STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IS CROOK IT WENT TO ANOTHER PLACE WITH THE PAPERS FROM THIS PLACE .... THE OTHER PLACE I WENT TO TOLD ME THE PAPERS ARE WRONG

I have been waiting for my plates and registration for almost 4 months and she still hasent fixed anything just keeps giving me permits wich she charges me for. I payed almost 2000 dollars and for nothing I say stay away from this business dont waste your time or money!!!!

Over charge customers

I am from out of town and needed work on my car. Since it was a Saturday, I was unable to find any shops that were open. I called Convenient Auto Registration but they had just closed for the day. I explained that I was from out of town and Emerson was kind enough to refer me to another shop. I got top service from the other shop too! I will do business with both shops in the future.

I had my battery replaced here a few years ago. Phelips installed an Interstate brand battery with a 5 year warranty, and I paid a lot for it. It just died, and (after a bit of hesitation) Phelips replaced it with a new battery free of charge.

Very difficult to get a response to basic questions

The owner of this place is very unprofessional my husband and I paid for the registration of a car and they told us that the papers would coming by mail, They never arrived, when my husband called to ask or went to the office they told him that the lady was not there and that she would communicate with him, until one year later we went to the ladys office to ask about the registration of the car because the date of returning to pay the plates was approaching and it turns out that the lady still had the papers and that she never made the process and apart when we made the claim she asked us for more money
