First and foremost the guys there went above and beyond to make sure we left with our new Wave-runner yesterday 1/15/21!! All of the guys are awesome & very professional. The store itself is very clean & organized. They had everything in stock that we needed to purchase to go along with the wave runner. Bonus on the free T shirts they kindly gave us also. Would definitely recommend Daytona Powersports to anyone looking to add that little something fun in your life. We will be going back to purchase from them again. Wow the third Ski I have purchased and the absolute BEST experience. This place rocks SIMPLE! Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy! Sarah put us in the exact ski we wanted went out of her way to make sure the ski was coming in and with all this demand in the market never jacked the price up. Just purchased a 2021 can-am spyder. Friendly with excellent service. Andy thoroughly answered every question I had and explained the differences between the bikes I was looking at. He was suggestive but not pushy to just make a sale. Everyone stayed after hours to help accommodate my later schedule without knowing if I was even buying. Finance department was also fast and extended warranties were explained in detail. Smiles and friendly all the way.

OMG THE BEST PLACE EVER. My mom and I were about to take our jet skis out on the water when we checked the batteries and one was dead!! In a “panic” we called around and someone told us about this place. We pulled up and asked if they had the size battery we need and they had ONE MORE! Thank goodness! They were able to work some things around and get us going within minutes!! The manager and the crew were SO gratefully nice and understanding of our situation (LOL) cause we really wanted to go out on the water! We DEF will be returning there for any future servicing or more batteries hehe. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! You have no idea how you made our day.Also the prices are super reasonable there. I recently bought my first motorcycle - this beautiful Yamaha FZ6R! My salesman was Gerald who is a awesome guy. I saw this bike online and it instantly caught my eye. I came in a couple days later to look at it and fell in love. Jim Walkers Motorcycles has that small, home town feel to it and I didnt feel like they were in it just for the money - as some dealers are. They wanted to make sure you loved the motorcycle you were buying and were there to answer any questions. The sales process was short, sweet, and to the point. We came in looking for some parts to fix a buddy’s bike. It was stuck broken down at the hotel and the Parts Manager Taco was extremely knowledgeable and a great help. He got us most of what we needed, and was professional enough to locate the parts that were out of stock and refer us to another local dealership. My girlfriend and I bought two street bikes from then they are the best, if your interested in trading using a bike dirt bike jet ski go see them I’ve never had a better buying experience in my life. I bought mine first and then they were so good to me I brough my girl over and she bought one the same day. But like I said the whole staff is awesome and will meet your needs rather than try to sale you something you don’t need just because they may make more this place wants you safe and knows what’s best gonna fit you. BEST DEALERSHIP ON CENTRAL FL EAST COAST! I visited 4 different dealerships - RideNow Daytona and St Augustine, Spanos Cycles, and Daytona Powersports - and this was by far the best dealership (fees are HALF the competition)! I came in looking at a great bike that was already a good deal, but it was still slightly outside my budget. Scott and Taco helped me lower my out the door price and helped me find financing that worked for me. Even better, they had Mike expertly outfit me with almost $200 of gear for free! Best of all, after discussing prices and added gear, it was nearing closing time. Rather than pressure me to make a deal, Scott let me take ALL the relevant numbers home AND kept in the free gear so I could think about it overnight. Im now the proud owner of a Suzuki DRZ400 SM, and an extremely satisfied customer! If youre looking for a bike in Daytona, do yourself a favor and see these guys!!

Just purchased a 2016 Burgman 400. Everyone at Jim Walker were nice and professional. My salesman Brett (I hope I got ur name right) was understanding and fair. The ladies behind the parts department were friendly and helpful. Also talk to maintenance people who was also helpful.Update: I purchased this item 7-18-19 and as of this date 11-7-19 still have not gotten my title for it. I did contact them and was told since Jim Walker Motorcycle was sold now called Daytona Powersports that they sent paper work to another place to be process. I just dont understand how a business that sells you a motorcycle is not responsible for not processing the title paperwork even if the business is sold. Just disappointing with the way this has been handle.Update: After some four months I received title to my bike I purchased. Glad we could get this taken care of. Most likely will never purchase another bike from them because of this, but glad every was taken care of.

I love this place I get my bike service here and they are great super informative the customer service is great and there prices are very fair. I have an older model Kawasaki Vulcan 800 the parts department does their best to get me the highest quality parts with out breaking the bank.

Probably the most friendly parts department Ive ever been in, at any motorcycle dealership. The woman working the counter was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist me in finding the right handlebars, grips, and bar ends I needed which may not sound like a lot of work, but when you have a custom setup definitely takes more creativity than just pointing to a wall or opening a book. And she certainly did that and helped me out greatly! Highly recommended :-)

Shopped around for tires and came across this shop. After talking to Tony over the phone he invited me down to go over some options. He listened very well to my needs and helped me pick tires that fitted my budget. He was very knowledgable and kind. He also hooked me up with a good deal as a first time buyer. After ordering them I went back to parts and spoke with Steve about some questions I had about my DRZ he also was very kind and helpful he even fit me in their very busy schedule to have my tires put on in a prompt manner. Molly the tech that did the install, after finished came over to talk to me about the bike and gave me sincere advice to take it easy for the first 100 miles to break in the tires and went over a full inspection(which all checked out good) I am truly surprised and grateful these people made my experience with their business enjoyable. I will be coming back in the future and recommend my family/friends to Daytona Powersports.

Jim Walkers mechanics always do an excellent job on my cycle whether its a repair or preventive maintenance. No matter the costs, Ill always take my cycle to them because I trust them, and you cannot put a price on trust! Preventive maintenance on your motorcycle is key. You cannot run your bike into the ground and expect any mechanic to perform miracles at a discounted price. I trust Jim Walkers!

Great experience, fast and friendly

I have been shopping for a good deal on a low mileage Honda Gold Wing for a while and fount it at Jim Walkers. The sales staff gave me the price I wanted for my trade in and a great price on the Gold Wing. In addition they worked with me on new tires, and delivered it in the same afternoon. My buddy made a deal a week earlier and he was satisfied as well. I would recommend you check out their inventory and deals before anyone else if your serious about buying a new or used motorcycle.

I just wanted to update my review from the other day. Previously on Wednesday I noticed what I assumed to be two employees from Jim Walkers sitting on my motorcycle touching the controls/adjusting things on my bike. After talking with Suzuki of America and people from Jim Walkers, it was found out that the people who had been on my bike were not related to the dealership, but were other Suzuki representatives. I heavily appreciated the speed at which the situation was sorted out, and the lengths at which Jim Walkers went to make the situation right. They offered to fix what had been adjusted on my bike, but its something I had fixed when i got home that day.For clearing things up, fixing the situation, and even offering to help readjust my bike in such a speedy manner I have to change my review to 5 stars. Theyre honest guys and Ill continue to recommend them for suzuki parts/service.

Walked in ready to buy a 2015 Gsx-r600. Promptly greeted by staff available in the lobby and salesman Jake did an awesome job with helping me get the paperwork needed to ride out of the showroom. Not an honest dealership. We took our bike in on consignment before we moved out of state. Billy promised us what we asked for and said all would be handled fairly. We received less. Tony Walker did not want to talk to us about it. The bike was sold for much more than book value so there was no reason for them to cheat us. We are seniors and feel that is why they took advantage. Sorry I cant give it less than one star.

Jeff was prompt with updates, accurate with estimates, flexible with accommodating a traveler, thorough with details, very honest, respectful, clear, and dependable. I couldnt be happier with Jeff Reed or Jim Walkers Service. He even threw in a little humor. Good news/bad news, the bad news was the rain for riding. That was a relief. I was even able to get a full refund on the defective and replaced part back home. Thank you Jeff for being straight.

I understand a vehicle place is suppose to fib and sort of stretch the truth a little to sell, but this place just lied! Does it have aftermarket fuel management? Oh yeah, your good. NOPE. And now we get a letter form the finance company saying We havent received the title ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS! I call them and she just conveniently got it all straightened out right before I called . Really? Really?! Go somewhere else.

I needed a tire for my Harley Davidson I was visiting Daytona Beach from North Carolina Jim Walkers was the only place who had the tire I needed Jim Walkers specialises in. Metric bikes but still knew my Harley and also spotted I needed rear bearings and was able to get them in next day and my bike back on the road they were a blessing Im glad they had my back and made sure my bike was on good shape I or the ride back

Friendly and helpfull however they returned my motorcycle after serving it in non running condition. I had to push it back into the service bay to discover they left the choke pulled out.

Jim Walker has been servicing my Honda and Yamaha since I bought them. Their service department is efficient and courteous. I would not recommend buying the extended warranty from Zurich, as they did not honor my claim.

I brought my husbands bike down there on consignment to get sold. My overall experience with them was not good. I called down there several times to check on the bike and see if anyone has been looking at it. They had a dew people but no one that made an offer. Anyways the 60 days of consignment was up with them and the bike had not gotten sold. Take in mind that we had biketoberfest for a few days so I was hoping it would of sold by then. When I did call down there to get firm with them and see why it was not selling I just kept hearing excesses, I spoke to Mark Sheldon and didnt seem like they were eager to sell it. My husband ended up writing them an email and Mark wrote back and said that he didnt appreciate me being firm with him on the phone. Oh well that is my bike i wanted to sell it I needed the money and and didnt seem like they were doing as much as I hoped to sell it. They said it was on eBay and craigslist which I did not see it there. The only place they had it on was on there website. Mark was very unprofessional on the phone as well in the email. My husband ended up calling down there and speaking to Tony one of the owners and explained what all had happened and our experience with him was so much better. Overall we ended up picking up our bike and now we will try to sell it on our own. I will definitely not do business with this place again.

Needed rear brakes asap, started calling around to see who could get me in and cost, one local dealership said a week from Thursday ? Jim Walker Motorcycles asked, when could I bring it in,brought it in at 9am, done at 11:30am, with an oil change as well, sweet, price was very reasonable, so glad I brought it in, bike runs great !!!

I walked in looking to upgrade from my first bike and talked with Gerald.. as I spoke to him he just rolled his eyes and continued toying around on his computer while I was talking as if I was a ghost.. then when he finally realized I was serious about buying a bike he tried milking me for every penny I have... this guy is the salesman you hope you dont come across when walking in a place like this.. would stay away from Jim Walkers.. Daytona Fun Machines was a much better experience for me and my family. Hope in the future Jim Walkers realizes the customers needs come first!

WORST EXPERENCE EVER !!! Took bike in for basic service and work. told them my budget. Told the problem was something i never had a problem with, even though probably was bad. Took 5-WEEKS, WEEKS, WEEKS, WEEKS, WEEKS ! ( thats how many weeks )to get basic work done. $100 over budget i expected that however. Picked up bike it RAN WORSE THAN WHEN I TOOK IT IN, ORIGINAL PROBLEM NEVER FIXED. WANTED BASIC THINGS LIKE SCREWS RELACED NEVER DONE. took bike back. to get work done again 2nd time i went to get bike same problem not fixed bike ran so bad COULDNT GET IT BARLEY RUNNING. 3rd time went to get bike still didnt get problem fixed and bike was idling High...called to complain again after 5 weeks trying to get it fixed $800 dollars later was told they werent going to work on it anymore, then was told i quote were a dealership not a full service. then told them after a tune up that my idle was running High and was told since ive been riding awhile that i know how to turn it down...Now bike has a major oil leak it never had before. they just make excuses and said i didnt know my bike ive been riding for last 5 years...NEVER GO THERE, THE WORST !!!

I just purchased a pre-owned Suzuki Burgman and must say that after some 45 years of motorcycle trading/buying - this was the best experience by far. I worked with Gerald at least two weeks via the internet only. He answered all my questions, pointed me in the direction of a couple of bikes in my price range and even shared some out the door numbers (subject to evaluating my trade of course.)When I got there, Paul Palmer (sales) was equally as professional and helpful in showing me every feature on the Burgie - which was exactly as Gerald had described. We did the deal and then I got to meet Tony Walker and Clayton in the parts department. What can I say? Everyone was courteous, helpful and professional. I only wish they were in my neighborhood.You see, I live some 100+ miles away! Yep - based on Geralds helpfulness and pricing, I took the chance to ride that far. I suggest that if you see a bike advertised youre interested in - work with them and make the ride yourself. Thanks to everyone!

Did not have a good experience, but i believe its because the salesmen said he was new. I dont think he knew what he was doing. I was wanting to ride off on the bike of my choice that day. My credit is good and i make well over enough money to pay for it. He came back and said i couldnt get that one but i could get a different one just like it. Anything he said did not make sense. The reasoning on why the bike i chose i couldnt get absolutely didnt make sense. He did not try to sell the bike at all. I will be coming back to talk to a more experienced salesmen because i ran the numbers myself and nothing he said made sense. I left out of pure anger. So im hoping for better results my next visit. I still want that bike. I can not remeber the mans name, but beware he is new and his desk was the first desk on the left when you walk in. Avoid him at all costs. He does not know what he is doing, ive never had a problem with buying anything from dealerships before.
