Came here to inflate a pack of 12 balloons that had character prints on them which I had purchased online for my daughters birthday party and some girl said they dont inflate outside balloons. As far as Im concerned, Im paying for the helium and it shouldnt matter if the balloons are bought outside of dollar tree. Total disappointment, never coming here again

Ive mostly always find everything I need and more, the only problem, it is the service the lines are always super long, only have 1 register opened and this has been the case even pre-pandemic. Hope they get more help!!

I was customer for that store, since one day ago store manager the name she gave me is MARCI, she was so rude with me, using words in high voice discriminating, i got bad experience in some occasions she didnt help me to find something i was looking for and yesterday she was on register, when she saw me it was my turn, she closed her register.She refused charges me and she told me move out next register and i was so proud with her attitude i was purchasing is nothing free. I moved next cashier only i told her she need to take some courses and learning how trate all customers because us employee like others work in she is not the owner, i still quite because i didnt want to compared my professionalism with somebody only has education but its so bad customer service.

Overall the store is generally stocked up but there is a bit of a clutter issue, things are generally where you would think you would find them, for example snacks, cleaning supplies, pet supplies, etc. They could improve on line coordinating a bit, but for the most part theyre doing a good job. You get your bang for your buck 😁

Its a nice dollar tree I like shopping here & people who work here are usually always pretty friendly I can usually find what Im looking for. Only downside is there like always either out of balloons or helium so that kinda sucks

Amazingly open after time posted. The. 99 cent stores nearby close by 9 p.m. Remaining opened after the surrounding competitors makes shopping for the forgotten items very convenient.This is one of the smallest stores Ive been to. Although they still have all the bare necessities, if you cant find what youre looking for theyll order it for you and have it delivered to the store for free... yet another convenience.

This Dollar tree is small and a bit messy in certain aisles (toy and school supplies). The cashier today was rude to a customer and she ruined my poster board while she reached over to scan it. I didnt complain about it only because I had to leave quickly.

It was okay but I still dont understand why they dont open all the lanes, theres only one employee working on one lane and the rest are closed. It gets annoying to wait in a long line and some of the staff are extremely rude. Once I went to checkout, I told the cashier hello and she ignored me and automatically gave me a bag. To me I found this a bit rude for her to do.

Horrible dollar tree, the cashier ran to the mic when she saw my kids and announced that if any kids break the parents will be responsible, and to keep the children next to you at all times. We had just walked in when she latterly ran to the mic, afterwards we were just there for a toothbrush we go to register and my son showed me a decoration they had on the registered, she then told my 2 year old not to touch when he was held by me and just pointed at the darn thing. I was so disgusted on how someone could act so unprofessional, but like I decided to keep hush and just remember that Im not the one who has to work there and pick up all the MESS this store had

I do not claim anything about the items they sell, what if I claim are the employees, they have a very bad attitude, today I went to do my shopping and the cashier with a very bad attitude told me that they had no bags, my things were many and my car It was parked at the back, how is it possible that such a large store has that kind of problem, and has that kind of uneducated people

Its alright, i mean it has a sufficient amount of items to choose from other than that they do have a B grade posted out front window.

Need to be more organized..needs more employees kind of messy owner or manager responsibilities ..but good stock store ..

In general, Dollar Trees alright and the prices of generic brands are affordable. However, this store is somewhat disorganized, especially on the childrens/toy, stationary needs, and on the household aisles. Overall, its a decent store and the only compliant that Ill address is the lack of organization.

😀 people complain so much about dollar tree but I shop there weekly and i think its a nice place. Yes there is a mess due to the lack of responsibility that people cant take to simply put things back where they belong but thats just like any other store. Stop complaining about the staff and the environment. Get in their shoes for once they have to deal with cleaning peoples mess daily and people think that its a part of their job, which really is but that doesnt evade the fact that it is entirely community-based. Therefore people need to just shut the hell up and get on with their lives because they probably havent even cleaned up there rooms and yet theyre bickering about the external world. Get on with it. The staff there does a great job at all levels of organization.

They need to hire more people, because this place is a mess. On the plus side, they have a great selection of greeting cards.
