I called and spoke with Tim, store manager, and from the beginning of our conversation through completion of my Ford Flex work was absolutely taken care of start to finish. Tim ordered the tires I wanted and they arrived in record time; and I came in and was ushered in with aplomb! Although the telephone lines were busy, Tim took time to answer all my questions. And I have booked another appointment to do some additional work on my Flex. The waiting room is amazing with very comfortable counter height chairs and work surface area with chargers for ones mobile and many other wonderful amenities. I thought the inclusion of a window looking into the shop to watch the work was very thoughtful and lots of fun. The time passed very quickly and I accomplished a lot in this wonderful customer area. In addition, I learned so much from Tim, who was generous with his time and so professional and pleasant. I am thrilled to find a tires and service location (that I selected because of an on-line review I read) which is now my go-to place for my Ford Flex! Thank you VIP Tires & Service and Tim!!

I go to VIP for most of my repairs, always for my inspections and my oil changes. They have never tried to lie to me or try and get a sale. They’ve told me my issues, and tell me how important they are, or if they’d even recommend them. The oil changes are always quick, the prices are very fair, and they have never been late with any services.

I was in a real bind with a troublesome battery. I called first thing in a.m., talked with Tim who was beyond friendly and helpful, set me up for an appointment same a.m., and quickly IDd the battery fault. VIP Somersworth crew are always pleasant and helpful. Though many other reviews have this same message, its worth repeating. Having good customer service at an auto repair facility is #1 right next to honesty, and they have both. Went in for inspection, oil and tire rotation, all done, on-time and even with a couple things I added a very good price. AAA discount is a bonus here, and Tim and his crew are always willing to explain anything and are great to talk to. Bringing my family of Toyotas here for all maintenance now.

It’s hard to find good service with vehicles, especially when you know little. These guys are great and give great advice without charge. They don’t see you as a person who they can take advantage of and overcharge. They care about their customers and value us. It’s refreshing to schedule an appointment that can happen the same day. Ive been having my inspections done there for years, but this is the first time I have bought tires there. A gentleman by the name of Chris helped me. He was extremely helpful with what I needed. Was very happy with how smoothly and quick it was for the inspection and new tires. Was treated with great customer service and also they kept me updated on the progress of everything. Went next door to grab a part and stopped in to make an appointment for an Inspection the next day. I was there about ten minutes early and they got my car in, right on time. The Inspection was quick and I was out of there within an hour. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Will absolutely be back.

This place does great work, and has good customer service. Decent prices. The bathroom is always filthy. The sink is grimy and there a big brown stain on the wall.

Went in last minute for a New Hampshire state inspection. They were able to get me in quickly and the inspection was quick. They recommended some additional work but did not push when I said I wasnt able to today. Staff is friendly and knowledgable and prices fair as far as Ive seen. I would go back in the future.

Went in to get my car inspected - Took 10 minutes to be checked in, which is fine, though they did not seem busy. The two men working at the front were not very friendly or personable. None of the employees were wearing masks which is completely irresponsible. Only positive is that their prices are reasonable. Really disappointed with my experience, especially since this place gets such good reviews.

This store was amazing! I showed up at 7:30 right when they opened with a flat tire. The staff were extremely helpful and guided me through the process. they gave me the options because I needed a new tire and they were not pushy about what type to buy. They cleaned and sanitized my car when they were finished and it was all done in a timely manner. When they were finished I was back on the road and headed to the grocery store!

Tim and team have always been fair and honest/up front. Theyre able to schedule me quickly every time I call. They communicate well when theres an issue with my car. And theyre usually able to fix it on the spot without having to come back. Never had a problem.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. VIP isn’t bad but THIS particular location is. VIP in Rochester is the best. These people at Somersworth location have no idea what they are doing. Went there for state inspection and found out about broken fog light and they told me just the part would be around $271 (I bought certified part myself from Amazon for $42) and told me they will have to charge me $116 labor to fix that light. Rochester location hooked me up with everything and a free re-inspection for just $50 and I am good to go.

I had a great experience with Rich and the folks from VIP auto. I took my Chevy there for a state inspection. Knowing that I was staying while they worked, the guys were quick and efficient. It did need a few things and Rich worked with me on pricing, talked me through options, and had me ready to go in not time.I would highly recommend VIP of Somersworth.

I was concerned that both front tires of my vehicle kept losing pressure.I made an appt Wed for Sat at 8am. I was met at exactly 8am today by the service writer, Rich, who I had previously spoke with Wed for the appt.He was professional, knowledgeable and well spoken as he explained the possibilities of what might be causing my issues with the front tires. He took my key and gave me a time to return.I returned close to the return time and was not only pleased that my vehicle had been checked, but I was also met by the tire tech, Chris T, who graciously explained the issues and provided some extra maintenance of the tires that was above and beyond what was expected...So thankful to again have safe tires on my vehicle after the repairs and maintenance was complete!!!Extremely grateful and pleased to have been provided this exceptional customer service..

The staff were very friendly and in this social distancing time I felt very safe and space was set up for that. I will say that I went in for a 4-tire change and an alignment and the staff came to me with problem after problem trying to get me to agree to spending more money - saying how needed these corrections were. Two of the suggested corrections were already recently fixed by my personal mechanic (whom I trust implicitly) -- it seemed that although very polite and friendly - they were working on commission or something because just paying for my 4-tire change and my alignment seemed to be disappointing to them.

Went in for a tire rotation fast and honest customer service they kept me informed during my visit if there were any concerns with my car. My family and I are repeated customers.

On 3/22/2020 I went in to purchase two new tires and have them installed. The customer service was great! I’m the past I have chosen to go here as a last resort after not getting great service, however this trip was excellent. The gentleman who helped me really took care to explain things to me and didn’t make me feel as though I were inconveniencing his day. I look forward to coming here again!

This was our first visit, went for an oil change. We had a very good experience and were treated very well. Doors were held for me and my children, and there were no surprise charges or uncomfortable pressure to do anything besides an oil change. They did offer some helpful information about some things that my car will need in the near future but that’s it!Will return for sure!
