My wife and I had been looking to upgrade our phones for a while now, but were dreading having to deal with whats typically an unpleasant all day experience inside the retail store. Luckily for us we were greeted and assisted through our whole experience by Adrian who was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this spot.
Horrible customer service. The company itself is also horrible so makes sense. I was told a phone would be ready for pick up same day come to find out that was a lie.

Lazy workers I went to get a mothers day gift at 735pm and no one was in the store no employees no customers. An agent came out from the back and asked if I had an appointment. I said no she said well its after 730pm we are only taking appointments. No one walked into the store. Very lazy horrible service !!! Hire people that want to make sales.
Walked in at 8:00pm (mind you this store closes at 9:00pm) and the gentleman working there said “do you have a question because I’m closing early today.” I told him that it says that this store closes at 9:00pm, he then stated “well today is different.” There were no signs or posts indicating that the store was closing early. He was being Lazy and it’s just pathetic. Fix it Verizon.

The worst experience on a Verizon store, Angel literally kicked me out out of the store 10 minutes before there close to be exact at 5:50pm in Dec 31st and told me that they need to close because they need to start doing the closing procedures I was shopping around for my business and that’s not the way you do customers I make a payment of $2,400 to my business account which the company need to provide security pens for bills over $20 because Ruben was visually checking The bills I n front of me and make me feel uncomfortableand, Therefore I have to place my order over the phone which was of 4new lines and 2 upgrades due to angel and Ruben didn’t want to help me, this talk about how much they care for the business so can’t image how this company hired this kind of people as I business owner that’s not how we Treat your customers

I went in to buy screen protecter as i buying with one associate she told the male associate to put it on my phone. Being occupied with purchasing it i didnt actually watch him put it on. When he handed it to me and i looked at it i couldnt see the edge but had no reason to the anything. I just thought he put it on really straight. So after a few days i asked my kids if theres a screen protecter on my phone they each said no. That employee took advantage of me and ive been going back looking for him. I want what i payed.
Just went in last night to get a new account and it was the most pleasant experience I have had. I was helped by 3 people Michelle, Crystal and Chris. The majority of the time it was just Michelle and she did a wonderful job. I was very happy with the way she helped me out. I felt like I was asking so much of her and she was very patient and very helpful. I am very glad I decided to go to that location.
Dont go here its a third party Verizon wireless. It took them 3 hours to complete the process. Said I qualified for credit but then said I needed to pay for down. Gave me 2 options pay the down or get 3 devices I dont even need which each cost $50. They slammed those devices on to me and obligated me to take them since they already transferred my number to the new phone. Spoke to the assistant manager but their useless said they have no access to anything and doesnt care if your credit it damaged cause of them. But then on the day I finally returned everything he was able to do it. Spoke to manager and said that I never got credit when they told me I did and 2 of their associates said I qualified for credit. Manager lied and said the 3 devices were a bundle when their district manager said get the 3 devices or pay the down. Was in store and heard them tell every new customer well wave your bill so thats their catch. Theyll offer you discounts when in reality their taking more from you. Also my sister got the exact same phone, got a cover and a GLASS screen protector at a non-third party Verizon wireless and paid taxes only. Which is 4x less from what I paid. Guys I lost money and I didnt even pass the 14 day or money back and they still wanted to give it to me in credit. Jesus is their manager. Adrian Z. is the assistant manager. And their district manager is some tan skinny lady that didnt bother to check why I had to pay down when I was approved. Do I recommend you to come here. No. Not if it says 4G Premium Wireless Retailer under Verizon Wireless. They are the reason why the real Verizons Wireless looks bad. After 3 days I came back all of a sudden the assistant manager had access to the accounts to make returns. A bunch of fraud. Lies.

Not too long I had stopped by to get a little more information on the phone plans through Verizon. I had many questions given the fact that I’ve been customer in the past and had many issues with the services in the past. Fortunately, for myself I had come across Michelle who provided excellent service and was very patient with given all the questions I needed answered. She went in depth on what plans were best for me. I didn’t feel like I was being forced into anything like I’ve had previously. I appreciate her assistance so very much because she made it comfortable.
I dont know how this guys have the courage to lie about my coverage plan.They told me my bill will be $95.00 a month including taxes and ins. And my bill come at $108.95 a month. Its only a difference of $13.95 a month. But imagine they do same to 1 million consumers every month. Thats BS.😡😡😡😠😠😠👎👎👎👎the girls that puts 5 stars on the reviews, they work there or are related to the guys there.

They definitely need customer service training ASAP. This will be the 1st and the last time I will visit the store. Waited an hour and a half and was not acknowledged. Google how to activate my phone out of frustration and was very successful. I find it hard to believe that only was rep was available. Never returning!!

The best service experience
My sister brought a $50 glass screen replacement plan for her iPhone 7, and the retailer failed to inform her about their 30 day policy to register the device online (using a code from a product box she never recieved). Be weary of their conditions to their protection plans or be prepared to waste your money.She had a total of 3 replacements and she used the first one last summer in 2018.

The worst service by far and I’ve worked with other cellphone companies. This location in particular is awful service. Not enough staff to client ratio. On top of that, they give you false information. In this case, it was supposed to be the buy one get one free deal that ALL Verizon stores had. We had to trade in good working iPhones to qualify for this Port in promo. The person that “helped” us out stated that we would have to wait 3 months until the deal kicked in on the account. Come the 4 months bill, there was no promotion. Came into the store to settle the bill. The same guy that did the transaction said that there was nothing he could do. The store visit that should’ve taken 30 mins top, ended up taking more than 5 hours. For what? For nothing. He said that not all Verizon stores have the same promotions. Every damn company has the same promos in each of their stores. I can understand about the accessories. But the actual plans? Come on. DONT EVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE.

Please avoid this location at all cost or at least avoid associate Michelle. She falsified policies insisting that they were verizon policies. She said I couldnt buy a phone unless I bought some accessories. I told her to show me the policy where it states that and of course there wasnt. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and said she was the manager. Long story short she wasnt the manager. Do yourself a favor and ask for proof and dont just take there word. Go to an actual Verizon retailer not a Verizon Victra retailer. I hope this helps someone before they get deceived. Very unethical.

Worst customer service! They dont even deserve a 1 star! I purchased a product that was not worth the money I paid for. I returned the next day. I have came in the store 5 times since then I have still not received my reimbursement for my purchase and on top of that verizon send me a bill for a product that I dont have! Please Dont come into this store they make you wait for hours and the help there ...theres no help. This is a franchise store so when you call verizon they cant even help you because is a third party provider!

They are authorized retailer so not an official store. Need a SIM card, you need to pay versus an official store its free. Want to pay your bill, theres a fee, at Verizon free. Its not their fault, thats just the way it is.
