I had my iphone stolen, so I came to store since I had purchased the protection plan and they helped submit the claim at no extra cost whatsoever just a deductible. Long story short I had a new iphone shipped to me the following day
I had the worst experience in this place, this old lady had a bad attitude and i dont know if she was the owner or what, she doesnt now how to handle customer service....
