Don’t waste your time energy or hard earned money here it’s not worth it. 👎👎Clearly this is not an isolated problem or a one off as you can see, by readying many other negative reviews listed below. 110% waste of time and money. Do not go here. I made a horrible costly mistake coming to German Auto Center off Paramount Blvd in Downey borderline Paramount City.. Im a huge supporter of small business but wow what a complete lack of care for the customer here. The owner will rob you blind and expect you to pay hundreds of dollars for a job they could not complete. I even tried working a middle ground with him but if you dont pay him what he demands he will hold your car hostage In the middle of his shop. He will fight and insult you for a few bucks.Their is zero customer service here none at all. They will blame you why they cant get the job done. As professional advertising in European cars especially BMW (huge logo painted outside.) You would think they would know what they are doing, Sady not true. Even thought he could not get that problem fixed I would have gladly came back for other problems in the future but greed is more important than getting happy customer back. Im sure the only business here is getting what you can out of new customers because I cant see anyone being happy enough to return here. Its assam a businesses can treat someone so poorly. If you hate wasting good hard earned money on absolutely nothing than do not come here, simple continue your search elsewhere. I warn you stay away at all cost.

Worse place ever to do business they just rob you from your money and just say your car needs extra this and extra that when its not even true justg to waste your time and money!! Ive had my car at this shop for month and yesterday I was promised I would have a running vehicle which was a complete lie the mechanic just disappeared put of no where and the owner was making up excuses and changing his story three times they were holding my cat hostage till I payed them first but the car wasnt running at All!!! I get my car back and its not even assembled its completely apart and to top it off they left food inside the car this is a veryg unprofessional shop! The owner just makes up things to get money out of you for no reason and now my car has a check engine and abs light on which it never had before. To other people I highly recommend you to try other shops before even thinking of this place!!

The guys went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service, they communicated very well and did a great job.

My car overheated in 30mins so I took it here, my car needed a cooling fan and they told me they installed it. Once I received it took my car only 5 mins to heat up. AFTER THEY WORKED ON MY CAR MY BACKLIGHTS WERENT TURNING ON, I confronted the owner and he was trying to charge me for an issue they created. This place is not reliable what so ever, after the mechanic started to give me some bs about his mechanic isnt here because his mother died. LIKE WHAT??? SO WHO WORKED ON MY CAR??? If you have a car problem and want even more car problems take it here for sure. They are here to take your money, NOT TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM.

Waited 5 hrs for a battery, had a diagnostic test they said it was a battery problem charged $50.00 mechanic put it on in less than 2 min. And charged me $ 50.00 more . He said they charged $ 50 an hr 2 min was all it took and the darn battery didnt make a difference so, I asked for my money back $50 because it was only 2 min of labor. This place is a rip off unprofessional and owner wont respond . Definitely not recommended!!!!!The worst place ever!

I took my car to them and they messed my car up . every Warning light on the dash lit up! And they couldnt fix it and I had to take it to someone else and pay for it myself to get it done and they wouldnt give me money back and they are incompetent mechanics .. please guys dont chance taking your car there !!! theyre lousy mechanics and they dont know what theyre doing .. No stable mechanics

After a referral from a friend who has been coming here for years, I brought my Mercedes to them last week, showing the guy a video of what sound it was making. He figured out quickly exactly what the problem was and had it repaired in no time. They told me a price at first then it was another part then another then when I picked it up my car had all these lights turned on on the dash, took it back and he said that might have been there before . I left my car came back a few days for it again then my ac was not working . Then he told me to take my car and bring it back in a few days . Im left with a 1600 car bill and more light on my car turned on and ac not working . Please do not take you car there . They will rip you off and leave your car in worse conditions than what it was in . Save your money .

Worst place ever I had my Mini Cooper and there 4 months. And its still not fixed. He gave it to me with a tired lose. All the bolts are missing parts are missing. And my Jack is missing as well. Never go there very unprofessional

German auto center is the first lace to take your euro auto. Great service great prices. I’ve done all my oil changes here and I recently did a transmission oil change my Golf has been driving great. GAC has also done multiple mechanical problems and my car come out better than when it came in. I will be calling GAC for more services to my vehicle present and future.Give GAC a call.

I took my car to Germán auto Center and they Changed valve seal in my car 07 BMW 750 they chargedme $2600 and my car does not smoke any more dealer wanted $7000 job the same job they are very caring people god bless

The reason these losers had a bad experience is because they want a cheap fix to a problem and or also come late to get or or are late paying. The mechanics here know there stuff and will not cheat you. If you take shortcuts you get cut short

Man I came here to solve my problems and ended up more stressed out. Price He told me to my face and on the paperwork he gave me didn’t mention anywhere near the price he gave me afterwards. when the job was done I felt taken advantage of I wouldn’t suggest him to anyone.

I came to this place to fix a oil leak and general service. This guy called me with the price that I agreed with . Then he called again with a higher amount because I need other part in total I paid around $1700. Then to top it off his employees stole my sunglasses and damaged my car door . When I told the owner about it he said proof it. So watch out with this guy bad customer service once they have your money.

Very bad service they had use wait for two days foa a part we already paid for then had the nerve to try not to give use our money back dont go here its not a business.
