New rider here! From the moment walking thru the door, owner Carol snatched me up, measured me, threw me in the dressing room with some clothes I never heard of, and BAM! Out I came ready for my 1st show! From my new hat to my new shoes and even hair style instructions from her daughter, Lexie, You ladies have one highly satisfied client! Carol is fantastic! We drove 3+ hours from Roanoke and were concerned about getting back due to weather. She was very accommodating in changing our appointment time and then treated my daughter like royalty. She spent over 2.5 hours with us and we purchased a beautiful outfit. We will continue to visit The Patchwork Pony for all our show needs!

Great local secret for riding apparel deals. I’ve bought my daughter’s boots and pants here and saved a ton! The customer service was excellent. The woman helping us brought out several options in my daughter’s size and within our requested price range. We’ll definitely be returning as she’s growing so fast.

The owner was terrible to both myself and my five year old daughter whom she made cry. We will drive to Lexington if when we need more riding apparel then come back to this place. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.
