Made an appointment on Monday October 4th to have my car battery looked at on Thursday Oct 7. Called on Thursday to inquire as to how long the wait would be (if my wife could wait with me or we should just drop off the car) and they said they couldn’t find my appointment anywhere. Not that day or any day. He asked again if it was Somersworth that I called, and I said yes (I’ll post my call log from Monday in the review). Took no responsibility for having an employee mess up the appointment, something my wife and I had to plan around. And, had no explanation for how they completely dropped the appointment. If you need your car repaired and it’s important, find a place that can at least keep track of their appointments.

Worst dealership ever dealt with in my life. Bought a 36K vehicle 2 yrs ago fast forward lift gate wont work call them and asked if its under warranty they wont commit. Call the manufacturer and they tell me there is an open campaign for defective wiring. The manufacturer tell me to go to the dealer for a free fix on the TX4 campaign. Call the dealership and asked Kevin the service writer about it and he wont commit even hangs up the phone on me. Call Chris the service Manager and he accuses me of swearing on Kevin which is far from true. Chris then tells me that I have to pay upfront for diagnosis of campaign TX4 because he believes a mouse chewed my wires not the campaign. Scam 101. Just lost my business. Guys !!!!!

Went here because I was interested in buying a new SUV. Walked all over the lot as well as the showroom and not one single person spoke to me. Not even a hello or were busy at the moment, be with you soon. I know there was a sale going on today, but there were plenty of people standing around and I still feel there is NO excuse for me being completely ignored for over an hour. It took me so long to drive there and it was a complete waste of time as I couldnt even do a test drive. Despite their amazing prices online, I will not be coming back as they clearly dont want my business.

I made a mistake and scheduled a service my car did not need. At check-in when reporting my millage, the mistake was realized. No problem! The man was kind and forgiving of my mistake. He checked the vehicle record and I did need a service, just not the one I signed up for... he took care of everything! I am a happy customer!

The general manager Matt was also helpful and very fair throughout the buying process. Cassie (sales) and Kendall (finance) were both extremely friendly and helpful as well. THE Place to go if youre in the market for a new vehicle! Top notch sales team, cant say enough good things about these guys. This is my 2nd deal here and when the time comes to trade in, Ill be back again. Hyundai makes a great Ride! They got me into a brand new Kona, and when it was time for lease-end, I purchased a brand new Venue! Hassles are gotten by being too cheap.Pay the asking price and get what you are looking for.Paperwork fee of $500 is a bit hi in my opinion.Otherwise, Because of in and out service, you get fast service. 1 hour for me including their wash and gas fill up was far better than what I saw online of 3 hours.I guess its best to give them what its worth and save time.My fist new buy as an old aware man showing up in a 30 year old Volvo wagon 6 seater.No I wont part with the Volvo !!!

Nice enough cars but they get your hopes up and their financial department makes no sense. To buy 1 had to put down 1/2 the cost but another was a small fraction of the cost. Follow up email to say they really want us happy and come back in and they will work with you is bull.. Just an auto email that means they want to play with you some more. Found a car I love elsewhere. No games either

Service director Chris told me repair of warranty work wasnt covered because it was supposedly a workmanship issue with another dealer. Other dealer requested invoices and pictures and was willing to possibly pay, but was questioning the findings and costs. When I followed up on the request and asked them to preserve old parts, all of the sudden they wouldnt do the work. Did I catch them pulling a scam? You be the judge.

I wish there was a 5 out of 10 rating. The only reason why I didnt give them a 2 is because the service manager actually gave what would seemingly be considered a discount from the perspective of a customer. The service manager seems to be very honest and goes out of his way to assist customers. Still, overpriced, but thats to be expected from a corporate dealership. Also theres no customer loyalty appreciation with respect to getting multiple services done at very high prices only to be talked in circles when trying to resolve concerns with them after service. I dont have the newest car but Im very conscious of how my car drives. Following service - driving and performance changed drastically. Could there potentially have been things shifting and moving after service do other underlining problems?Maybe. I understand that thats a possibility, however, why would that not be noted and or discussed followed by effort to double-check work to rule out anything that could have been done in the error. That to me should be protocol for any an honest establishment. Instead down the rabbit hole we go pushing for more and more costly services. Honestly I feel like they used the fact that my car was older as a way to deflect any kind of responsibility of changes to my car.

My husband, 7 month old son and I went into Somersworth Hyundai to test drive the new Palisade. The drive went great with our Sales lady Samantha and we decided to come back at a later date. I appreciated that the manager Scott came up to introduce himself and not pressure us to buy that day as my 7 month old was being very fussy. We came back a few days later and the vehicle color combinations we wanted were not in stock at this dealership. Instead of my husband and I having to call all of the Hyundai dealerships around, theyre doing it for me! The Sales Manager Scott is getting exactly what we want delivered to Somersworth Hyundai for FREE! i assumed they would definitely want some sort of deliver fee but no its delivered to me for FREE! The quality of service here is great. Samantha spoke to us the whole time while we were waiting and was there to help with anything we needed! I hate car shopping as most dealerships hassle you to buy, but they genuinely did not. Grade A. I never thought Id see myself in a Hyundai but they are truly making remarkable vehicles now! I cannot wait to cruise around town in my new Palisade! Thank you!!

Just changed my plate and found this lovely plate nut you guys stripped than repaired. We waited over an hour for it too. Haha thanks for putting your top welder on the job. Guess a little primer would have been too much to ask for. Also charged us an hours labor for a 4 min fuel system clean out they could have done while performing the other services they over charged for. Top notch guys.

The people that work here are very nice, but I have 2 major problems. First i showed the service department 2 issues. They then ordered 2 parts to fix the problems that i paid for when they were ordered. When the parts came in it turns out one problem needed several more parts and they werent sure they could even fix it. They then handed me one of the parts they had me pay for. If it needed more work then why have me order the heavily marked up part?Second issue - this wasnt my car but I now get at least 4 calls a day asking if I want to buy an extended warranty for my Hyundai. This is the ONLY place that my name has ever been associated with that car so it absolutely is the dealership that sold my information. There is no excuse for that.If you dont want your phone ringing from 8 am to 9 pm 7 days a week with junk calls, take your car somewhere else!!!

Ian, Kevin and the Service staff are top notch, and strive for real Customer Service. They made me a repeat customer the first time I went to Somersworth Hyundai. No communication from within.Rude over the phone. Loose with the truth as far as details are concerned. Because of time constraints and happiness with vehicle it my second run with them. The second is better than the first but still unacceptable. The odd thing is the rough spots on initial run were no where to be found. They seem repaired . I was disappointed in short order by systemic failures with equal severity as my first experience but in places that ran well the first time. In either case my experience has been one where it seems they think we should feel lucky to have them at all.

I never write reviews but all I have to say is do not go there ever. They took advantage of a 23 year old female who told them her budget was $10,000 and allowed her to walk out with a car worth $9,300 and a loan of OVER $20,000. Instead of telling her her credit score was going make her interest rate through the roof, they used the monthly payment to mitigate how much she would end up paying.Unfortunately they do not care about what’s best for customers at all.They’ll do whatever to make a sale.I would never allow anyone I know to go here.Reply to comment: Your actions show otherwise. You have lost not only one customer, but probably 100s. Good luck.

My husband and I went in for a routine oil chance on our 2017 Hyundai Accent and we ended up leaving there with a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. He has never had a brand new car in all his life and for this dream to become a reality for him make my heart smile. I was squeezed in for an appointment on a busy Sunday afternoon, when no other dealership would look at my car which was having engine issues! Joe Maxwell was kind and helpful from the first moment I walked through the door, and he explained to me what was going on with my car every step of the way. The incredible service team fixed an issue that another dealership had caused in my car, and I plan on doing all my business through this dealership from now on! From the moment I called, until when I left, the staff went above and beyond my expectations, and I would leave ten stars if I could. I recently purchased a nice used car from this dealership. The staff was great during the sale. What they forgot to mention is the car did not come with an owners manual. They also installed an automatic car starter for us. When we picked the car up, they didn’t explain how to use the car starter and when we asked the service person how it worked he told us “The manual is on the seat”. They still haven’t gotten us a manual a week later. This was the third car I have purchased from this dealership and it will be my last. They are lacking basic customer service after the sale.

No sports cars says the manager but the salesman says the Genesis is their sports car. Instead of explaining more they instantly assumed I cant afford 60,000 for a genesis(who would pay that much for a Hyundai?!) and shooed me out the door. I guess they rather let me spend my 60,000 to buy a vehicle from one of the other fine manufacturers who produce vehicles here in the USA like Volvo.

If it were not for Kevin Ladd and Ian Cavanaugh I would have given up on Hyundai. We had engine problems with our Santa Fe, but both men went above and beyond for my wife and myself. Evan and crew treat you like family. To give an example on a very busy day last week he took the time to explain to me why heavy duty OEM floor mats are much better than inexpensive aftermarket ones in both fit finish and durability and they have the little lock built into them so they wont slide around in the car and bunch up and allow the salt and mud to get all over the carpet. That extra effort makes you want to come back,I will be back for sure .

Great place to purchase a car, but it takes over an hour for an inspection sticker and that is WITH an appointment, which i think is crazy..since we purchased our car there, they offer free inspection stickers but i do like that they address any recall/warranty issues at the time of inspection; however, there was no additional work done today and it still took over an hour

Evan, Kevin and Kayla in the service department are always going above and beyond!!!! They give me the best deal possible and always make sure I’m not waiting to long due to my medical conditions!!! If it is to long they’ll bring me home and pick me up when ready. I was really surprised when I got a quote on new tires. So I went to get a quote from Town Fair Tire that almost matched the exact same tire. So I called Kayla and Evan and they gave a better quote!!!!!But it’s also the little things, like having my car washed or getting me in for a last minute oil change or even doing a little vacuuming when I can’t! I am from a family that sold cars and expected that when I got out of my vehicle I would be greeted by a salesperson, however that was not the case. There was a lot of drama when I went to take a test of a car that I was wanting to buy from this showroom. I have made my self clear that I wanted to test drive the trim that I am looking for before I could decide to buy it.The sales representative was trying to put a lot of pressure and compelling to make a non refundable payment so that they could get a car for me to test drive.The owner of that showroom then appeared and was making very rude comments that I have wasted his, his sales representative valuable time.I would never go back there or would suggest this showroom to anyone.

I wont recommend this dealership to anyone, the service department is not good, I could have done the work in a shorter amount of time. They had my car from 630am to 345 PM to put four new tire on it, supposed to put four New Rotors but only put two, and just greased the pads. And State Inspection. Thats not 8 hours worth of work. Not to mention when I purchased the vehicle I waited around at the dealership for over 4 hours to get everything done. Salesman was unorganized and didnt know what he needed for information. Again I wouldnt recommend..

I have purchased 2 Sonatas here in 5 years. My wife has had the unfortunate task of bringing them in for all the maintenance visits. She has all maintenance done there. She makes her appointments well in advance and gives very detailed instructions right down to the brand of lubricants she wants used.She has experienced constant poor performance with scheduling. Her most resent visit was for a major service interval and she wanted it detailed.She went in person to schedule it two weeks ago because the previous time she wanted it detailed it wasnt done because the detailers did not have insurance and it didnt get done. This time she requested a particular loner car and was told no problem. When she arrived it had been lent to someone else. Friendly staff honest sales staff not trying to push higher priced vehicle on me actually worked with me to get a payment I can afford great first purchase experience will definitely be a customer for life....Edit: It has been 4 months since I got my car from here and I am realizing that my first impression was a facade. the staff are still pretty friendly but after you have already purchased a vehicle its different, also I got screwed over on my first factory service, which was supposed to be free. all they did was change my oil shortly after that my transmission went and it took almost two months to get my car back they blamed it on the warranty company dragging their feet which could be true Im not sure the did help me out and not charge me for a rental during the time they had my car for repairs so that was a plus

Bought my 2017 Santa Fe Sport here. Jason and Shawn went above and beyond to obtain the EXACT vehicle I wanted, exterior color and interior, they located it in NE the last one like this !!! Great working them. Very pleased. Registered my car the other day and this one was meant for ME! MFG date is on my birthdate and in the center of the VIN# are my initials!! Thank you

Unless you want to fight for good service and the price you were actually quoted I cant recommend going here. My family bought 3 cars here and nobody is willing to go anymore. Ive been quoted $260 and given a bill for $360, charged rates from free to $60 on oil changes, and told parts have never been worked on that they replaced. Ive been told my air filter is filthy and when I checked it it was perfectly clean but carelessly smashed in place. The main reason I was staying was for my warranty, which is up. If you get this far and do go in I recommend Kayla, I never had problems with her and shes probably the only reason I stayed as long as I did.

They charged me $80 for swapping tires inspite of confirming the price to be $69 over phone and getting the same thing done from them for past 3years. They also give a long list of recommended services everytime.
