I purchased a car in June that had stains on seat and breaks squeaking I have brought the car back 3xs and still squeaking breaks still stains all on seats and was told the first time it was back breaks and had to much lube the second time misdiagnosed and it was front breaks did cleaning and lube. Next day squeaking again so I call back to be told to bring my car back leave for a day or so and would get a rental. Then was told that I would have to pay 100$ hold to use the car. I refused I have wasted many hours and money having to spend hours there for them to fix the issue that never was fixed to begin with. I got a msg from Toyota to confirm rental by 3pm I called and confirmed instead and they never relayed the msg to the guy to clean the Rental Car so when I showed up to get it I was given a car in covid times that was filthy never cleaned wiped sanitized nothing and was told that it was my fault for not confirming when I definitely did. The whole point of getting a new car thru dealership is to not have to deal with issues but here I am. I am really disappointed in this dealership and feel that I have gotten nothing but treated unfairly and given a nasty car to use while they supposedly are fixing the issue with my car. I was also told it was the only car they had available when they’re a dealership come on really. I don’t even wanna give a star but have to in order to leave a review.

The car was brought into this dealership for the first time. It needed the 50,000 mile check and new snow tires. I was very pleased with the service and they were very efficient. My only comment was the waiting area which was cold and drafty. I would certainly use this service again.

I have gone to Heritage Toyota for years and have never had a complaint. The last few times I have been there, I have unfortunately been inconvenienced, mostly with my time.I went to have my winter tires put on yesterday and was told I might have to wait up to two hours. So I planned accordingly. It was three hours later when I noticed my car was outside and seeming to be done. When I asked I was checked out right away and received an apology for having it take so long. I totally understand with Covid and perhaps a labor shortage, that things are not totally back to normal. But either tell me it could take three hours or better yet, dont book so many appts (I know there 105 appts for either the morning or the day!) so appts can get done in a more timely fashion. I will still go back to Heritage but I have to say, I am getting a bit more frustrated with various issues.

The Team at Heritage Toyota was terrific! The Service department operates like a well oil machine. Upon my arrival I was very impressed with the facility and staff as the staff was outstanding! I have visited many Service departments over the years and this was absolutely my best experience. Nobody wants to bring their car in for service but the Heritage Team makes the experience very pleasant.

This was my first time working with Toyota! I had such a great experience. Billy Burke helped me find the perfect vehicle for my family! We were super undecided and he kept me up to date on new vehicles coming in. We finally found one and the process was so simple and painless. The day I wanted to come in was his day off! I spoke with Tom Payne who was super helpful and friendly and actually called Billy for me and he came right in to help me! I brought in a flat tire on a brand new car with less than 1000 miles on it. I asked him to save the tire that they took off. When I pick the car up on Monday morning they installed it. I asked where the tire was that they were supposed to but it had been thrown out. It is my belief that the tire went flat because it was a faulty tire. Had a 3 inch jagged crack in it that was not created by a road hazard. I asked to speak to the service managerAnd everything was taken care of at that time. And I received the tire and the service at no charge. Absolutely love this dealership. Thank you

WowedI purchased a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from Heritage Toyota two weeks ago. After having the vehicle for two days it had been having some starting issues. Derek Blood, who sold the vehicle to me was very quick and responsive to my concern. My car was scheduled for diagnostics at the Toyota service department within hours of me contacting Derek. After going through diagnostics, it was determined that my car would need a program upgrade, which only a Subaru dealership could perform. So, Ray from the Toyota service department was quick in scheduling me a date to get my car into Burlington Subaru. Ray said that Toyota will pay for the upgrade. While I was waiting to take my car to Burlington Subaru, my windshield cracked all along the bottom from a chip that was filled when the car was traded in. I contacted Derek about this concern and after talking with management, they agreed to install a new windshield for me at no cost. I was VERY impressed with every staff member at Heritage Toyota with their quick responses, professionalism, and stress free service during my car buying process.

I forgot about the wheel lock and instead of waiting for me to call them back, they rummaged through my vehicle. Otherwise, I believe they did a great job and I LOVED the brand new rental, such an unexpected treat!!! I love my ‘13 Tacoma, but it’s not as snazzy as the ‘21!! Thanks again!! I understand that it was frustrating to not know where the wheel lock was located and that was not my intention (I just had them installed about 3 weeks ago), but respecting the customers contents in their vehicle is important too!

Got a text when it was done and I paid them a very large sum of money for services rendered. :)I personally would rather work on my own cars, but didnt want to tackle this job myself.Service manager was nice and kept me updated.

I am always treated wonderfully at this location. My Prius is 8 years old and no longer in warrantee. But I’m treated like I just bought my vehicle. They get me right in for service when I call with an issue. I love this service team. They are respectful and very caring. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. They are the very best. AAAAA++++. I told them I had a broken part (usb port) and asked that they have its replacement on hand for my visit. It was a tiny, inexpensive part. When I arrived, I was told “We will have to order it and you will need to reschedule.” We will call you when the part is in. They didn’t call—so I did. This was about 2 weeks ago. I have an appointment in about 10 days. A month for one tiny part…

I have always had great service when I bring my car in. This last time was horrible. I made an appointment and after having my car for 50 minutes they call me and inform me that my car has not yet been serviced (when I was quoted an hour for the visit). I asked how much longer and couldnt be given a straight answer. When my car finally finished I wasnt informed about anything that had to do with my car like they always do on every visit. I was extremely disappointed in the service that I received.

Toyota Heritage called me to let me know there was a recall type notice on the frame of my particular year. They had me scheduled for the following week, had a rental (covered by TH) ready for me upon arrival, and took care of my brakes nearly matching the cost of the garage I was going to bring my truck to the following day. One stop shop, super clean and professional. Doug double checked to see if the brake pads used in my replacement had a mail in rebate - sure enough they did! He have me the paperwork and I was good to go!

Heritage spent a lot of man-hours diagnosing an electrical problem when nearly all the lights came on on the monitor signifying multiple problems. They thought at first that mice may have eaten some wiring and then found a bad switch. Still showed major problems. It ended up being a bad ABS actuator, a very expensive part. They were always available to keep me updated as to the progress of the repair and very courteous. It took two weeks of running diagnostics, chasing wiring, and waiting for parts, but they gave me a free rental to drive while waiting for parts. Thankfully it was all covered under warrantee. Mice had gotten into the cabin filter which had lend them to believe they might have eaten other wiring also and they were meticulous to check all the wiring. To compensate me for the long time involved, they even replaced the cabin filter at no charge. They certainly didnt have to do that, but it was a nice touch which I appreciate. I have bought many vehicles from them in the past, and with the service they provided me I will certainly keep my business there. Couldnt ask for better service.

I brought my Lexus vehicle in to this Toyota dealership for its first Certified Pre-Owned maintenance appt since there are no Lexus dealerships in Vermont. I mentioned that the driver side mirror sometimes folds in when there are strong winds on the highway. The service representative said theyd look into it. They were not able to reproduce the issue, but charged me one hour of diagnostic time. This was a surprise to me that there would be a charge for diagnostic time for a CPO vehicle and that they failed to mention it when I arrived to check-in. They agreed to split the cost with me, which was better than nothing, but honestly felt like they should have compd the charge completely. I wasnt about to waste more time arguing about $32 though, so I decided to not fight them.

We have been Heritage customers since 2004, and have always been more than happy with the service.This time was no exception. I brought my 2019 Rav in for an oil change. As always, they did a multi point inspection. The inspection revealed my brakes were dangerously worn, especially front. I was relieved that they discovered this problem before I experienced brake failure--it was that close!Kyle was very professional, yet friendly. He did an outstanding job keeping us apprised of the situation.They even washed my car for me before I left!

Fixed breaks to pass Vermont More Strict much more strict guidelines for inspections, they did a great job fixing my brakes. It’ll be interesting in the next few years how few older cars are on the road as they will not be able to pass this stringent inspection process.

Breaks were replaced w/out issue- service department was asked to rotate tires, this was not done.- deferential lift was recommended however this had already been done.- control arm replacement was recommended, turned out it was worn out ball joints, local shop stated that control arms had not been lubricated when serviced by Heritage causing premature wear. Also the Heritage tech who did the last oil change had not replaced the spacers on the skid plate.- $125/ hr labour fee is outrageous !

The service itself was fine. I made an appointment for a quick oil change and tire rotation, but was told by the service tech I had to get a full factory service which included a multi point check. I didn’t need the check as I had that done in the fall while undercoating was done. Instead of taking the 45min I was told for the service, I waited 1-1/2hrs and had to do 2 meetings outside. The multi point check was free, but my time wasn’t worth it. Nothing was found in the checks.

Rapid check-in with option to do so remotely and just drop off your car. Well spaced seating areas if you choose to wait for your car. Their estimates of cost and time needed to perform the service are pretty on target. Excellent service whatever they do. In this case, bagged the summer tires and put them in the car. They leave the car as clean or cleaner than when you brought it in

My cars battery was drained and wouldnt take a jump. Had to have my car towed from Cambridge to Heritage. Toyota Roadside Service and the tow company used were awesome! Very friendly, knowledge, and easy to work with. After a few hours, I call to get an update on my car. I called at 12:30 p.m. and they said the car was being looked at then. Over 2 hours later, service called back saying my battery was dead, they had charged it, but couldnt tell me why it was drained. In the meantime I had learned from a couple of friends and some comments online that my car my need an update. When I got to the service department, I asked what is going to keep my battery from draining again. They couldnt tell me, so I asked if an update had been done. They couldnt tell me that either and had to track down a technician to find out. They ended up taking my car back into service and hooked it up to a computer. Sure enough, it needed an update. The service department had told me that this had happened before, so I couldnt understand WHY it wasnt looked at to begin with. I ended up being at Heritage another 45 minutes.

I was happy with the work performed, but was disappointed that they did not telephone me when they completed the work on my vehicle. I was told that they would call when finished, but they did not. I waited around almost all day, and finally called them one hour before they closed. I was told that my vehicle was ready. When I picked up my vehicle, the repair order indicated the work was done by 8:00AM. I sat around all day for nothing.

Satisfied with the nice TRD performance exhaust I bought from parts and service installed for me👍 I did however buy a aftermarket receiver hitch from a truck parts dealer out in California that the service tech attempted but was not able to install because it was not compatible with TRD Tacoma models. Definitely disappointed with the $230 labor charge for that when it didnt even work out but at least I got a free rental for the weekend my truck was in the shop. All in all heritage treats customers pretty good and I learned my lesson not to order aftermarket parts for my TRD Sport Tacoma.

I had the check-engine light come on when I started my vehicle and then the engine started shuddering so I shut it off. I had it towed to the dealership where they accepted it and took it in right away to diagnose it. When they ran the diagnostic, they showed a random misfire code and no other codes. They explained that since my vehicle was in the middle of the 60,000-80,000 mile range, that the spark plugs might have needed changing. I asked some detailed questions about coils and cylinders, which they answered to my satisfaction, and I agreed it was safest to replace the spark plugs, that way if the misfire happened again, we would know it wasn’t because of those. In less than 24 hours my vehicle was repaired and returned to me all with care taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Recently purchased a new to me, but used Sienna XLE van. Traded in my Rav4 which I absolutely loved. Needed more room for all the grandchildren. They performed a number of checks and necessary repairs to make this vehicle run and look as if it were brand new off the lot. Ive been a customer with Heritage Toyota for almost 30 years. The job was to program a duplicate key. I was told it would take about an hour but it was over 90 minutes and even after the 90 minutes And my car was waiting, it was another 10 before I was told that I was all set to go but there was another car in front of me that they said they would move and that took another five or 10 minutes.
