Super disappointed in this company.Have a shop of about 20 people and have 8 on their plan. Was G&K when we signed up and was good, they got bought out by Cintas and since have had terrible service.Took 6+ months to get new uniforms or even a door mat, They completely changed new guys shirts without asking to a different style. We can finally send in a letter to end the contract years later since we could not do a early termination. The lady in the office told me it would cost us thousands to stop early. We just had to ride it out. They make you send in a written letter to stop it, I can’t tell anyone in their office or on the truck to stop services it has to me mailed.Anyways, after we sent it in we got a very rude and pushy sales guy to try to get us to sign a new 5 year deal. And be careful if you loose a uniform they charge you a hefty price for them you may as well go buy them in the first place. One employee got fired and they charge off nearly $300 for 6 shirts. So much more I could say... they CHEATED the bills. If I took a guy off the driver raised the rest of the crews bills so it didn’t go down but of corse always up for anything you add that’s fair. Pretty ridiculous honestly. Just tired of talking to 7 or 8 people and in their company and they are always pushing the blame on the next person. I’m paying a little under $400 a week right now. For reference. Can’t wait for September when it’s over! :)

This place is pointless. I never get enough uniforms to last my 4 day work week. If I am lucky I will get 3 shirts and 2 pants. I always end up having to wear my own clothes.
