Nice walking distance to the Sonoma Plaza, and with lots of unique choices. 4 stars for the desserts, adding one more star for showcasing very nice and interesting artwork from local artists.

They have great options and I enjoyed the coffee jelly with Thai tea. The staff here are very patient and helpful and will guide you through your options while making great suggestions! It was delicious! Also tried the honey lavender and it was heaven in a cup!

Terrible service. The person was very rude. The only good thing was the portion of frozen yogurt they give you. Never coming back.

Its a great place for a quick treat, COVID precautions are taken seriously and they are doing order forms for a flat price based on size. They also have Dole Whip, like real Disney Dole Whip!!!!

I had a terrible time at this icecream place. My boba came out wrong, and when I asked them to make me another they denied the request! So now I had the wrong flavor AND size, even though I paid for a larger one. Terrible service

Its so rare to find a place in California that sells scooped Italian ice! Also a nice clean setting with lots of seating and a huge amount of toppings to put on your ice cream. A great quick snack shop while staying at the near by hotel.

Owner was very rude. Over priced mediocre yogurt as well. Asked for a refund because there was a hair and the owner told me I was overreacting.

My kids favorite place in Sonoma. Typical soft-serve frozen yogurt shop with many great toppings to choose from. They have recently undergone a renovation which give a little more seating inside but most take it to go. Other frozen treat options: ice cream sandwiches, frozen dipped bananas, etc.

3 star for us but we ARE repeat customers for the Boba Tea primarily. :) The Boba isnt even close to the best we have had but not many choices in Sonoma. Nice spot right next to the Sonoma Plaza. Someone said great value??? People have grown so accustomed to high prices they dont know what a great value is. Depending on size and what you put in your yogurt you can spend close to 10 bucks for an individual dessert. I can buy a half gallon of Organic Ice Cream for 6-7 bucks. Bay Area is pricey so I am sure they need to charge these prices to stay in business but that doesnt mean it is a great value or even a good value in my opinion. Still worth a visit and I have had no complaints with the service we receive.

Not many non-dairy options and the owner/manager is not genuinely friendly. She puts on a customer service smile. However her employee (male) was a nice young guy. I am visiting Sonoma for work and have been a customer for the past 2 days however the 3rd day, I stoped by to asked for a spoon and the owner said that it was for customers only. What kind of customer service is that?! Now I’m definitely not going back. Can you not afford to offer 1 spoon to a returning customer or are you prejudice? At least try to sell me the spoon for the 5 cents you bought it for. These are the kind of people who don’t let someone sit in a cafe and read a book because they didn’t buy a coffee.
