio or the tables around the store while enjoying ice cream and a sunset, what could be better then that?
