Spent an entire day looking for furniture. Started with Lays in Somerset. Mark was very informative, most of all 100% honest about everything. Did some price checking and comparing with several other store in Somerset, London but ultimately came back to Lays for the final purchase due to prices, furniture quality and all around customer service!! This guy definitely knows his stuff!!

The staff is friendly and the place looks nice, unfortunately, this furniture store is a bit too pricey for me. I bet the furniture is amazing and of good quality, just wish I could afford it.
